AbstractThis study aims to describe the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected from 10 economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation and field notes / log books to see intellectual capital and social capital developed by economics teachers to improve the quality of graduates, and data collection instruments in the form: interviews to teachers about the social capital they develop and interviews with students and principals as a cross check data. It also observes the activities of teachers in developing social capital. The results showed that the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak State High School includes Trust through the activities of teachers building mutual trust with their students in race activities. Keywords: Social Capital of Economic Teachers AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 10 orang guru ekonomi SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Teknik análisis data menggunakan tehnik deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan /log book untuk melihat modal sosial yang dikembangkan oleh guru ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan,  dan  Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa: wawancara kepada guru tentang modal social yang dikembangkannya serta wawancara dengan siswa dan kepala sekolah sebagai cros cek data. Selain itu juga melakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan guru dalam mengembangkan modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Pontianak meliputi Trust melalui kegiatan guru-guru membangun rasa saling percaya dengan para siswanya dalam kegiatan perlombaan.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial Guru Ekonomi

This study aims to describe the intellectual capital developed by economic teachers in Pontianak City State High School. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected from 10 economic teachers from Pontianak City High School. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques while data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation as well as field notes/log book. Intellectual capital developed by economic teachers to improve the quality of graduates by conducting interviews with teachers on the development of intellectual capital, as well as conducting interviews with students and principals as cross-check data. In addition, the researcher also observed the teacher's activities in developing intellectual capital. The results showed that: (1) Intellectual capital developed by economic teachers at Pontianak City Public High School was in the form of competencies, namely MGMP activities, mutual respect, adjusting and helping the work completed assigned by superiors to fellow teachers. Whereas in the form of commitment is trust in the PGRI organization. To control the work developed by the economic teacher by means of independence and freedom of the teacher in making learning plans, controlling the learning and decision-making processes during the learning process.

Walang Jati Kencono batik motif has been certified industrial design rights obtained by gunungkidul district government used as uniform fabric of school students from paud, elementary, junior high, and high school/ vocational school level that must be produced by the batik craftsman community in Gunungkidul. Walang Jati Kencono batik motif is also the uniform of officials in Gunungkidul Regency. Since the enactation of this motif into gunungkidul batik character continues to undergo changes and developments, both in shape, technique, and coloring results. The purpose of this research is to know the source of the idea of the form, and the development of batik walang in Gunungkidul seen from the beginning was created until now used by gunungkidul people even outside people who are interested in the motif of batik walang. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods, with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, then the research instruments are the researchers themselves assisted by observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Validity of data with triangulation and persistence of observation, while data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results found from this study are: (1) Knowing the idea of the shape and development of Walang Jati Kencono batik motifs that are programmed as a characteristic uniform for students in Gunungkidul and strengthening local batik in order to drive the growth and empowerment of batik industry in Gunungkidul.  Keywords: Batik, Motif  Walang Jati Kencono, Gunungkidul, Craftsman

Teachers play a very important role in improving the quality of education. Therefore, professional teachers are required to always improve their competence, one of them is social competence. Learning will not run well and effectively if the teacher is not able to develop social competence. The purpose of this study is to describe and find out the relationship of teacher social competence in inculcating student character education. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 014 Pulau Rengas. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, field notes. The results showed that the social competence of teachers obtained an average score of 90% in the excellent category and the assessment of students' character education planting had an average value of 85% in the very good category. The results of the study prove the teacher's social competence is very important in instilling character education in elementary school students 014 Pulau Rengas

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know the condition of family planning movement in terms of age, education, occupation, culture, and service quality of family planning acceptors in Parlondut Village, Pangururan District, Samosir District. The population is a married couples (PUS) who have been married for at least 5 years and already have children, and the sample is 40 people. Data collection techniques use interview lists and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Result: 1) Most of EFA (47,50%) have married age 25-29 years old with number of children more than two people, 2) In general, EFA (55,00%) have high school education with children more than 2 people 3 ) In general (37.50%) EFA mothers work in non-agricultural sectors as fish, tailor, IRT, traders, weavers with more than 2 children, 4) Batak culture has an influence in the EFA mindset about value and the number of children as the successor of the clan (100%) 5) there are 6 Quality of acceptor service of KB which influence to the non-success of family planning movement that is less appropriate method of contraception in the form of injection (35,00%) on self recommendation (67,50%) , less effective service mechanism performance (82,50%) with non-routine socialization / counseling (1-9 times in a year), so that the number of EFAs who have children more than 2 people and unable to follow family planning movement.</em></p>

