Taking into account the updating goals and methods of modern education, the relevance of revealing the potential of the digital environment for the implementation of personality-oriented learning is justified. The search for effective methods of pedagogical support of an individualized student’s work in new information conditions is substantiated. Material and methods. The implementation of the objective approach to the organization of students’ independent work in a digital environment is proposed and methodologically justified. As a prerequisite is considered the “culturecongruent” of this approach, i.e. compliance with the level of modern information culture and the educational results demanded by society. The key features of the learning task in the digital space are identified in terms of goal setting, content management, the development of digital tools, interaction with other subjects, taking into account the individual student’s needs and requests, manifested in their information behavior. The concept of “digital microenvironment of the learning task” is introduced and disclosed, embodying the specifics of setting educational tasks and creating situations for their solution in the digital education space. Results and discussion. The results of surveys of university students and teachers are presented and analyzed, which made it possible to identify the real features of pedagogical activity in the digital education space and correlate them with the students’ attitude to the use of various methods of interaction with resources and persons in the digital educational environment. The data confirmed that the majority of teachers do not fully realize the potential of the digital educational environment in the context of modern education priorities and are not sufficiently oriented to students’ information and communication requests. Conclusion. The learning task is considered as a unit, according to which an independent learning and cognitive activity is organized in the digital environment. The design of the “learning tasks of digital microenvironments” provides a wide range of opportunities for organizing a productive, personality-oriented independent student work. The nature of the educational activity in the “digital microenvironment” depends both on the pedagogical methodology and on the educational position and characteristics of the student’s informational behavior.

The relevance and practical significance of the research is determined by the increasing role of intellectual resources in the conditions of digitalization of entrepreneurship. Along with other types, intellectual resources determine the competitiveness of trade enterprises and act as a key factor in their development. One of the main features that characterize the modern economy is a high level of competition, which ultimately leads to the need to maximize the use of all available resources, actively introduce innovative technologies, and quickly adapt to changing market conditions. The scope of the study is expanded by the fact that during the coronavirus pandemic, commercial entrepreneurship in Russia was greatly transformed. suffered and transformed. The pandemic has pushed commerce to online platforms, and contributed to the development of a favorable environment for e-commerce. Currently, a wide range of digital innovations are used in commercial entrepreneurship. The COVID-19 crisis has accelerated the spread of e-commerce to new firms, customers, and products. This allowed the trade enterprises to continue working, despite the limitations of contacts. At the same time, the possession of intellectual capital has a significant impact on the competitiveness of firms. The importance of intangible assets as a source of competitive advantages is growing rapidly. Blockchain and related technologies are currently relevant, many industries are exploring their capabilities, and new ways to use it are constantly emerging. Since the distributed ledger technology creates a secure, verified, and immutable information chain, it finds application in brand protection and enforcement, and is used to track.

The purpose of the research is to consider the key interdisciplinary research and practice problems of the property turnover digitalisation and propose ways to solve them. Elements, phenomena and processes of the digital environment first appeared in the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal family. By determining the constitutive features of them, the authors turned to classical domestic and foreign legal statutory concepts and policy management. The research was carried out by the comparative-legal method and modelling method. The identification of interdisciplinary research and practice problems as well as methods for solving them was based on the methods for ascent from the abstract to the concrete, induction and deduction. As a result of the implementation of the research objectives through the general scientific and private scientific methods described above, the authors identified the constitutive features of the key elements of property turnover in the digital environment, such as digital currency, smart contract, electronic trading. Identified were both doctrinal and practical problems associated with the essence and features of those elements, as well as the legal regulation of the associated relations. Those elements are considered in two dimensions, in the information system and legal field. In addition, significant gaps in the regulatory framework of the associated relations were identified; the impossibility of applying the classical regime of objects of civil rights and the rules of documentary circulation to digital objects and processes was substantiated. The novelty of the work consists in proposing ways to solve interdisciplinary theoretical and practical problems of the property turnover digitalisation, which are important for a wide range of academic researchers and practitioners in the legal field.

