<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>Difabel or disability is a term that includes interference, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. A disorder is a problem with the body's function or structure; An activity limitation is a difficulty faced by an individual in carrying out a task or action, while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations. So disability is a complex phenomenon, reflecting the interaction between the characteristics of a person's body and the characteristics of the society in which he or she lives. This community partnership program aims to increase partners' entrepreneurial motivation and provide skills in the use of internet media to support product marketing functions in the form of proactive marketing strategies in order to increase life independence. The methods used in this service are: lectures, question and answer discussions, and demonstration methods for online marketing training programs. The result of this activity is that participants in this case people with disabilities who are under the Bhakti Happy Hati</em><em> </em><em>Gianyar Foundation are very enthusiastic about listening to counseling related to literacy and motivation to increase the entrepreneurial spirit and understand using social media applications as online marketing as an effort to increase life independence</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Difabel atau disabilitas adalah istilah yang meliputi gangguan, keterbatasan aktivitas, dan pembatasan partisipasi. Gangguan adalah sebuah masalah pada fungsi tubuh atau strukturnya; suatu pembatasan kegiatan adalah kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh individu dalam melaksanakan tugas atau tindakan, sedangkan pembatasan partisipasi merupakan masalah yang dialami oleh individu dalam keterlibatan dalam situasi kehidupan. Jadi disabilitas adalah sebuah fenomena kompleks, yang mencerminkan interaksi antara ciri dari tubuh seseorang dan ciri dari masyarakat tempat dia tinggal. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kewirausahaan mitra serta memberikan keterampilan dalam penggunaan media internet untuk menunjang fungsi pemasaran produk berupa strategi pemasaran yang proaktif agar dapat meningkaatkan kemandirian hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab diskusi, dan metode demonstrasi untuk program pelatihan pemasaran online. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peserta dalam hal ini penyandang disabilitas yang bernaung dibawah Yayasan Bhakti Senang Hati Gianyar sangat antusias mendengarkan penyuluhan berkaitan dengan literasi dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta memahami menggunakan aplikasi media sosial sebagai pemasaran online sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian hidup.</p><br /><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: 425px; top: 464px;"> </div>

The partner in the community partnership program is Usaha Ilabulo Bakar. Ilabulo is a typical snack from Gorontalo. Formerly by the kings, Ilabulo symbolizes "Totombowata" which means united. PKM program by taking independent business partners as Ilabulo Bakar business actors. Partners who until now have many competitors that are difficult to develop. Every time Ilabulo was made per night, it could only be around 500 - 600 packs. The selling price per pack is around Rp. 5,000. Related to this PKM program the proposer wants to expand his business with ilabulo products globally by online marketing. This PKM program will help partners in the form of packaging improvements, product taste and quality, brands that do not yet exist, aspects of sales using only verbal communication, as well as simple management, the concept of inventory in warehouse does not yet exist and the financial management system is still lacking manual. and online sales training (e-commerce) of ilabulo Bakar products can be made as souvenirs typical of Gorontalo.

Khalayak sasaran Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah mitra kelompok pengolah sampah “Bank Sampah Bintang Mangrove” di Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Permasalahan mitra yang dihadapi yaitu minimnya pengetahuan tentang manfaat buah mangrove pada kesehatan, belum diketahuinya  tentang formula biskuit fungsional yang disubstitusi dengan tepung buah mangrove, dan pemasaran secara online. Tujuan kegiatan PKM yaitu peningkatan partisipasi kahalayak sasaran dalam pengetahuan manfaat buah mangrove terhadap kesehatan dan pendampingan produksi biscuit dari buah mangrove , serta pengembangan sistem pemasaran melalui pemasaran online. Metode yang dilakukan berupa metode sosialisasi, pelatihan/bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa melalui transfer pengetahuan formulasi biskuit dari tepung buah mangrove dan pendampingan kepada khalayak sasaran mampu menarik kembali minat dan partisipasi untuk lebih peduli pada buah mangrove serta membuka peluang usaha dari kegiatan tersebut. Produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa produk biskuit buah mangrove  sehingga mempunyai nilai tambah dengan harapan apabila usaha ini berhasil maka dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi. Produk yang bernilai ekonomi dapat menambah pendapatan bagi khalayak sasaran, sehingga khalayak sasaran dapat mencapai kemandirian ekonomi di area mereka. Kata kunci: Formulasi, Biskuit, Buah mangrove, BSBM, Pemasaran online ABSTRACT The target people of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) is the partner of the "Bank Sampah Bintang Mangrove" (BSBM), which recycle waste group in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, East Java. The problem come from the limited knowledge about the benefits of mangroves on health, unknown about the functional biscuit formula substituted with mangrove fruit flour yet, and online marketing. The aim of CPP activities is to increase knowledge of participant about benefits of mangroves on health and guidance in production of biscuits from mangroves, and development of marketing systems through online marketing. Method that used are socialization, technical training, and guidance. Result of this activity show that the training of biscuit formulation from mangrove fruit flour and guidance can increase the interest and participate for caring to the mangrove fruit and open business opportunities from it. The created product from this program is mangrove fruit biscuit that have the more value, if this plan was success  it can be valuable product. Smoked fish processing business in Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency with Karya Mina smoked fish processing partner. The fish fogging process is done by first drying the fish in an open area. Pasar Banggi Village is a village located around the tourist area and is a center for souvenirs from marine products, one of which is smoked fish. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to increase community income through increased quality and quantity of smoked fish production. The method used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is through socialization / counseling, management training, simple financial accounting and online marketing and business assistance. The results of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) include 1) an increase in the role of smoked fish business group members and business networks, 2) the realization of environmentally friendly smoked fish processing equipment / machines whose goal is to minimize air pollution caused by traditional / conventional fumigation of fish and maintain the quality and hygiene of processed fish products in the form of smoked fish.

