<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong><em> The development of technology is very influential on community service in the village. Therefore, Sekaran Village Siman District Ponorogo District has made various improvements, including one of the information systems.With a location that is not too far from the University of Darussalam Gontor makes basis why people empowerment in Sekaran village as a partner is held. The condition of administration service system in the Village is still conventional or manual. Such as (a) data storage of villagers is still in the register books; (b) data storage archives, especially letters from villages have not implemented application based information systems. This has become influential to the villagers or village officials, where human errors often occur, the service queue, and a waste of time and cost. Therefore we need a system to overcome the existing problems. Based on the problem, implementer people empowerment develop Sistem Administrasi Desa (SIMADES) to facilitate the service of residents data and administration.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: Information System, SIMADES, administration</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong><strong> </strong>Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan masyarakat dilingkup desa. Oleh karena itu Desa Sekaran Kecamatan Siman Kabupaten Ponorogo telah melakukan berbagai peningkatan, termasuk salah satunya peningkatan sistem informasi. Dengan lokasi yang tidak terlalu jauh dari Universitas Darussalam Gontor menjadikan dasar mengapa pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sekaran sebagai mitra diadakan. Kondisi sistem  pelayanan  administrasi  kependudukan  di Desa saat ini  masih bersifat konvensional atau manual, seperti: (a) Pencatatan data penduduk desa dalam buku - buku register; (b) Pendataan arsip khususnya surat-menyurat belum menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi. Hal tersebut berimbas kepada  perangkat  desa maupun penduduk desa, dimana sering terjadi human error, antrian pelayanan, serta pemborosan waktu dan biaya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat melakukan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa (SIMADES) untuk memudahkan pelayan data kependudukan dan administrasi.</p><strong>Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, SIMADES, administrasi</strong>

A problem that existed in the government of Pecalongan village, Bondowoso regency, namely service to Pecalongan village people who still adhered to conventional system. This makes the service in the village office less than the maximum, and also requires a relatively long time in terms of doing the service. In addition, in terms of data storage is still using paper that prone to damaged and lost. And also in terms of data search that can take a relatively long time. It is considered less effective and efficient if run in the modern era as it is today. The objective of the research is to design and build a Service Information System at village level to improve service quality for village officials and use of services for villagers. The benefit derived from this research is that this system can facilitate village officials in collecting data of villagers and facilitate the service of residents or citizens in the application of letters. This village service information system is based on website that can be used online, so the Village community can enjoy the Village service more quickly and easily because the service system can access from anywhere. It is expected that with this village information service system, it can improve the quality of service process to the community in Pecalongan village, Sukosari sub-district, Bondowoso regency.

The Village

Assessment of good government performance is characterized by the quality of its services to the community. One of the roles of the village as the lowest administrative level in a region is to serve the community in making letters. Management of outgoing mail in Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone Bolango is still done conventionally, namely by recording the letter number in the agenda book. This resulted in village officials experiencing difficulties in managing the correspondence archives if in the future a letter with a certain number was needed. This community service activities aimed at helping the village government in managing outgoing mail by designing information system for managing outgoing mail. The information system was built based on the web application, but in its application is still used offline or localhost, due to internet network constraints in the village office. A database system is used for data storage so that it is easy to search the letters that have been made. Then, the village officials has been trained to use the information system. The results obtained from this activity are the information system for managing outgoing mail and the training of village officials in using the application. This information system can be further developed by taking into account the needs that exist in the village.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the village apparatus of Tanjung Dalam has the ability to make financial reports of the Village Fund Allocation in accordance with the Accounting Information System and To determine whether village officials are weak in terms of financial administration in Accounting Information Systems Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. This descriptive-based research is trying to describe the real picture of the phenomenon that occurs in the application of Accounting Information Systems on Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. While the technique used in the form of direct observation to the village of Tanjung Dalam, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency, who then conducted interviews and documentation studies.After the data collected and data analysis it can be drawn conclusion, namely: In the management of village funds in the village of Tanjung Dalam is in accordance with the accounting information system and already using computerized system. While the executor of Accounting Information System is the treasurer of the village itself that has been able to arrange the village finances properly in accordance with Accounting Information Systems. Any acceptance or expenditure of village funds is recorded in the village general treasury. It's just that there is still lack of supporting facilities for the officers who manage the village fund's financial report.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Portal-based solutions have been proved in practice to be a promising technology that offers companies a way to transform and integrate their information systems more effectively and at lower cost. The main point of this paper is to discuss the use of portals in institutions of higher education. We examine the motivating factors that drive higher-education institutions to use portal-based solutions. As an example, we explain how the University of Ljubljana is taking advantage of portal technology and what benefits are to be expected from the use of portals as core components of the university’s new user-centric information system.

The Impact

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

The development of information technology that very rapidly, have an impact transformation on various aspects of life. One of the growing information technology and widely implemented is a web-based information systems. Implementation of a web-based information system currently does not just present the information in text form, but also displays the information in the form of a map. In the terms of its utilization, application of GIS technology can be widely used in various fields, including in the health field. This can be used in the presentation of information dissemination of healthy facilities in the city of Padang. Information Systems for mapping Healthy Facilities in Padang City is a tool to convey information distribution healthy facilities that exist in Padang. This information system is designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage. To display the digital maps, Google Maps is used because it has the APIs that can be integrated with multiple technologies. The presence of this information system is expected to provide facilities for those who need information about healthy facilities in Padang City. Abstrak Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan jantung bagi sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi akuntansi membuat sebuah perusahaan mampu melakukan pengendalian dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem penjualan dan piutang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan distributor yang bergerak di bidang penjualan alat-alat elektrikal, mekanikal, dan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan tersebut sedang berkembang pesat dengan jumlah transaksi penjualan yang cukup banyak dan kompleks setiap harinya, namun masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu penulis mengangkat judul prancangan system e-accounting pada PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.  Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan perancangan system menggunakan United modeling language (UML) dan pada penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptif dimana penggunaan metode dimaksudkan agar kebenaran yang diungkapkan benar-benar berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang kuat adapun hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya system e-accounting ini memperbaiki kelemahan yang ada pada sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang yang sedang berjalan. Serta meningkatkan pengendalian intern perusahaan serta meminimalisir kecurangan dan human error yang dilakukan karyawan. Kata kunci—PHP,Akuntansi, E-Accounting   Abstract  Accounting information systems are the heart of a company. Accounting information systems make a company capable of controlling and making it easier for companies to improve their performance. One part of the accounting information system is the sales and accounts receivable system.This research was conducted at a distributor company engaged in the sale of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications equipment. The company is growing rapidly with a number of sales transactions that are quite numerous and complex every day, but still use the manual system so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore the author raised the title of the design of e-accounting system at PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.In this study the author uses the system design using the United modeling language (UML) and in this study the author uses descriptive methods where the use of the method is intended so that the truth revealed is really based on strong scientific evidence while the results of this study can be concluded with the existence of system e -accounting fixes weaknesses that exist in the current sales and accounts receivable accounting information system. This community service activity aims to train small and medium business owners in using the tax information system. The method used in carrying out this activity is training on the use of tax information systems accompanied by continuous assistance in the form of consultations if there is a problem in using the application in the system. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded that community service partners have complied with their tax obligations by utilizing e-filling, which is one of the tax systems designed by the Directorate General of Taxes to make it easier for taxpayers to pay their taxes. In addition, the Directorate General of Taxes has upgraded its tax system and service partners have difficulty using it.
