This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of significant employee loyalty to the promotion of positions at the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that employee loyalty has a significant influence on the promotion of position in the Department of Housing and Settlements of Bima Regency, where the t value of 0.425 is greater than the value of t table of 1.996 (0.425> 1.996) with a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05).Keywords: Employee loyalty, promotion

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengaruh Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah terhadap peningkatan Kinerja dan Disiplin Guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di Kelurahan Ereng-Ereng Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 20 subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai resquare menunjukkan 0,53 artinya terdapatpengaruh model kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan disiplin guru di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-Ereng Kabupaten Bantaeng sebesar 53%. Adapun 47 % kinerja dan disiplin guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain.Kata kunci: Model Kepemimpinan, Kepala Madrsah, Kinerja dan Disiplin GuruThe purpose of this study is to find and analyze the effect Principals Leadership Model to increase performance and Discipline Teachers). This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which is located in Ereng-ereng District of Tompobulu Bantaeng.  Sampling technique that saturated sample of 20 subjects. Technique of collecting data through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the value of r square shows 0 , 53 means that ifluence headmaster leadership model to the improved performance and discipline of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah boarding school KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-ereng, Bantaeng by 53%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan  kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is  sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

 One of the most viral talk show and a lot of people in Indonesian talk about it is Rosi “Cannabis: Myth and Fact”. The topic raised was cannabis, a plant that was highly negatively by Indonesians and entered into narcotics law group number 1, but turned out have a positive side for medical as discussed in the broadcast. This is evidenced by data collected from outside Indonesia such as USA, Netherlands and other countries that have legalized cannabis that this plant is very effective for medical. While cannabis in Indonesia is strictly forbidden for any reason. This study aims to determine the effect of Rosi show “Cannabis “myth and fact” can change negative perception about cannabis to be positive among west Jakarta students. This research method uses quantitative with 150 respondents from West Jakarta students who watched the show. In this research, the data analysis used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Simple Linear Regression Test. From the result of this study, it was found that there was an influence of the Rosi show “Cannabis: Myth or Fact” on the perception of West Jakarta students, which amounted to 21,3% perception (Y) imfluence impressions and the remaining 78,7% influenced by other factors such as book Cannabis Tree Story, internet articles and other factors.Salah satu tayangan talk show yang viral dan ramai dibicarakan di Indonesia adalah Rosi “Ganja: Mitos dan Fakta”. Didalam talk show ini, topik yang diangkat adalah Ganja, tanaman yang sangat dipandang negatif oleh masyakat Indonesia dan masuk ke dalam undang-undang narkotika golongan 1 ternyata memiliki sisi positif untuk kebutuhan medis seperti yang dibahas ditayangan tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh data yang telah dikumpulkan dari luar Indonesia seperti Amerika, Belanda dan negara lainnya yang telah melegalkan ganja bahwa tanaman ini sangat berkhasiat untuk medis. Sedangkan ganja di Indonesia sangat dilarang penggunaanya dengan alasan apapun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tayangan Rosi “Ganja: Mitos dan Fakta” dapat mengubah persepsi negatif tentang ganja menjadi positif dikalangan mahasiswa Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 150 mahasiswa Jakarta Barat yang menonton tayangan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari tayangan Rosi “Ganja: Mitos dan Fakta” terhadap persepsi mahasiswa Jakarta Barat, yaitu sebesar 21,3% persepsi (Y) dipengaruhi oleh tayangan dan sisanya 78,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti buku Hikayat Pohon Ganja, artikel internet dan faktor lainnya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at Alfa and Omega Company either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance partially Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the application of environmental accounting to waste management inhospitals in the city of Jayapura. This study used a survey in the form of a questionnaire to hospitalemployee respondents. The population in this study amounted to 70 people spread across fourhospitals including Jayapura Hospital, Abepura Hospital, Bhayangkara Hospital, and DianHarapan Hospital. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling in order toobtain the results of 50 people/respondents. The data analysis in this research used a validity test,reliability test, and structural model with the WarpPLS 7.0 program.The results of this study indicate that (1) the environmental responsibility variable has a positiveand significant effect on hospital waste management, and (2) the monetary environmentalaccounting variable has a positive and insignificant effect on hospital waste management.

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.