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran deduktif matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika bentuk cerita pokok bahasan aplikasi turunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah  02 Cipondoh Tangerang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, tes dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran deduktif tinggi mencapai 12,82%, siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran deduktif sedang mencapai 71,8% dan siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran deduktif rendah mencapai 15,38%.Abstract:  The purpose of this research is to know the mathematical deductive reasoning ability of students in solving math story form the subject of derivative applications. This research was conducted in High School of Muhammadiyah 02 Cipondoh Tangerang. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interview, test and study of documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis that included the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data and draw conclusion/verification. Based on the research results obtained by students with high ability of deductive reasoning reached 12.82%, students with middle ability of deductive reasoning reached 71.8% and students with low ability deductive reasoning reached 15.38%.

Abstract Samosir is the only island located in the middle of Lake Toba, one of the largest lakes in the province of North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of Samosir Island as one of the natural attractions in the province of North Sumatra and know how management strategy that uses SWOT analysis techniques. The data used by the authors in this study a qualitative data. Data was collected by observation, interview and interview. From these data were then analyzed by qualitative descriptive way, the data that is formed into a description that describes a situation or event that are explained. Based on the results of the analysis of the strategic plan management strategies Samosir Island as one of the natural attractions in the province of North Sumatra can be explained as follows: Conducting training in the form of training or training in order to improve the quality of human resources and community knowledge about tourism, tourism promotion Improve both in print media and online media , in cooperation with the travel or travel agency, improve and increase the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure to boost tourist arrivals.

Tuban District Regulation No. 12 of 2012 is the legal basis for the establishment of BPPT Tuban. BPPT Tuban formation as a commitment Tuban regency government in the improvement of public services, especially in service licensing. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Tuban District Regulation No. 12 of 2012 licensing service in Tuban and to identify the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of Tuban District Regulation No. 12 of 2012 licensing service in Tuban.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, conducted at BPPT Tuban informant BPPT employees Tuban, using qualitative data analysis techniques with the steps of data reduction, data display and conclusion.The results showed that the implementation of Tuban District Regulation No. 12 of 2012 licensing service has been running well, but not optimal. This is due to a decline in the target duration of the licensing process in 2015 that the target 5,23 is reached only 4,3. The factors supporting the implementation of this policy is the existence of socialization permits, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, support from the government of Tuban and has full authority in the signing of 23 licenses. Whereas the inhibiting factor is the existing human resources is not adequate, there is no incentive for implementing the policy, as well as the unavailability of websites and online information systems.Suggestions from this research is to improve the quality of employees BPPT Tuban through training activities, incentives and sustainable increase in the number of employees, especially with expertise in the field of IT, the need for incentives for employees BPPT Tuban, to avoid the presence of extortion and need the availability of websites and systems information online so that the mechanism of the licensing process can be covered more easily by the public.Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Licensing Service

Researching aims to know the ability of teachers in drafting device of learning in Junior High School the country Mother Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency.this is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The population in this research, is a teacher-teacher Mother in Subdistrict 5 IPS schools with numbered 8 teachers. Engineering data collection i.e. observation, interview and documentation.The validity of the data in this study using triangular techniques i.e. checking from a variety of sources in different ways. Qualitative data analysis techniques, namely, the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data, and draw conclusions. Based on the results of the it can be concluded that: the ability of a teacher in drawing up a learning device in Sub junior's mother is still having difficulty in integrating various social material into SK/KD/indicators as well as the selection of appropriate learning materials.Keywords: teacher trouble, IPS, Device learning
