Mediation experience of educational institutions in the Arctic and the Far North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Необходимость внедрения онлайн-медиации на Крайнем Севере обусловлена особенностями жизнедеятельности северных территорий, которые накладывают отпечаток на психологическое развитие детей и, как следствие, на эффективность образовательного процесса. Дефицитарность развития альтернативной процедуры разрешения конфликтов в отдаленных районах края приводит к актуализации онлайн-медиации с точки зрения профилактики, предотвращения и разрешения конфликтных ситуаций и освоения специалистами информационно-коммуникативных технологий, подготовки конкурентоспособных специалистов, а также установления благоприятного эмоционально-личностного фона. Проблематика исследования связана со сравнительно недавним внедрением медиативных процедур на территории Крайнего Севера и в то же время с возможностями, которые предоставляет медиация для региона, особенности которого создают наиболее тяжелые психологические условия. Эмоционально-личностное развитие представителей малых народов известно не только позитивными, но и неблагоприятными социально-психологическими последствиями перемен.В научной статье посредством контент-анализа и сравнительного анализа рассматриваются психологические особенности обучающихся на территориях Крайнего Севера, развитие и формы медиативного процесса на территориях Красноярского края и Крайнего Севера, а также возможности онлайн-медиации для отдаленных территорий региона и установление положительного психологического климата. The need to introduce online mediation in the Far North is due to the peculiarities of the life of the northern territories, which affect the psychological development of children and, as a result, the effectiveness of the educational process. The lack of development of alternative conflict resolution procedures in remote areas of the region leads to the actualization of online mediation in terms of prevention, prevention and resolution of conflict situations and the development of information and communication technologies by specialists, the training of competitive specialists, as well as the establishment of a favorable emotional and personal background. The problems of the study are related to the relatively recent introduction of mediation procedures in the Far North and at the same time to the opportunities that mediation provides for the region, the features of which create the most difficult psychological conditions. The emotional and personal development of the representatives of small nations is known not only for the positive, but also for the unfavorable socio-psychological consequences of changes. The article examines the psychological characteristics of students in the Far North, the development and forms of the mediation process in the territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Far North, as well as the possibilities of online mediation for remote areas of the region and the establishment of a positive psychological climate.

The article substantiates the importance of organizing special training of future specialists of psychological and pedagogical profile to work with gifted children. It is emphasized that such children belong to the modern «Alpha generation», whose personal development from the first years of life takes place in the digital space, as well as that the use of information and communication technologies is an important factor in the successful organization of distance learning in higher education in solving the problem of forming innovative, creative, competent teachers of gifted children in particular. It was found out that the communication potential and interactivity of ICT provides the subjects of the educational process opportunities for creative communication, exchange of information, cooperation in performing common tasks, increase interest, deepen knowledge about the phenomenon of giftedness and development of non-cognitive qualities needed for future educators with gifted children. The methodical features of conducting lectures-visualizations on pedagogical disciplines with the use of electronic presentations aimed at forming in future educators components of readiness to work with gifted children are presented. The importance of electronic educational resources in expanding students' knowledge about various aspects of working with gifted children is shown. The experience of creating a virtual teacher's site «Teaching creatively» is presented, in which it is integrated the capabilities of online services in accordance with the didactic purpose, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of gifted children. The teacher's virtual website «Teaching creatively» has a clear structure, its creation involves the use of online services that allow you to design interactive tasks, provide feedback, record educational videos and conduct research. The main conclusion of the study is that the use of information and communication technologies, electronic educational resources in terms of distance / blended learning significantly improves the quality of training of future teachers to work with gifted children.

