The research aims to identify the business ethics and their role in achieving the performance efficiency. Research descriptive and analytical approach were used. To identify the variables a tool has designed For data collection, consisting of (30) paragraph and its representing the paragraphs of business ethics and the performance efficiency. The outcomes of Questionnaire were analyzed and distributed to the administration staff at the presidency of Zakho University which it were (44) statistical forms and displayed by (SPSS) using statistical forms average, standard deviations, and the relationship between the Line and influence. Descriptive analysis of the variables business ethics shown that the degree of overall variable agreement reached (62.28%). also the degree of overall variable agreement of performance efficiency reached (46.67%). Based on the research test and its hypo thesis research found there were a significant correlation between business ethics and efficient performance at all level. The existence of moral effect were found in business ethics in the performance efficiency at all level. Based on the conclusion a subjections has set, the most important subject to everyone wither they are academics or employs in the education institution. Research sample shad work to gather to determine the works ethics and to give more attention in how to continue to apply the moral control and its elements, also to focus on compliance with regulation as model for the application of work ethic because of its role in enhancing the performance of the institution operations. All the powers would assist them must be given to wards a achieving the goals also in order to address the problem of the low level of performance. And develop their abilities and improve their performance also participating in scientific conferences, seminars and training programs specialized in quality of performance.

Previous research has identified the importance of cycling training programs and examined the relationship between cycling attitudes and the behavior of cyclists; another important factor that needs further research is obstacles to cycling in cities. This study investigates cycling difficulties confronted by Taiwanese students in the Hsin-Chu technopolis while riding their bikes to and from school. For an empirical perspective, a questionnaire was designed to collect data related to perceptions of cycling difficulties and to provide a descriptive analysis of students and their parents. Data were collected from samples in urban and suburban environments. The Rasch model was applied to analyze the cycling abilities of the students as well as their perceptions of cycling difficulty. Findings indicate that boys have better cycling abilities than girls, urban students have better abilities than suburban students, ability parallels age (older students have better cycling ability), and parents’ attitudes toward cycling to school parallel their children's abilities (parents of students with better cycling ability are less concerned). Various impediments to cycling are identified and, based on students’ perceptions, levels of difficulty are assigned. Implications of the results are discussed, and recommendations are offered, so as to facilitate matching bicycle use with Taiwan's status as a worldwide leader in bicycle manufacturing.

Abstract Introduction Recognizing that AT service characteristics, including knowledge and reasoning of providers, play a potential role in the appropriated selection and training, with impact on the psychosocial domains of QoL. In Portugal, AT services are detected to be ineffective concerning evaluation, recommendation, advocacy, training and outcome measuring, what could be a reason for these findings. Objectives To investigate the relationship between AT services characteristics and psychosocial impact of the wheelchairs on users QoL to get insights to new approach models in physiotherapy. Methodology Procedures included answering to self-administered questionnaires at their own. The dependent variable was the psychosocial impact of assistive devices (PIADS) and the independent variables were satisfaction with AT (QUEST) and AT service characteristics. Results Participants were 184 wheelchair users for more than one year with diverse diagnosis; age M = 37.3 years, recruited at physiotherapy/rehabilitation settings in Portugal. Wheelchair users are more satisfied with devices than with AT services. Correlations between psychosocial impact of wheelchair are moderate regarding the satisfaction of device dimension, measured by QUEST. No corrections were found to satisfaction with service dimension Manual wheelchair users scored lower psychosocial impact than motorized wheelchair users and that difference was statistically significant. Conclusion PT should be aware of the newest high technology devices introduced on the market, payment sources and state AT programs as well as destigmatize dependence associated to AT. We got significant insights to AT field and to the development of PT curriculum; PT students need more than the basic level of knowledge and training they achieved at school to feel prepared to provide AT services. After graduation, PTs need continuing education on AT. Strategies are discussed on this report.

The relationship between adverse experiences and later development has been explored by many researchers, leading to the conceptualization of resilience as a factor explaining the normal or optimal development of some individuals exposed to adversity. Today many different interventions exist aiming to improve the ability of individuals to respond to adversity. In this narrative literature review, we evaluate the literature surrounding resilience and resilience training, discussing the quality of the evidence supporting resilience training, theoretical and practical differences between types of training, and the impact of resilience and psychological training on outcome measures across a variety of settings. The results of our review show that the quality of the literature is mixed, resilience training is not well differentiated from other forms of training, and that the impact of psychological training on later functioning depends heavily on the type of outcome measured and the setting of the training. Further research must be conducted prior to the implementation of resilience training programs in order to assure their efficacy and effectiveness in proposed contexts.

Gaining a driver’s licence represents increased independence and can lead to improved quality of life for individuals and their families. Learning to drive a motor vehicle and maintaining safe on-road skills are often more difficult for people on the autism spectrum. Many countries currently have no autism-specific licencing requirements for learner drivers, and there is a general lack of ASD-specific support and training packages for individuals, their families, and driving instructors. This review synthesises the peer-reviewed literature about the driving characteristics of drivers on the spectrum and driver training available for the cohort. The evidence in this review showed that individuals on the autism spectrum drive differently from their neurotypical counterparts. There are shortcomings in tactical skills of drivers on the autism spectrum, but the extent to which this affects their own safety or the safety of other road users is unclear. Tactical skills can be improved through training programs. There are few autism spectrum-specific learner training programs available. Development of an effective training program will benefit individuals on the spectrum to learn to drive, be independent, and be safe on the road.

