This study aims to determine all disciplinary levels of ASN work at the Animal Husbandry Service of Bima Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive, the data analysis technique used is by using the validity test, reliability test and the one-sample t-test formula. The sample used was 46 ASN people. The results of statistical calculations are obtained, the t-value is -34,372 where the value is greater than the t-table (-34,372> 1,679), so that the hypothesis falls in the rejected area so that the result is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) states that the Discipline of Employee Work at the Animal Husbandry Service in Bima Regency is greater than or equal to 70% of the expected criteria, which is acceptable, and Ho is rejected or the initial hypothesis which shows that the increase in discipline of employee work at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service is less than 70% of the expected criteria. is not yet good unacceptable. In this research, it can be taken from, 1. Increasing Employee Discipline at the Animal Husbandry Service of Bima Regency, based on the results of this study, where there is discipline of attendance / fixed working hours which is quite good, although there are still ASNs who are late for about 10-20 minutes, Because it is greater than 70% of the expected standard, 2. Increased Discipline of Employees who are bigger than uniforms, completing work on time or obeying the regulations are in accordance with the provisions of the regulations that apply to ASN.Kata Kunci: Work Discipline, Level of Discipline, Human Resource Management

<p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle">Pembelajaran berbasis <em>online</em> memiliki kendala yaitu siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar secara mandiri, salah satunya menunjukkan hasil belajar matematika yang tergolong rendah. Berpandangan pada kondisi tersebut memunculkan ide bagaimana cara mengajar matematika yang mudah dipahami siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas PRISMA LEKER WAIZ terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan <em>one group pretest posttest design</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data meliputi beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PRISMA LEKER WAIZ efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Dengan kata lain, PRISMA LEKER WAIZ dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan di masa pandemi karena media ini sudah dikembangkan sebelum penelitian, memiliki isi yang menarik (dilengkapi beragam bentuk latihan soal, kunci jawaban, desain menarik dan ringkasan materi), mudah diakses dalam pembelajaran <em>online</em> dan mudah dipahami siswa yaitu bisa mengerjakan soal matematika dengan baik menggunakan media ini.</p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle" align="left"> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpLast" align="left"><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>:</p><p>PRISMA LEKER WAIZ, Hasil Belajar</p><p> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle"><em>Online-based learning has problems, namely students have difficulty learning independently, one of which shows low mathematics learning outcomes. Looking at these conditions led to the idea of how to teach mathematics that is easy for students to understand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of PRISMA LEKER WAIZ on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The research design used was one group pretest posttest design. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and documentation. The data analysis technique includes several stages including: validity test, reliability test, normality test and t test. The results showed that PRISMA LEKER WAIZ was effective on students' mathematics learning outcomes. In other words, PRISMA LEKER WAIZ in this study is suitable for use during the pandemic because this media was developed prior to the research, has interesting content (equipped with various forms of practice questions, answer keys, attractive designs and material summaries), is easily accessible in online learning and It is easy for students to understand, that is, they can do math problems well using this media.</em></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle" align="left"><em> </em></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpLast" align="left"><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>:</em></p><p><em>PRISMA LEKER WAIZ</em><em>, Learning Outcomes</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.

This research was conducted with the aim to knowing the effect of organization structure, system of authority / authorization, healthy practice, and quality employees on the internal cash control system. The approach used in this study is quantitative, using 566 employee population who actively attend monthly meetings at PT. Citra Van Tiki Solo Branch. Samples using the Slovin formula, obtained amounted to 85 people. The data analysis technique used test instruments, namely; validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Autocoleration test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and determination test (R2) which were processed using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the organization structure, system of authority, healthy practice, and quality employees partially affected the internal cash control system. The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak”Kutai Kartanegara.”The results of”the multiple linear regression test partially found that training and development had a significant influence on the performance of the production department“employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara”. The results of the most influential variable test, it is known that the training variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the Employee Performance of the Production Department at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.