The article raises the issue of application of information and communication technologies in the inclusive environment of the educational institution. It is proved that such an environment is formed as a result of an individual adaptation of educational programs, as well as with the use in the educational process of information and communication technologies that allow the perception and transmission of educational information in an accessible form for all students. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the relevance and features of the use of information and communication technologies in an inclusive educational environment of the educational institution. In the process of scientific research we used the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization. Results of the research. The key ways in which information and communication technologies can support educational opportunities for people with disabilities are as follows: determining the previous level of personal development (skills and abilities); providing assistance in personal development, forming new skills or updating existing ones; improving access to information; overcoming geographical or social isolation through digital communications; increase motivation and awareness of the benefits of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the main types of information and communication technology used to teach children with special educational needs are: standard technologies (for example, computers with built-in settings for people with special educational needs); available data formats, also known as alternative formats (for example, available HTML, say books DAISY system (Digital Accessibility Information System ‒ electronic accessible information system), as well as “low-tech” formats such as Braille; assistive technologies: hearing aids, screen readers, keyboards, etc. Assistive technologies are devices, products, equipment, software, or services designed to enhance, support, or improve the functionality of people with disabilities. Taking into account the didactic capabilities of information and communication technologies, as well as the needs and demands of inclusive education, three key functions that perform information and communication technologies in inclusive education are formulated: compensatory, didactic, communication. Necessary conditions for the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process are the availability of material and system-technical support, as well as the availability of appropriate professional competencies of teachers. The development of online mediation in the Arctic and the Far North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is necessary because of the increased level of conflict potential in educational institutions and the need to find the most effective methods for resolving conflicts, taking into account the needs of persons with disabilities. This article analyzes the problem of the development of mediation as a tool for resolving conflicts with the participation of children with disabilities, as well as adapting the mediation procedure to a digital format. A content analysis of Russian and foreign practices, demonstrated the insufficient development of inclusive education and the mediation process in our country. Monitoring of school mediation services in the Arctic and northern territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory confirmed the formalized nature of school mediation services, the lack of training programs for mediators on the basis of higher educational institutions of the Arctic and northern territories, insufficient knowledge of methods of working with ‘special children and an emphasis on preventive measures. An interview was conducted on the organizational system of school mediation services, the identification of conflict-generating factors, ways of resolving conflicts, the readiness of mediation specialists to transition to a digital environment, the adaptation of the mediation procedure to the specific characteristics of children with disabilities and the need to develop a mediation procedure in connection with the natural-climatic factors of these territories. The practical benefit of the study is in promoting the implementation of mediation and online mediation practices in the educational system to resolve conflicts with the participation of children with disabilities, develop a humane attitude towards various categories of the population and establish favorable conditions for learning. The practical use of the research increases due to the scarcity of scientific developments in the field of inclusive education, an alternative and innovative mediation process in the Arctic and Northern territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

В условиях модернизации системы среднего профессионального образования использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий как в учебном процессе, так и в качестве инструмента управления системой образования является необходимостью, поскольку данные технологии способствуют совершенствованию механизмов управления на основе использования автоматизированных банков (информационных платформ) данных научно-педагогической информации и учебно-методических материалов, а также методологии и стратегии отбора, содержания, методов и организационных форм обучения, соответствующих задачам развития личности. Более того, внедряя технологические решения, используя современные подходы автоматизации система среднего профессионального образования будет способна не только расширить свои функциональные возможности, повысить оперативность всех процессов, обеспечить открытость и доступность информации, постоянный мониторинг учебных материалов, процессов трудоустройства выпускников, интеграцию внутри образовательной организации, а также обеспечить сотрудничество с другими субъектами системы образования извне, но и выполнить свою главную задачу – качественную подготовку специалиста, готового работать в информационном обществе. In the context of the modernization of secondary vocational education, the use of information and communication technologies both in the educational process and as an educational management tool is necessary, as these technologies contribute to the improvement of management mechanisms through the use of automated banks (information platforms) data of scientific and pedagogical information and educational materials, as well as methodology and strategy of selection, content, methods and organizational forms of education corresponding to the tasks of personal development. Moreover, by introducing technological solutions, using modern automation approaches, the system of secondary vocational education will be able not only to expand functionality, Improve the efficiency of all processes, ensure the openness and accessibility of information, and continuously monitor training materials, the processes of employment of graduates, integration within the educational organization, as well as ensuring cooperation with other entities of the educational system from outside, but also to fulfill main task - high-quality training of a specialist who is ready to work in the information society.