Understanding and detecting diseases of amphibians has become vitally important in conservation and ecological studies and prevent and biosecurity a determinant priority in experimental farms, mainly when related with academic and research activities. Ranavirus belongs to the family Iridoviridae, and causes an emergent infectious disease that affects different species, especially fish, reptiles and amphibians, with a significant contribution to the decline of the population. In amphibian systems, Ranaviruses transmission can occur between vertebrate classes through direct contact, by scavenging or through virus particles persisting in the environment. Subclinical infected individuals may serve as reservoirs in the most susceptible anura species. Humans play a significant role in this emergent disease and biosecurity measures are determinant to prevent the introduction of these viruses, either in commercial or experimental farms. A Biosafety Plan is a fundamental tool in the Ranaviruses prevention and include educational and training programs, relevant to the mission of a Higher Education Institution.

Taman Nasional Sebagau (TNS) or Sebangau National Park has been now striving to provide optimal benefits for the community surrounding its area through productive economic business development program, as it did in one buffer village, namely Sebangau Mulya. This program aims to improve community welfare, and as a form of community involvement in preserving the TNS area. However, the success of the program remains questionable. This study aims, first, to examine the development of productive economic business programs in Sebangau Mulya Village. Second, to analyze the effect of such program on the welfare of villagers. The research sample was 40 villagers who received direct assistance from the program. This figure account for 10% of the villagers. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used to study the relationship of 7 independent variables, namely facilitators (X1), institutions (X2), human resources capacity (X3), skills and knowledge of human resources (X4), type of productive economic assistance (X5), counseling and training (X6) and supervision (X7) with 1 dependent variable, i.e. community welfare. The results show that the program has been providing positive benefits, marked by the increase of cattle and goats number, compared to those provided by TNS management five years before. In addition, the program has been successfully tying villagers and TNS management in maintaining and managing the area according to the planned agenda. The factors that partially influence the beneficiaries welfare is skills and knowledge (X4), which is amounting to 26.80%. Since the community in carrying out productive economic businesses is in accordance with their skills and knowledge so that they are able to develop ideal businesses with the environmental conditions of Sebangau Mulya Village. Other six factors have no significant effect on villagers’ welfare.

The ability of expert practitioners to make sound judgments when faced with non-routine situations calls on a form of tacit knowing that has been loosely branded as ‘intuition’, a ‘sixth sense’, or ‘gut feeling’. The development of tacit knowledge is associated with nonformal learning that occurs in the context of the workplace; however, the elusive nature of this phenomenon has served to hamper research efforts. The focus has therefore shifted away from tacit knowledge toward the more observable concept of ‘judgment’. Paramedics are called to make clinical judgments as part of their everyday practice, often unaware of the basis behind these judgments. This case study examines the source of knowledge drawn on by experienced paramedics when making judgments, especially when faced with situations they have not previously encountered, and proposes how new knowledge and meaning is constructed through such involvements. A better understanding of the relationship between knowing and judgment, and how they are developed, will have future implications for the provision of ongoing education and training programs for paramedics.

Tax revenue is influenced by many factors. Existing studies reveal that political stability, level of corruption, quality of the policy, income per capita, share of agriculture to the GDP, and market openness are some of the factors influencing tax revenue. This study aims to analyze the influence of governance by using some indicators, such as political stability, government effectiveness, quality of regulation, law enforcement accountability and control on corruption in tax area through empirical analysis of ASEAN countries. Descriptive analysis and causality methods are employed in this study. causality method is used to determine the relationship between observed variables using panel regression. The results of the study indicate that the controlon corruption, voice and accountability and political stability variables have significant negative effects on the tax ratio, while rule of law and quality of regulatory variables have positive impact on the tax ratio.

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important element in carrying out the tasks of government and development in a country. In implementing governance and development, professional ASNs are needed, free from political intervention, free from corrupt, collusion and nepotism practices, able to provide public services to the community and able to play a role as the glue of national unity and integrity based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. as a tool requires guidance to improve the quality of human resources to work effectively and efficiently in providing services. the services provided to the community must be fair and comprehensive, especially in terms of providing services based on community rights so that justice in Indonesia can be realized. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) prospective judges in Indonesia who are competent in carrying out their duties and functions will create a great court without negative attitudes or arbitrary actions of an officer. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) guidance for prospective judges is important to improve the quality of ASN's work. The purpose of this paper is to identify the ASN model for prospective judges in realizing a large judiciary in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review method which is a research method by studying the literature or primary data sources used in research. From the results of research and data analysis, it can be determined that The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) coaching for prospective judges in Indonesia uses a coaching model based on employee discipline through the level of punishment from severe, moderate, and mild. See the position of Judge more priority to integrity than intelligence. Intelligence can be increased through various education and training programs. While morality which is the nature and basic nature can not be formed and improved. So prospective judges who behave despicably must be fired in order to realize a great court in Indonesia.

<p>An administrator plays a vital role in the growth and development of his/her subordinates. Despite this notion, the role of an administrator in the context of training programs and transfer of training is not well studied. Therefore, this study is set to examine the relationship between administrator’s role in training programs and training transfer. A survey method was utilized to gather 706 survey questionnaires from employees of local authorities of three cities in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The results of SmartPLS path model analysis confirmed that the ability of administrators to properly implement support, communication and assignment in planning and implementing training programs has been an important predictor of training transfer in the studied organization. Further, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.</p>
