The mission of the research is to study the main problems, arising in the course of restoring pieces of architectural heritage in the age of globalization and fast-paced expansion of urban areas, and to identify the influence produced by traditional built-up areas on formation of a biosphere compatible urban environment. In the 21st century, destruction threats in respect of pieces of architectural heritage aggravate due to their exposure to aggressive environments. Principal research methods, employed by the author, include the retrospective analysis of sources of law, media posts, and a comparative historical method. The following findings were obtained in the course of the research: firstly, it was identified that historic buildings serve as screens preventing the psychological decline of urban areas. Secondly, the author proved that this decline was a consequence of the destruction ideology that found its adherents both in the 20th and 21st centuries. Thirdly, the author offered the key to solving this problem: the solution is to enhance the training of future restorers and urban planners at universities of architecture and civil engineering. The events, delivered at the Moscow state university of civil engineering, may serve as an example.

The article is written in the framework of the research project of the Moscow state university of psychology and education "Development of a conceptual model of a new school". In this article, the authors attempt to start a comparative analysis of conceptual educational systems and practices that have common value and theoretical and methodological foundations and can become the basis for building the educational process within the framework of the project being developed. It is important to enrich understanding of how the principles of subjectness, cooperation, and development can be implemented on a school-wide scale through a comparison of the system of developmental instruction training and the reflexive-activity approach. The article attempts to integrate these approaches in the process of designing a new school.

The information environment of the Internet, turns into the powerful educational tool. This article explores the issues of digital transformation of an educational space. These are the results of the monitoring study on the problems of the teacher's readiness to effectively use digital tools for the organization of the educational process: electronic forms of textbooks, educational applications, online services and educational platforms. The advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation are further explored. The binary learning effect of digital educational tools is acknowledged, as the Educational nature is not only the content of the resource, but also the process of working with it, which contributes to the development of not only the student, but also the professional skills of the teacher. The rapid development of digital technologies and methods of network integration, allow for the implementation of advanced learning technologies that take into account the processes of human self-organization and social communication in the conditions of a digital transformation.

Preliminary results of applying two methods for isolating diatoms from the soil that were used during the study of soil algae of the Zvenigorod Biological Station of Moscow State University are presented in this paper. The authors compare the classical method of moist chambers with fouling glasses and the method of isolating diatoms from the soil using moist plates with gauze placed on the surface of the soil. The methods were used to isolate diatoms from soil samples taken in two biotopes – in a birch forest and in a river floodplain. It has been shown that the main advantage of the method of fouling glasses is the reception of additional data on the active life of algae in the soil, since many algae form clones on the surface of the glass as a result of cell division. At the same time, with the help of gauze cultures, it is possible to obtain preparations that contain more material of better quality, since the shells of diatoms can be better cleaned from organics using this method. Both methods have their advantages and disadvantages, and to obtain more complete results, the authors recommend using them together.

In the article, the option of pedagogical interaction based training forms for student’s initiative in future profession development is analyzed. The concepts of student’s initiative, process of pedagogical interaction, pedagogical interaction based training forms are described. Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and South Ural State University served as an experimental base. The purpose of the experiment was to analyze effect of using pedagogical interaction based training forms for the student’s initiative in future profession development. Two groups were selected for research: experimental (212 students) and control (219 students). Quantitative indicators of the dynamics testify the effectiveness of the experimental work: control group shows 16 percent progress while the experimental have 31 percent.

The analysis of intelligent learning systems efficiency revealed a number of contradictions between the capabilities of software-integrated computer hardware facilities and low didactic efficiency of their use. Therefore, when designing intelligent learning systems, the task of researching and analyzing the existing psycho-pedagogical theories, concepts and training methods is still urgent today. The purpose of the paper is to study existing theories, concepts and learning methods for adapting them to automated software-integrated hardware learning facilities. The paper proposes variants of teacher and students adaptation to intelligent learning systems capabilities. Meanwhile, in the process of users adaptation to intelligent learning system by changing the color presentation of information blocks, its possible to gain a chance to influence students psycho-emotional state favorably. The author considers various fonts (words image) application which influence the efficiency of perception and capture of visual information; the author takes into account psycho physiological capacities of human capture of visual information and considers functionality of informing software-integrated hardware facilities, namely: volume and speed of visual information processed; - increasing the sizes of graphic pictures by which a certain person cannot analyze information presented. The methodological basis of the research is a complex application of mutually supportive approaches and methods based on the principles of general scientific methodology. The main approaches were - Person-oriented, system-working and competence-oriented approaches. The analysis of existing theories and concepts has shown that each of the studied educational concepts has its values. The paper considers shortcomings of basic theories and educational concepts from the position of a complex approach to the solution of educational tasks. Thereunder, any of basic applied theories and concepts can be adopted as a single universal educational basis for educational process structuring. A specific emphasis in the paper is aimed at the advantages and disadvantages of the concept of personal-oriented education, which is the most progressive in learning process structuring in authors opinion and which causes more discords of opponents. Using the results of theories and education concepts analysis the author gives recommendations how to design technical requirements to intelligent learning systems. The conditions of feasibility of intellectual learning systems and their didactic values have been formulated. The results of the research can be used in the design of intelligent learning systems for the purpose of selecting a complex of didactic educational tools.

The paper is devoted to the issues related to the development and use of automated assessment systems for programming tasks. The work on automated testing of programming tasks had been held in Novosibirsk State University since 1998. It was created several generations of systems of this type. The first program of about 1,000 lines was written in Perl. Currently, the automated system, named NSUts, is used in the programming contests and in the educational process. As a result of work in it, as well as acquaintance with other similar systems, both Russian and foreign, it was possible to formulate requirements for software development of this kind, to analyze the difference between the systems for testing competitions and training support systems. The article also provides an overview of the existing systems for checking tasks on programming, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each of these systems, and a detailed comparison of the NSUts system with the Yandex Contest system. The current state of the NSUts system architecture is described. Much attention is paid to the practice of using the system in the educational process, statistics and graphs of students' progress of students studying with the help of this system are given. The article describes the analysis of the experience of using the NSUts system and outlines the prospects for its development.