Рассматриваются проблематика и возможности внедрения инновационного способа разрешения конфликта при помощи медиатора с использованием средств ИКТ (онлайн-медиация) в общеобразовательных учреждениях в аспекте климатических особенностей территорий Арктики и Крайнего Севера, специфики удаленного местоположения и развития образовательной системы в целом. Проводится мониторинг общеобразовательных учреждений на предмет использования медиативной процедуры, разработки медиативных программ, применяемых методов. Посредством социологического исследования выявляется специфика организационной структуры школьных служб медиации, проблематика функционирования, виды и причины конфликтогенных ситуаций. Прослеживаются основные пробелы в образовательной системе арктических территорий, которые негативно влияют на масштабное и эффективное внедрение медиации. Высокий интерес России к арктическим территориям, прежде всего, связан с экономического возможностями. Арктика является стратегической платформой, приоритетным направлением в вопросах обороноспособности и главным источником углеводородных запасов. Особенность месторасположения позволяет усилить финансовую позицию страны. Вместе с этим особенность месторасположения сказывается на суровом климате, миграционном потоке и проблеме доступности образования. Особая роль уделяется возможностям онлайн-медиации при разрешении конфликтов с участием детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья разных категорий. Делается вывод о необходимости усовершенствования образовательной системы арктических территорий в части подготовки специалистов в области медиации и в целом конкурентоспособных кадров, владеющих средствами ИКТ, а также с целью разнообразия форматов предоставления информации и повышения эффективности обучения. Объясняется необходимость развития альтернативной медиации и внедрения онлайн-медиации. The article considers the problems and possibilities of introducing an innovative method of conflict resolution with the help of a mediator using ICT (online mediation) in general education institutions in terms of the climatic features of the Arctic and the Far North, the specifics of remote location and the development of the educational system as a whole. General education institutions are monitored for the use of mediation procedures, the development of mediation programs, and the methods used. Through sociological research, the specifics of the organizational structure of school mediation services, the problems of functioning, the types and causes of conflict situations are revealed. The main gaps in the educational system of the Arctic territories are traced, which negatively affect the large-scale and effective implementation of mediation. Russia's high interest in the Arctic territories is primarily related to economic opportunities. The Arctic is a strategic platform, a priority in defense issues, and a major source of hydrocarbon reserves. The peculiarity of the location allows you to strengthen the financial position of the country. At the same time, the peculiarity of the location affects the harsh climate, the migration flow and the problem of access to education. A special role is given to the possibilities of online mediation in resolving conflicts involving children with disabilities of different categories. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the educational system of the Arctic territories in terms of training specialists in the field of mediation and generally competitive personnel who possess ICT tools, as well as to diversify the formats for providing information and improving the effectiveness of training. It explains the need for the development of alternative mediation and the introduction of online mediation.

The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of digital resources in the university’s educational process to train business lawyers in demand in the digital society, including in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. The method of analysis and sociological method were used as the main ones. The main result of the study is that the fruitful impact of digital technologies used in the educational process on the formation of key competencies of the digital economy in lawyers for business is proved. Conclusions. Using online technologies in educational activities directly depends on the level of digital literacy of university teachers. With the help of sociological research, students’ preferences concerning the digital technologies used during distance learning were revealed. The role of information and communication technologies in the process of formation of the individual educational trajectory of undergraduates, in particular, building a personal development trajectory for people with disabilities.

Corrective and educational work is considered as a system of complex measures of psychological and pedagogical influence on various features of anomalous development of the individual as a whole, since each defect negatively affects not only a separate mental function, but also reduces the social adaptation of the child in all its manifestations. In the technological aspect, the correctional and educational process has its own specificity, depending on the particulars of the child and the chosen learning option for her. In general education, modern methods and technologies typical for the educational process of a secondary school can be effectively applied: technology of upbringing a successful person, collective creative affairs, personal development technology, training, interactive, information and communication technologies, etc. In the case of a complex defect in a child, or a combination of several defects, when training is conducted in a compensatory-adaptive or abolition variant, the leading advocates are medical correction and health-saving technologies. Separately allocated technologies which can be successfully applied at any type of training, for example, gaming and technologies of art therapy. The effectiveness of the correctional direction of education can be assessed by the following criteria: qualitative and quantitative easing of the structure of the defect; correction of defects and transition of corrected defects to positive opportunities of the child; conscious use of the children's experience; accumulation and positive change in personality properties.

It was defined in the publication that in the context of humanization and democratization of higher education happens the reorientation of the educational process to the preparation of future professionals, that are characterized not only by the formation of professional competence, but also by the ability to think critically and autonomously. In turn, this provides the granting of a pedagogical support to the future professional in personal and professional formation. Therefore, the providing of this noted support to each subject is a pressing issue for the pedagogical theory and practice in different countries, including Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the concept of “a pedagogical support” on the basis of the analysis of the comparison of the perspectives of Ukrainian and Chinese scholars. The following theoretical research methods were used to achieve this goal: the analysis of scientific sources that reveal the essence of the problem under study; synthesis, comparison, systematization of scientific views of scientists in determining the essence of pedagogical support. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, it has been established, that the concept of a pedagogical support is interpreted by the scientists ambiguously, in particular as: a purposeful activity of the teacher aimed at providing prompt or preventive assistance to the individual in the process of his / her learning and development; the activity of the teacher, that is implemented in the following areas: the providing of internal conditions (needs, attitudes, needs, abilities) for the development and self-development of each personality; the creation of favorable external conditions for its existence, training and personal development; building a humanistic micro social environment in the educational establishment by the providing a favorable psychological climate, active interaction between the participants of the educational process, involving the subjects of interaction in the performance of creative activities, etc. It was determined that the research under the pedagogical support refers to a purposeful activity of the teacher, aimed at assisting the individual in the process of its learning and development, stimulating its transformation into an active subject of their own professional and personal formation. It has also been found that providing pedagogically literate a pedagogical support can significantly improve the efficiency of the educational process in higher education.