The internet is one of the technologies that is inevitable in today's digital era. One effect of the internet is also having an impact on the business world, among others, with the development of e-commerce and the decreasing number of offline retailers. therefore the use of internet / e-commerce as an alternative sale must be made by all entrepreneurs including traditional snack entrepreneurs. This research aims to be able to help SMEs to introduce products through sales through the internet and its derivatives. In addition, this service also aims to introduce traditional snack products with better marketing strategies, including by using more eye catching packaging and selling so that they can be easily accepted by millennials. This research has carried out several activities including operational training in marketing training on the importance of attractive brands and packaging, as well as online marketing. This service has helped provide assistance in making stickers, cardboard boxes and jars as a diversification of product packaging for UKM Kembang Goyang “Bu Ninik”, Sragen. This dedication also initiates the use of gift boxes as a respondent to the beautiful appearance of souvenirs. In UKM Kumari Crispi, this research carried out by initiating product innovations with various flavors that are of interest to millennialsand providing shelter assistance for Kumari Crispy souvenir shops to support online businesses that will be run. All of training and accompaniment hope can improve the business performance of the target SMEs by increasing the demand for their products.

Based on data released by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association in 2018, 64.8% of Indonesia's population is internet users. The use of the internet is dominated by millennial, namely the age group born from the 1980s to the early 2000s. The high number of internet use apparently does not contribute to millennial to be creative in entrepreneurship. The Central Statistics Agency released data in 2019 which revealed that various types of unemployment were actually dominated by millennial. Based on the existing analysis, millennial in Timbangan Village has mobile devices but they have not been used to increase income. Therefore, the implementation of this Community Partnership Program needs to be held by conducting training in developing a millennial entrepreneurial spirit by utilizing the internet in Timbangan Village. The desired achievement targets in this PKM activity are: building youth independence in Timbangan Village by encouraging their intention to become entrepreneurs and maximizing youth knowledge in utilizing the internet for entrepreneurship.

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat) pada pelatihan pemanfaatan website pamasaran yaitu untuk membantu kelompok usaha kerajinan anyam mendong dalam pengembangan bisnis mereka agar lebih maju dan sejahtera di Kecamatan Rajapolah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.  Permasalahan kedua mitra yaitu UKM Saputra Handycraft dan UKM Risma Handycraft memiliki keterbatasan sistem pemasaran yang masih tradisional sehingga omzet penjualan dan nilai jual produk masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan penjualan dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan dalam memperluas pemasaran dengan media internet yaitu website. Metode pelaksanaan adalah pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan pengelolaan website pemasaran yaitu dibuatnya website untuk aplikasi marketplace bagi pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan produk kerajinan anyam mendong dan pelaku usaha dapat mengetahui bangaimana langkah-langkah stategis dalam pemasaran melalui website serta mengetahui pemanfaatan website dalam pemasaran. Simpulan kegiatan pelatihan yaitu peserta antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan adanya peningkatkan pengetahuan serta kemampuannya dalam menggunakan website pemasaran. Therefore, to increase sales is done by training in expanding marketing with internet media, namely the website. The method of implementation is training. The results of the training on marketing website management are the creation of a website for marketplace applications for business people in promoting Mendong woven craft products and business people can know how strategic steps are in marketing through the website and knowing the use of the website in marketing. The conclusions of the training activities participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training and there was an increase in their knowledge and ability to use website marketing. Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is located in the range of 15 Km from the center of Gresik. The locals are very creative by continuing their culinary innovations besides Legen and dawet siwalan to the grilled chicken menu as a companion. The community's huge interest in the typical culinary of Hendrosari Village is then continued with the development of the tourist village of Lontar Sewu Nature & Culinary Tourism Village. There is a jogging track built to cross the palm plantations, a traditional culinary center of Gresik and a tourist attraction for game rides and a great place for selfies.Physically, the development of the tourism village has been completed and began to operate, but there are still many stakeholders, especially the main activists of the Tourism Village and the community still need guidance as to how they are able to optimize the potential of the tourist village in their place through entrepreneurship. How to take the right steps so that the local wisdom of this tourism village is able to significantly strengthen the superiority of the product which is expected to be able to raise economic independence in the village of Hendrosari.This problem then became the basis of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Hendrosari village. Through this program, the main activists of the Tourism Village consisting of Bumdes, PKK cadres, Karang Taruna cadres and the Tourism Village Activity Organizing Committee and the community will be given a briefing to foster entrepreneurial spirit enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, the Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency .The purpose of carrying out PKM activities are; 1. Growing the entrepreneurial spirit of the community of Hendrosari village 2. Increasing the product competitiveness of the community of the village of Hendrosari. The method used is the lecture and discussion method, technology transfer and demonstration method.Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that the main activists in the Tourism Village and the community will be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to increase the competitiveness of the MSME products of the Lontar Tourism village community, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency.

