This community service activity aims to train small and medium business owners in using the tax information system. The method used in carrying out this activity is training on the use of tax information systems accompanied by continuous assistance in the form of consultations if there is a problem in using the application in the system. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded that community service partners have complied with their tax obligations by utilizing e-filling, which is one of the tax systems designed by the Directorate General of Taxes to make it easier for taxpayers to pay their taxes. In addition, the Directorate General of Taxes has upgraded its tax system and service partners have difficulty using it.

Abstract: In response to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, where information technology has become the basis of human life, houses of worship can also take advantage of advances in information technology to provide optimal services to their congregants. Community service activities aim to build the website of the GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala Church. The method or stage of implementation of the service starts from the preparation stage, the implementation phase, the implementation phase and the report preparation stage. The results of the implementation of the service is the availability of a website-based information system in the Church of GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala that can be utilized in providing services in the form of delivering news information, announcements and announcements of church activities that have been carried out or will be carried out. The information system is built based on a website that displays Home, Profile, Management, Citizenship, Services/Services, News and Gallery information.         Keywords: information systems, websites, industrial revolution 4.0Abstrak: Untuk merespon era Revolusi Industri 4.0, dimana teknologi informasi telah menjadi basis dalam kehidupan manusia, rumah ibadah juga dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada jemaatnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk membangun website Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala. Metode atau tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap implementasi dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah tersedianya system informasi berbasis website di Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk penyampaian informasi berita, pengumuman dan pemberitahuan aktifitas-aktifitas kegiatan gereja yang telah dilaksanakan maupun yang akan dilaksanakan. Sistem informasi dibangun berbasis website yang menampilkan informasi Home, Profil, Pengurus, Pembinaan Warga, Tata Ibadah/Layanan, Berita dan Galeri.Kata kunci: sistem informasi, website, revolusi industri 4.0

Comparison of tax systems may influence opinion of investors and businessmen because countries,  that have more favourable tax system and where the tax burden is less, seems more attractive for investment. Business owners, shareholders and other businessmen complain of the tax burden in Lithuania. Poland is one of the countries that managed the economic crisis, in spite of the fact that tax rates are higher in this country. The planned aim of the article is to do the comparative analysis of Lithuanian and Polish tax system. In this article the analysis and comparison of Lithuania and Poland tax systems, structural and dynamic analysis of Lithuania and Poland budgets revenue, comparative analysis of the main taxes collection and their burden are presented.

Information Systems Audit is a mechanism that aims to ensure the internal control in the internal system of an organization has been running in accordance with the design set in an effort to achieve the goals set by evaluating and testing every activity carried out in the organization. In this article, the community service activities in the form of an information system audit on the Farming System in the Department of Agriculture of Salatiga City are explained. The audit was conducted using COBIT. Based on the audit result, it was found that the information system at the Department of Agriculture of Salatiga City, which is the Pa'Tani System, has been running smoothly and is well managed according to the desired goals and needs

Information system is one of the most important things that can help every companies to improve the performance of their company. The Directorate Generate of the Treasury is one of the government agencies that already use information systems to support their performance to handle the entire transaction of state budgeting and also they provides information systems to serve their users. That system must have a priority of the security and reliability. To ensure that the system has both of the priority, it is necessary to holding of the information systems auditing to ensure that capability level of their governance. The author doing the audit of information system using framework of COBIT 5.0 and doing measurements with Capability Level. EDM 01 (Ensure Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance) and EDM 02 (Ensure Benefits Delivery) are the two main processes of that government needs to do an audit, because they want to make sure that the system can running well and can deliver every benefits to their users. Based on the measurements that have been done using a capability level, both of the main processes are stalled on level 4 and could not reach the level of target on level 5 because there are some activities that cannot going well and can be inhibit the others process to reach their goals.

This Community Service Activity is expected to provide the following outcomes for partners understanding partners in financial management, implementation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out using the lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Based on the results of the implementation of activities that have been carried out, there are several things that can be concluded from this Community Service activity, namely a. The training that was carried out was able to increase the desire to learn more deeply about financial recording activities in particular and increase the ability to do business in general. b. Training participants are able to explain and understand basic accounting concepts, accounting cycles and accounting information systems, c. The training participants still have a lot to learn and practice in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM.

Directorate General of Institutional Affairs of Science, Technology and Higher Education in performing tasks and institutional functions requires the availability of data quickly and accurately. Along with the passage of time, the need for information systems of university data management is very necessary especially the data of colleges in violation. Currently, the management is manually stored into excel files which of course have a lot of limitations. This practice resulted in problems in the supervision of the process as well as the problems at the college in violation. To overcome these problems, it is required the design of information systems for problematic colleges that can meet existing business processes. This research used the design of requirements information system that meets the existing processing needs. This design employs the Rational Unified Process method, where the design follows the workflow requirements and is done iteratively as much as 3 iterations. The results of the study are the Requirement Artefact Set document that elaborates in detail the needs of the problematic college information system.

