Parents are the first people who will be role models for their children. Parents will be authoritative if there is a match between words and deeds. One of the roles of parents is to educate children according to their nature. This will affect their sexual orientation in the future. Both of parents, father and mother have an equal role in forming sexual orientation in children so that balance occurs and children are not biased about gender.

This study aims to identify forms of gender injustice against farmers' wives in Portibi District, Paluta Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative-phenomenological method, while data collection is done by interview and observation methods. The results of this study concluded that the wife of a farmer in Portibi District experienced gender inequality. Forms of injustice experienced by farmers' wives occur in refroductive work, subordination, double burden, marginalization and domestic violence.

Family is the smallest, most important and very basic in society and state. One problem in the family that can lead to divorce is a financial problem that cannot be managed properly. This paper is based on theoretical studies and previous studies. Financial management in the family is a way of managing family finances systematically and carefully through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Housewives in managing family finances must be smart, careful and precise in their use of finance so that a good family is always created and experiences continuous growth. With the ability of housewives to manage family finances appropriately, on time, right place, right price, and right quality will be realized family welfare.

Single parent families have an obligation to guide their children, in carrying out their role alone in guiding children to face many obstacles. This paper starts from the results of research that aims to describe the parenting style of single parents towards adolescent religious behavior and the impact of parenting on adolescent religious behavior. The results showed that parenting of single parent parents using democratic parenting and permissive parenting had a positive impact on the behavior of the diversity of children as evidenced by diligently practicing worship, diligently reading the Qur'an and doing good for parents

The purpose of this study was to describe the factors of memory disorders experienced by children with Down syndrome in different ages at SLB 1 Padang, a case study on Peli and Sutan. The method and technique used in this study were the referencing method for the data collection stage with tapping technique as the basic technique and the advanced technique of proficient involvement (SLC), proficient inactivity (SBLC), note taking, and recording. Articulatory equivalent method for data analysis stage, and formal and informal presentation methods for the presentation phase of data analysis results. This study found that Sutan (S) had difficulties regarding the sequence of counts and alphabets mentioned, while Peli (P) when told to sing, the subject could not sing songs with the correct pronunciation. The lyrics spoken by the subject tend to be wrong and reversed the order. Apart from unclear articulation, and jumping lyrics, it appears that P has memory problems due to the abnormalities he experienced

The purpose of this study was to describe the language skills that can be produced by a child with severe intellectual disability at SLB N 1 Padang . The method and technique used in this study were the referral method for the data collection stage with tapping techniques as basic techniques and advanced techniques of proficient involvement (SLC), proficient non-active listening (SBLC), notes, and records. Articulatory equivalent method for data analysis stage, and formal and informal presentation methods for the presentation phase of data analysis results. This study found that children's productive abilities are still very minimal and require rigorous training and long time so that they can make a change in language for children. Teachers and parents should also continue to train children with discipline. The ability to write to a new child at the stage of connecting the dots forms a phoneme. Cici hasn't been able to make one fonem well without being helped by dots. Cici hasn't been able to read, count, and doesn't like drawing. Then, there may be a nerve problem in the child's brain that causes his hands and fingers to always vibrate. His emotional state at any time can peak and uncontrollable.

Rice is one of the main agricultural commodities in Tobing Julu Village, Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency. Rice farming business in general is the main source of livelihood of the local village community. Men and women each play an important role in managing the rice farming, starting from seeds, plowing, planting, matching, fertilizing, harvesting, lifting from the paddy fields to the roadside to be brought home, cleaning the rice (airing). There is still a gap between women and men. then women experience subordination experiencing multiple workloads. Thus the purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the relationship between farmers' socioeconomic factors (gender, age and level of education) with gender relations in the division of labor and household gender equality in Tobing Julu Village and to analyze the division of labor between men and women related to local socio-cultural aspects. The location of this research is Tobing Julu Village, Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency. The results of the analysis show that gender inequalities in the form of subordination and multiple workloads still occur for women, especially in farming as one of the main commodities to fulfill the family's needs

Matrilinial is one of the oldest kinship systems found in Indonesia, and the world. This system adheres to kinship systems and inheritance systems from the maternal lineage. in the matrilinial kinship system, women have a special place and play a significant role in their community compared to women who adhere to the patrilinieal system. In the matrilineal kinship system, men and women have their respective obligations and responsibilities according to their gender. In this case they have a balanced position, namely men occupying positions as supervisors and protectors who are given an honorable position as mamak (mother's brother), while women have access as ownership. In a sense, women get privileged places, and men become powerful figures. However, in making decisions, men and women have the same position

The recapitulation of the feminine responsibilities of the congregation of Harokah al Iman shows that the existence of self-values can be obtained by following the assembly of knowledge of Harokah al Iman. This type of research is qualitative which produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The primary data source is women's congregation Harokah al Iman, as many as 75 worshipers. The results showed that the responsibility of following Harokah al Iman was recapitulated by the intention of women in Wek IV in Padangsidimpuan Utara sub-district to: 1). Practicing Shari'a in the Book and Sunnah. 2). Syirik and Bid'ah, 3). Try to be able to maintain five daily prayers perfectly. 4). Trying to always do good to your neighbors, both parents. 5). Intend to pay attention to children's education. 6). Istiqomah to increase dhikr and almsgiving. The values obtained by women in following the assembly of the science of Harokah al Iman in Wek IV of Padangsidimpuan Utara District. 1). demands knowledge. 2) Hope forgiven sin, 3). Want to be happy like in a paradise garden. 4). Hoping to be shaded by angels, 5). Forgiveness, 6). Obtain a heritage of science, 7). Get peace and grace

This article describes how to become a good parent for the children. Become a good parent need knowledge, it  must search by theirself with reading book, following parenting class.  In this writing the author share some reward from the god has already given for human.  It called learning reward, consisten reward, direction reward, listening reward and the last effective listening. All the reward can be applied for educate in creating good children.  The parents need patience to practice the five reward , the result from  effort the parents for conduct all the reward is a good children or Saleh. They will grow up by creative, selfconfidence,  good character and they have a good relationship with their parents. Their parents is their friend, it created strong good character and excellent generation. Be a good parent to create a good children.
