The epistle "On the Mortality" written in 252 AD, by St. Cyprian of Carthage is his most original moral writing. The Christians of the first centuries went through various plagues or epidemics, in which moments they proved the power of the faith by taking care of each other, without abandoning the sick. This prompted Saint Cyprian to write a work entitled De mortalitate. Plague reached a widespread, lasting from the year 251 until 254. The world was panicked. The epistle De mortalitate "On the Mortality" is addressed to Christians, through which he awakens in them the hope in future goodness and a dignified attitude towards death, which is a passage from exile to the heavenly homeland. In fact, the epistle „De mortalitate” contains an admirable doctrine of suffering and death, viewed from Christian viewpoint. This epistle is very actual for the contemporary time because we know the attitude of the Christians facing the epidemic and even more than the power of the faith assumed, all that is well affirmed for the current time, in the context marked by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This manual is for everyone who treats people with concussion. There are more than 3 million brain injuries each year in the United States and millions more around the world. Most of these injuries are concussions. After concussion, 30% or maybe even more can have prolonged symptoms and deficits. Much of this manual is written for the people who take care of the 30%. There is not one specific “post-concussion syndrome.” Instead, there are many post-concussive paths, and this manual is written to help those who are tasked with figuring this out, one patient at a time. This manual is about pragmatic approaches to taking care of patients in the absence of true scientific evidence. This manual is written to be used “on the fly,” right now, without a lot of prior studying or memorization. This manual is meant to supplement, not replace, the knowledge and judgment of medical providers caring for concussion patients.

The psychiatry is a relatively new field of medicine, which appeared because of the society's demands in taking care of a specific group of patients. These needs still exist and some studies showed that the demand for psychiatrists (Workforce NHS), or at least for psychiatric services (Vernon, 2009), will grow, above all also in developing countries (Patel, 2009).Concern about recruitment and retention of psychiatrists is longstanding.Purpose of this study was the evaluation of studies and data related with recruitment issues. Method consist in analysis of data published related with this topic and trying to find the causes and the ways to improve the actual situation.ResultsWas remarqued the insufficient representation of psychiatrists in the physician workforce throughout the world (Rao, 2003) and the increasing number of unoccupied vacancies in psychiatry (Brokington, 2002). Most developing countries need to increase and improve training of mental health professionals. Once trained, these professionals should be encouraged to remain in their country in positions that make the best use of their skills.ConclusionsRecruitment in psychiatry remain a problem, strongly related with definition of identity of psychiatrists and with community view regarding this need of taking care for this category of patients.

At a time when cultural diversity is being discussed all over the world, we can propose topics that represent our scientific and technical diversity, as well as our way of taking care of medical matters. We are publishing in our edition 13.1 the results of an intense work composed of themes involving several aspects related to the foot and ankle, such as: soft tissue and bone diseases, trauma, and metabolic and cultural aspects related to diseases. This diversity of subjects demonstrates the extent of the professional activity that treats and cares for the patients in a global way. Certainly, this is a reflection of our professional work of assisting the population. This concern with professional, technical and scientific development is the focus of our society - ABTPé, which does not measure efforts to offer the best conditions in order to train the orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. The result of this work is being obtained and can be evaluated by several articles in this edition. This diversity of ways of conducting the important aspects related to foot and ankle diseases can be evaluated through articles that have been selected by the reviewers, and which will greatly benefit our patients. We believe that our interaction with professionals from other specialties determines new ways of acting and evaluating our results, which requires better adaptation and ethical posture for a healthy and progressive coexistence. The social and economic question already has reflexes in our perspective of proposing treatments. The technological evolution must add new values ​​to the medical act, but it does not replace our action of taking care of the patient. The current condition of the world, with the outbreak of the COVID-19 corona virus, has a serious impact on the lives of all people, both economically and socially. Women who initially had jobs, but with the outbreak of the pandemic since the end of 2019, this has caused them to lose their income due to termination of work by the employer. This condition is used mainly for women who have lost their jobs amid the urgency to make ends meet, with the condition of switching only to taking care of children in online learning activities at home. In this case, self-reliance is needed for a woman in dealing with this problem. Independent in the sense of the word not drifting into adversity due to a pandemic that is not clear in the end, able to stand alone, empowering all abilities possessed in meeting all life needs.

The starting point of the analysis is the claim that the idea of childhood is not derived from immaturity as a biological fact of life but from the facts of culture. Childhood is a historical, social and cultural construct. It was 'discovered' retrospectively, after the moderns began ascribing more significance to everyday life, taking care of the little things in it - marriage, family, education. The idea of childhood, it is argued, is intimately connected with bestowing importance to everyday life and mundanity. Arguing in favor of a radical break with the 'misrecognition' of childhood - a representation based on an image that is constraining, humiliating, and often contemptuous towards children - the author provides a theoretical synthesis of the new paradigm in the sociology of childhood with Charles Taylor's politics of recognition. Coupling the idea of childhood with the politics of recognition results in the awareness that the world is no longer just the world of adults, that it has stopped being a reality inherent only to adult people.

The concept of war is the core of military thought. Johan Galtung established the theoretical paradigm of Peace Studies and was known as the "father of Peace Studies". Mozi was a strategist and thinker with a unique pioneering spirit during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. His idea of "universal love and non-aggression" is a model of ancient Chinese pacifism. Although they lived in different times, both of their views on war have had a significant influence on the world. Their views also share many commonalities. They both believe that the root of war is the struggle and dislike of people. They both oppose war and advocate taking care of people. However, due to being from different times, there are huge differences in their views in regards to being anti-war, the level of taking care of the population, and the means of defense. The purpose of this comparative study is to promote the innovative development of China's traditional culture.