<p>Institut Hindu Dharma Negeri (IHDN) Denpasar utilize information technology to support the vision and mission. Besides utilized to assist in the administration of education, information technology is also used for the development of quality IHDN. For example, the implementation of SPMI by the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) IHDN Denpasar by utilizing information technology in empowering educators, staff, service for learners. Information technology can make SPMI process becomes more transparent and accountable, so as to improve the quality of education in IHDN Denpasar.</p><p>In 2016, the lecturers of IHDN Denpasar have been using applications Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) so that the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi of each Lecturer can be calculated in a professional manner. Application Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) which uses Microsoft Access greatly assist the lecturers of IHDN Denpasar in preparing the report of BKD, which became the basis allowances of lecturer certification. Scientific Journal Publication as research journals have been managed by using information technology in website’s form http://www.ejournal.ihdn.ac.id. Process research and community service in IHDN Denpasar, ranging from proposals to reporting already using online application that Management Information Systems Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM). Implementation of the obligations of officials in Denpasar IHDN in education have used the system of financial information which relating to applications such as SPAN and SILABI, and for IHDN affairs personnel data in Denpasar using http://ropeg.kemenag.go.id information system. whereas for asset management or inventory in IHDN Denpasar is managed by using the application of State Property (BMN). Services to students, starting from recruitment of new students, the learning process through graduation in Denpasar IHDN also have been managed through a new Student Information System Admissions, Academic Information Systems, and Information Systems Graduation.</p>

MSMEs, or Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises, are a critical component of Indonesia's economy. Each year, the development of MSMEs in Indonesia accelerates, as seen by their increasing contribution to GDP and workforce absorption by the MSME sector. However, some MSMEs continue to be constrained by accounting issues that have not been well organized and planned, resulting in a different final profit and loss value in accordance with the fact that there are issues with accounting financial management, which records each cash flow transaction in an organized and directed manner. MSME Anna Collection is one of the MSMEs with potential but has not yet developed. The Ana Collection MSME's bookkeeping is still unstructured and undirected, hence in the absence of a profit and loss statement for the business. It is believed that this community service activity would foster a knowledge for the critical nature of financial records in trading operations for MSMEs. Simple bookkeeping is critical in the business sector; there are numerous benefits to an MSME that maintains regular bookkeeping. Apart from serving as a benchmark for determining profits, the availability of bookkeeping enables business owners to ascertain their losses.

In recent years, the Directorate General of Taxes has been very intensive in providing services in the form of counseling to taxpayers. They make various work programs to provide tax awareness inclusion by involving the participation of the world of education from elementary school to university levels. One of the activities in question is forming Tax Volunteers from interested students. Tarumanagara University in this case driven by the Faculty of Economics and Business received an invitation to also be involved and the invitation was welcomed by several lecturers and became a Community Service Activity (PKM) which is one of the manifestations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity provides benefits to the community in this case to taxpayers who work or have businesses around the Untar Campus, including Untar lecturers and employees who will fulfill their tax obligations. These activities include consultation and assistance, helping to calculate and determine the amount of income tax payments that must be fulfilled by taxpayers along with filling out and reporting annual tax returns.The benefit for Tarumanagara University-especially the Faculty of Economics is the role of supporting the Government, especially in the inclusion of tax awareness. This is being promoted and programmed by the Directorate General of Taxes and at the same time to further foster relationships with the surrounding community.Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini, pihak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sangat intensif memberikan pelayanan berupa penyuluhan kepada para wajib pajak. DJP membuat berbagai program kerja untuk memberikan inklusi kesadaran pajak dengan melibatkan peran serta dunia pendidikan mulai dari tingkat Sekolah dasar sampai dengan Universitas. Salah satu kegiatan yang dimaksud adalah membentuk Relawan Pajak dari para mahasiswa yang berminat Universitas Tarumanagara dalam hal ini dimotori oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis mendapat undangan untuk juga terlibat dan undangan tersebut disambut baik oleh beberapa dosen dan menjadi Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang adalah salah satu perwujudan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat yaitu kepada para wajib pajak yang bekerja atau mempunyai usaha disekitar Kampus Untar termasuk juga untuk para dosen dan karyawan Untar yang akan memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya. Kegiatan tersebut antara lain berupa konsultasi dan asistensi, membantu menghitung dan menentukan jumlah setoran pajak penghasilan yang harus dipenuhi para wajib pajak beserta pengisian dan pelaporan SPT tahunannya. Manfaat bagi Universitas Tarumanagara-khususnya Fakultas Ekonomi merupakan peran serta mendukung Pemerintah khususnya dalam inklusi kesadaran perpajakan. Hal mana sedang digiatkan dan diprogramkan pihak Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan sekaligus untuk lebih membina hubungan dengan masyarakat sekitar.

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong><em> The development of technology is very influential on community service in the village. Therefore, Sekaran Village Siman District Ponorogo District has made various improvements, including one of the information systems.With a location that is not too far from the University of Darussalam Gontor makes basis why people empowerment in Sekaran village as a partner is held. The condition of administration service system in the Village is still conventional or manual. Such as (a) data storage of villagers is still in the register books; (b) data storage archives, especially letters from villages have not implemented application based information systems. This has become influential to the villagers or village officials, where human errors often occur, the service queue, and a waste of time and cost. Therefore we need a system to overcome the existing problems. Based on the problem, implementer people empowerment develop Sistem Administrasi Desa (SIMADES) to facilitate the service of residents data and administration.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: Information System, SIMADES, administration</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong><strong> </strong>Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan masyarakat dilingkup desa. Oleh karena itu Desa Sekaran Kecamatan Siman Kabupaten Ponorogo telah melakukan berbagai peningkatan, termasuk salah satunya peningkatan sistem informasi. Dengan lokasi yang tidak terlalu jauh dari Universitas Darussalam Gontor menjadikan dasar mengapa pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sekaran sebagai mitra diadakan. Kondisi sistem  pelayanan  administrasi  kependudukan  di Desa saat ini  masih bersifat konvensional atau manual, seperti: (a) Pencatatan data penduduk desa dalam buku - buku register; (b) Pendataan arsip khususnya surat-menyurat belum menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi. Hal tersebut berimbas kepada  perangkat  desa maupun penduduk desa, dimana sering terjadi human error, antrian pelayanan, serta pemborosan waktu dan biaya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat melakukan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa (SIMADES) untuk memudahkan pelayan data kependudukan dan administrasi.</p><strong>Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, SIMADES, administrasi</strong>