The article is devoted to the study of the content and form of the socio-cultural space of the library at the present stage, which is undergoing significant transformations under the influence of information technologies, social, economic and technological changes. The basic tendencies of designing library spaces in the world practice are revealed and, based on the analyzed analogues, the principles of their architectural and planning organization are formulated. Dynamic processes in the field of information technology and social communication, having undergone special development at the beginning of the XXI century, have greatly influenced the understanding of the functions and place of the library in the educational, recreational and leisure and socio-cultural space of society, becoming factors for the transformation of libraries and their acquisition of new functions, which was reflected in the formation of new concepts and principles of architectural organization of this type of buildings. Today, the areas of activity and architectural solutions of traditional libraries in Ukraine do not meet the needs of today's information society, and especially its needs for communication and information support. As there are not enough qualitative samples that could serve as a basis for this research in domestic practice, so the successful world practice has been analyzed to identify the basic tendencies of designing modern libraries and to formulate recommendations for their architectural organization. In the world advanced countries library professionals, together with architects, designers, representatives of the information technology sector, are actively working on solving the problem of modernization and adaptation of libraries to the modern requirements of society. In its modern sense, the library is a multifunctional socio-cultural center providing open access to information in any form, as well as the opportunity to interact and carry out a wide range of activities-communicative, leisure, recreational for all segments of the population. The dynamic transformation of libraries and the acquisition of a wide range of new features requires a new architectural strategy, which would ensure the full realization of all potential capabilities of the library. And, if, considering the exterior of the building, the mean of solving the task is the formation of a modern expressive architectural image of the building, then the interior space requires a much wider range of architectural innovations and transformations. The internal space of the library is an important element of non-verbal communication, interacting with users through spatial shapes, color, lighting. Taking into account the works of foreign and domestic researchers and the analysis of a number of world analogues, the following features of designing modern library spaces were revealed: flexibility and transformability, multifunctionality, accessibility and adaptability to all user groups, environmental friendliness, technological interactivity, architectural expressiveness. As a result of the conducted research it is revealed that dynamic processes of development of innovations, digital and information-communication technologies set new contours of architectural-planning and spatial organization of the modern library building. Library space at the present stage significantly expands the range of its functions, acquiring new meaning and importance for society, becoming an important socio-cultural center.

Domestic greywater produced via household chores has a major contribution to environmental pollution and is also the best-untapped energy source. Since the past decade, in the different fields, enormous efforts have been made to reach the bio-energy from bio-waste. These efforts consist of a wide range of thermochemical, bio-chemical, and microbial fuel cells; etc. however, all these efforts are in their infancy. They have high cost and are efficient on a large-scale; furthermore, these efforts used a non-intelligent process that has led to lack of development in this type of review. This ongoing research presents the smart design process that leads to hybrid energy via the intersection of computation, wastewater, and microorganisms and aims to introduce the novel bio-computational machine based on particle Physics. Therefore, we will investigate the mixture of the microbial fuel cells, specifically “Spirulina” micro-algae, and household chores greywater. In the computational framework, we propose high-precise fluid simulation with the advantage of particle position and dynamic physics for the conversion of the mixture of “Spirulina medium,” and household chore greywater makes energy control possible through flow, and management of the type of solution mix, by transferring data from the modules to the digital environment. Finally, these datasets simulate behavior based on the physical properties of each particle. The procedure works in a parametric computer-aided design (CAD) environment and through Grasshopper within Rhinoceros Software by syncing bio-computational machine to the digital environment. The solenoid valve and fluid flow controller applied between the nutritious tank and energy conversion tank measure nutritional consumption and sends it to the digital environment numerically with an Arduino-Uno board kit. These batch numerical signals are stored in our local database then are combined with the particle physics engine and simulate the material behavior; also, they provide the ability to control our bio-computational machine digitally.

While there is a popular belief that the digital generation is immersed in and adept at using digital media, recent studies point to a large variation among young people in their appropriation of digital technologies. This study examined the patterns of, and reasons for, infrequent use of digital technology among the younger generation, by conducting semi-structured interviews with 19 school-aged Australian youth. Infrequent users focused narrowly on a small number of applications and did not explore the wide range of available activities. This was mainly due to their lack of confidence and the perceived irrelevance of digital technologies to their lives. Most participants in this study had chosen a vocational path where computers and the internet were not integral to their everyday learning experience. This deterred them from improving their digital media literacy. Based on observations, I argue that it is not sufficient merely to provide access to digital media; rather, users need motivation, skills and perceived benefits in order to utilise this technology fully. In the case of school-aged youth, schoolwork as well as their peer group culture influences how they situate themselves in the digital environment that surrounds them.