Wadai comes from Banjar Language, which means cake, so Wadai Khas Banjar is a typical cake from Banjarmasin City. Wadai Khas Banjar is a mainstay culinary city of Banjarmasin that needs to be maintained, because currently the existence of this Typical Banjar has been eroded by attacks from various kinds of modern cakes that offer a variety of flavors, shapes and preparations, so that the average person if faced with the choice of whether the Wadai Khas Banjar or modern cakes, they prefer modern cakes, because the variations and tastes are very diverse. For this reason, we will strive to help maintain the existence of this Banjar Typical Wadai by conducting activities including the Community Partnership Program. This program is for typical Banjar entrepreneurs who aim to increase the knowledge and competence of Banjar Typical entrepreneurs to solve problems in the field of business management and operating / production aspects in the form of profile and organizational structure, marketing strategies, working capital management and calculation of production costs and product diversity . This activity is planned to be held for 8 months effectively from April to November 2018. The target audience is businessmen and business employees of Wadai Khas Banjar. In the implementation of the activities the materials used consisted of training documents, extension modules, proofs of transactions and raw materials for the typical Banjar Wadai. Approach method for solution to problems in the form of counseling and training, employer mobilization, business management intervention and evaluation of activities of science and technology activities for the community in the form of extension, training and implementation activities in Banjar Wadai Typical business in Banjarmasin Central City District, Banjarmasin in business management and production. The output of this activity is in the form of profile and organizational structure, implementation of new marketing strategies, working capital proposals and calculation of production costs and typical Banjar Wadai products with new flavor variances and forms.Keywords: Community partnership program, Wadai Khas Banjar

AbstrakPermasalahan kesehatan yang timbul saat ini merupakan akibat dari perilaku hidup yang tidak sehat. Gaya hidup yang kurang baik mengakibatkan tingginya angka kejadian Penyakit Tidak Menular, Di Desa Rambah Hilir kunjungan penderita hipertensi dan diabetes di Puskesmas Rambah Hilir I di tahun 2018 ini sampai bulan Juni 66 kasus Hipertensi 27 Kasus Diabetes. Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) merupakan progam Pemerintah untuk mengajak masyarakat hidup sehat dengan focus pada 3 kegiatan utama yaitu melakukan aktifitas fisik, makan buah sayur dan cek kesehatan secara rutin minimal enam bulan sekali.Dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini upaya yang dilakukan adalah meningkatkan gaya hidup sehat yakni meningkatnya aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan rutin senam bersama setiap hari minggu dan meningkatkan konsumsi buah dan sayur dengan memanfaatkan lahan perkarangan rumah warga dengan menanam buah dan sayur dihalaman rumah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi buah dan sayur. Upaya Peningkatan peran masyarakat dalam memeriksakan kesehatannya dengan mendirikan posko kesehatan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam memeriksa kesehatannya. Luaran yang telah dicapai adalah Adanya kegiatan senam rutin, meningkatnya konsumsi buah dan sayur dengan Adanya tanaman buah dan sayur disetiap rumah warga, makan buah dan sayur bersama setiap hari minggu, Adanya pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala.Abstract.Health problems that currently emergeare resulted from unhealthy living behaviours. A bad lifestyle causes an increase innon-communicable diseases cases. According to patient visit data until June 2018 at the community health centre (Puskesmas) Rambah Hilir I, Rambah Hilir Village, Rokan Hulu, Riau, it shows that there were 66 cases of hypertension and 27 cases of diabetes.The Healthy Life Society Movement (GERMAS) is a government program to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle focusing on 3 main activities namely physical activities, eating vegetables, together with regular health check-upsat least once every 6 months. This community partnership program attempts to enhance the healthy lifestyle by intensifying physical activitiesthrough a routine collective exercise on every Sunday and increasing fruits and vegetables consumption. The community members’ yards are used as land to grow fruits and vegetables for meeting the community’s needs. Regarding the effort to improve the role of the community members to check their health, it was carried out by establishing a health post to facilitate them in checking-up their health. Outputs that have been achieved are the routine exercise; an increase in fruits and vegetables consumptionasthere are fruit and vegetable plants in every resident's houses; eating fruits and vegetables collectively on every Sunday; as well as regular health check-ups.

The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.