The purpose and tasks of the work are to analyze the contemporary Ukrainian mass culture in terms of its value and humanistic components, as well as the importance of cultural studies and Ukrainian studies in educational disciplines for the formation of a holistic worldview of modern youth.Analysis of research and publications. Scientists repeatedly turned to the problems of the role of spirituality in the formation of society and its culture. This problem is highlighted in the publications by O. Losev, V. Lytvyn, D. Likhachev, S. Avierintsev, M. Zakovych, I. Stepanenko and E. Kostyshyn.Experts see the main negative impact of mass culture on the quality approach, which determines mass culture through the market, because mass culture, from our point of view, is everything that is sold and used in mass demand.One of the most interesting studies on this issue was the work by the representatives of Frankfurt School M. Horkheimer and T. Adorno «Dialectics of Enlightenment» (1947), devoted to a detailed analysis of mass culture. Propaganda at all socio-cultural levels in the form is similar in both totalitarian and democratic countries. It is connected, according to the authors, with the direction of European enlightenment. The tendency to unify people is a manifestation of the influence of mass culture, from cinema to pop. Mass culture is a phenomenon whose existence is associated with commerce (accumulation in any form – this is the main feature of education), in general, the fact that it exists in this form is related to the direction of the history of civilization.Modern mass culture, with its externally attractive and easily assimilated ideas and symbols, appealing to the trends of modern fashion, becomes a standard of prestigious consumption, does not require intense reflection, allows you to relax, distract, not teach, but entertains, preaches hedonism as the main spiritual value. And as a consequence, there are socio-cultural risks: an active rejection of other people, which leads to the formation of indifference; cruelty as a character trait; increase of violent and mercenary crime; increase in the number of alcohol and drug addicts; anti-patriotism; indifference to the values of the family and as a result of social orphanhood and prostitution.Conclusions, perspectives of research. Thus, we can conclude that modern Ukrainian education is predominantly formed by the values of mass culture. Namely, according to the «Dialectic» by Horkheimer and Adorno, «semi-enlightenment becomes an objective spirit» of our modern society.It is concluded that only high-quality education can create the opposite of the onset of mass culture and the destruction of spirituality in our society. It is proved that only by realizing the importance of cultivating disciplines in the educational process and the spiritual upbringing of the nation, through educational reforms, humanitarian knowledge will gradually return to student audiences.Formation of youth occurs under the influence of social environment, culture, education and self-education. The optimal combination of these factors determines both the process of socialization itself and how successful it will be. In this context, one can see the leading role of education and upbringing. It turns out that the main task of modern education is to spread its influence on the development of spiritual culture of the individual, which eventually becomes a solid foundation for the formation of the individual. Such a subject requires both philosophical and humanitarian approaches in further integrated interdisciplinary research, since the availability of such research will provide the theoretical foundation for truly modern educational and personal development.

Este artículo es producto de una investigación que tiene como finalidad establecer la relación que tienen las TIC con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del Colegio Técnico Industrial “La Alborada” de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas, Ecuador. Este estudio se enmarca dentro de las investigaciones descriptivas, correlacionales, ya que por medio del análisis, observación, comparación y descripción de las variables, se establece el escaso uso de las herramientas tecnológicas en el proceso educativo. Los datos estadísticos se obtienen de los resultados por la aplicación de instrumentos a los estudiantes y docentes de la institución. Se utilizaron los métodos deductivos, inductivos y teóricos para el desarrollo del proceso. La propuesta requiere un fortalecimiento en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, siendo importante que los docentes conozcan el uso adecuado de las mismas y las integren en sus horas de clases, porque mejorará el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes por su nueva forma de explicar las clases que serán más interactivas y divertidas. Es necesario realizar un Plan de capacitación en el uso de las herramientas e- learning que garantice una educación de calidad.   Palabras claves: TIC, rendimiento académico, proceso educativo.   ABSTRACT   This article is the result of a research that aims to establish the relationship of ICTs to academic performance of students in the Industrial Technical College “La Alborada” in Milagro, Guayas, Ecuador. This study is part of a descriptive, correlational research, since through analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables, the limited use of technological tool sin the educational process is established. The statistics are obtained from the resultsof the application of tools for students and teachers of the institution. Deductive, inductive and theoretical process development methods were used. The proposal requires as treng then ing in the use of new information and communication technologies and it is important that teachers become aware of their proper use and incorporate them in their classes, because these will improve the academic performance of students in classes that are more interactive and fun.
