In order to investigate the awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated Courses among the higher secondary students, a sample size of 309 higher secondary students were selected by adopting a simple random sampling technique from the Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses were assessed with the help of ‘Scale on Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses’. A descriptive survey method was adopted for the study and the data obtained from the survey was analyzed using percentage analysis, t-test, and F-test. The findings of the study depicted that there is a low level of awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students. Moreover, there is no significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to gender and locality of the students. But it is found that there is significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to their age group.

This study is to bring some of the patterns of Alcohol Dependents on Rorschach test. In this study random sampling technique was used through which a sample of 20 Alcohol Dependents and 20 Non dependents were included with the mean age of 33.60 years and 30.70 years. All participants were administered Rorschach Ink Blot test to see the different patterns between the groups. The result of the study reflects that there exists a significant difference between groups in the area of total responses, contents categories, space responses (S), ordinary (O) responses, synthesized responses (V/+), vague responses (V), form (F) responses, Popular (P) responses, Raw sum6 and Wgtd sum6. It was found that Non dependents produce more in: total responses, contents categories, space responses, ordinary responses, form responses and popular responses. Whereas alcohol dependents reflect more response in the areas of: vague responses, synthesized responses, unusual responses, Rawsum6 and Wgtdsum6.

The aim of this study is to identify the effect of service quality which covers services system and procedure, personnel skill and ability, and service facilities and infrastructure on the satisfaction of motor vehicle taxpayers. This research adopts the associative research design as research guidelines. Probability sampling with simple random sampling technique were used in distributing 100 copies of questionnaire provided to taxpayers who use the service of Mataram Drive Thru. 100 copies of distributed questionnaire were entirely completed and returned to the researcher. Pearson correlation product moment   were given to 100 respondents / taxpayer motorists who use services Mataram Drive Thru, 100 copies of questionnaires distributed, fully completed and returned to the researcher. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to analyze the data obtained from the respondents. The research findings indicate that  systems and procedures of services, personil skills and ability, and service facilities and infrastructure have significant effect on the level of customers satisfaction 0,05 (2-sided). Therefore, it can be concluded that those three variables significantly affect the customers satisfaction. Further, service facilities and infrastructure was on the top rank, personil skill and abilitywas on the second, and systems and procedures was on the third. Finally, it is expected that the result of this study will help stakeholders of Mataram UPTD PPDRD office (the office of area tax service and levies) understand and identify the rank of variables influencing motor vehicle taxpayers satisfaction. Keywords: Service Qualites, Service Systems and Procedures, Personnel Skill and Abilities, Service Facilities and Infrastructure, Customers Satisfaction.

The ADPs were designed in response to a fall in agricultural productivity and hence a concern to sustain domestic food supplies. The study examined “Financing Agriculture in Nigeria through Agricultural Extension Services of Agricultural Development Programmes.” It sought to ascertain the extent to which agricultural extension services of the agricultural development programmes have impacted the financing of agriculture in six selected local government areas in Edo South senatorial district, Nigeria using a sample of 120 respondents. Stratified random sampling was used to select the respondents. Interview schedule served as the research instrument. The research data were analyzed using t-test and Pearson correlation, which served as the inferential statistics. The research findings showed that the extension services of ADP have impacted significantly on crop development in the selected communities but have not had significant impact on employment creation and the development of infrastructural facilities. The study also revealed that there was no significant difference between the implementation of the projects in the selected communities, as revealed by the correlation test. On the basis of the research findings, the need for a complete redesign of the project to ensure that it achieves its stated goals as well as ensure proper monitoring of its implementation were suggested, among others.

Abstract Air travellers are increasingly becoming more demanding in terms of their expectations of the quality of service offered by airline carriers. Hence, operators must improve service delivery to retain their loyalty. This study investigates the relationship between airline service quality dimensions and customer loyalty among air passengers in Lagos state. Causal research design was adopted to examine the aforementioned relationship. Convenience sampling technique was used to survey 600 air travellers. Data collected from the respondents were analysed by using Pearson correlation analysis and Anova. The findings reveal that the service quality and its dimensions are positive and significantly related to each other, overall service quality and customer loyalty. The results of the study indicate no significant difference between customers’ travelling for different motives in their perception of the quality of services. It was also discovered that flight frequency was insignificantly connected to customer loyalty. In line with the above findings, the study concludes that the airline service quality improvement initiatives should begin with recognition of customers’ needs. Correspondingly, airline operators should cultivate strategies to fulfil their service promise along the service quality dimensions, most important to air travellers to enhance customer loyalty.

To fill the gap in the hotel human resources literature, this study assessed the level of fringe benefits provided to executives in the hotel industry. The purpose of this empirical study was to gain information regarding executives’ compensation in the industry. Stratified random sampling technique was used to ensure that the findings represented hotels of various star-ratings. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to the ratio of 6:3:4 to three-, four- and five-star hotels and 104 were returned. The findings revealed that there is a statistically significant difference in the fringe benefits given between three -, four - and five-star hotels, and the star rating of hotels positively correlates with the level of fringe benefits provided to hotel executives.

This study aimed at determining the effectiveness of the application of learning objects based on Articulate Storyline 3 on student cognitive in the Basic Computer System course in the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program at the Ganesha University of Education. This type of research was descriptive quantitative with a pre-experimental research design involving 1 experimental class. The populations used in this study were all semester 1 students of the Informatics Engineering Education study program in the Basic Computer Systems course in the odd semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. Random sampling was using simple random sampling technique. The average pretest result was 57.12 and the post-test average is 79.81. The paired pretest-posttest t-test resulted in the Sig. equal to 0.000 which indicates that there is a significant difference in the average pretest and posttest results. The percentage of student responses to the learning model is 64.19. This shows that self-confidence in learning objects based on Articulate Storyline 3 on student cognitive abilities "Very Practical". The results of the N-Gain value showed the proportion of 60%. It can be sais that the application of learning objects based on Articulate Storyline 3 has a significant effect on cognitive abilities of the students, cognitive ability increases quite effective and the category of student response is very positive.

The study is aimed to identify the relationship between gender and race with needs motivation in academic performance for secondary school students. A survey method through questionnaire was used to collect motivation score and demographic of samples. A total of 400 form 3 students from five different secondary schools in Skudai, Johor were selected as respondents using a stratified random sampling technique. The David McClelland Motives questionnaire was used as a research instrument, in which it covers three main domains of motivation, namely needs of achievement, needs of affiliation, and needs of power. Inferential T-test and Pearson correlation were used to test the hypotheses. The T-test analysis stated that there was no significant difference between gender and race with motivation scores. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a weak significant positive relationship between motivation score and student's academic performance mean score. In a conclusion, need motivation has an influence on students’ academic performance. Teachers should assimilate a variety of teaching styles and encourage students from time to time to motivate them to strive for excellence.
