 The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze f actor Factors affecting the legal protection of children as victims of human trafficking and formulating legal protection based on values of justice.Method The approach used in this study is normative, where the source data comes from secondary data, which consists of primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary. The results found that thefactors that most influence the occurrence of the crime of trafficking of children is a factor of economic and cultural factors. P potential protective laws against child as a victim of human trafficking based on values of justice, in a preventive form a variety of legislation, cooperation and coordination between state agencies, international cooperation and conduct socialization to the public about the dangers of human trafficking crimes. And repressively impose sanctions that are oriented to the victim.

The emergence of copyright infringement in various forms and types, both the quantity and quality of one of them is a work of art in music is an attitude does not appreciate the work of others. Rampant piracy in Indonesia song made a lot of pressure from developed countries to the Government of Indonesia to try harder to enforce rules in the field of IPR. The problem in this thesis is related to factors offense, violation, regulatory and legal safeguards of the rights of songwriters in Indonesia since the enactment of Law No. 28 of 2014 in lieu of Law Number. 19 of 2002 on Copyright.This study uses normative juridical approach namely the study of documents, ie using secondary data sources are in the form of peraturah-regulation, legislation, legal theories and opinions of the leading legal scholars.The results showed that the factors affecting copyright infringement song in Indonesia. Factors affecting copyright infringement of songs or music in Indonesia is a factor of economic, social and cultural factors, educational factors, and weak law enforcement against offenders. Further forms of Copyright Infringement in Indonesia namely Bootleg which piracy is done when the singer performed Counterfait the piracy of songs performed by doubling direct, replicate exactly cover and packaging and Pirate which is done using a variety of songs and various records were sold in market. As for the legal protection efforts carried out either by means of prevention (preventive) and repression (repression). Mitigation is done by way of dissemination to the public. Although the Government has been doing a lot of action, but the work done by the Indonesian government in the framework of the protection of copyrighted works is apparently not produce maximum results.

This study aims to know how political development of legal protection of human rights in Indonesia and political objectives of the legal protection of human rights itself. The research method using normative juridical approach. Specification of the research is descriptive. Provide an overview and critical analysis and conclusions of the research object. Source data using secondary data sources through books and legislation. The data collection method through the study of literature. Analysis of data using qualitative approach. The results showed that the political development of the legal protection of human rights has undergone discourse tight since the formulation of the Constitution and found basic juridical-constitutional is ideal since the reform era with the birth of Chapter XA in the constitution on human rights, born Law of Human Rights, and the formation of the court of HAM. Fiscal policies are changing due to the conditions required by the COVID-19 pandemic towards the new world order. Under these circumstances, developed countries use their resources for their citizens, and international financial institutions step in for underdeveloped and developing countries with insufficient public resources of their own or are in debt and offer new credit opportunities to these countries. This study aims to analyze how public expenditures, one of the important policies in economic growth and development, will change during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. In light of the findings obtained from the literature review, the economic effects of the pandemic are explained by making a descriptive analysis of secondary data at the levels of country groups classified according to development and income level. Secondly, factors affecting the changes in the public expenditure of countries due to the pandemic were examined, and evaluations are made on the public expenditures in fiscal policies that will ensure the economic recovery and growth of countries after the pandemic.

The purpose of writing in this study is the first, to know and analyze factors Some people in Tinanggea Sub-District South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi that has not yet had legal awareness in the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Second, To know and Analyze Efforts - Local Government efforts in awakening the community in District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi against the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Third To know to be done in order to Maasyarakat in Tinanggea Sub-District of Konawe Selatan Regency in Sulawesi Teggara performs the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT.The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical. Juridically, this research is based on the rule of law of Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 juncto Government Regulation Number 24 Year 2016. Empirically, this study aims to know about the rules related to the transfer of land rights with the fact that occurred that deviate from the rules that prevail in the District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. Specification of Research that is the object of research is the plot of land is the transfer of Rights to Land with the act of buying and selling of land ownership in the presence of PPAT conducted. Sources and Techniques Data collection is primary data obtained from interviews conducted by 30 respondents and secondary data obtained from the opinions of scholars and literature review. Then Theory in use is Position Theory, Authority Theory and Theory of Legal Certainty.From the results of research can be concluded that the legal consciousness of the people of Tinanggea Sub-District of South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi is related to the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of the First PPAT: Caused by lack of PPAT and PPATS in the community, which is set by the competent authorities, Caused by a very high kinship and Due to a very low legal community awareness. The second is the government's efforts in the form of socialization held by the local revenue agency related Value Object Tax (NJOP), Tinanggea sub-district office along with jejerannya Kelurahan and village appealed and made a place for reporting / consultation related to the transfer of rights of Sale and Purchase of Land, Cooperation undertaken by Tinanggea Subdistrict Sub-District and Village that make the Letter of Statement of Physical Land Mastery (SPPFT) that the letter is known by Kecamatan Kelurahan and Desa. The third is: The ideal concept of the author's research is the legal counseling to the public to grow knowledge to the public about the importance of legal awareness of the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT, Socialization of the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. As a form of government service to the public in awakening the rights and obligations of the people in the eyes of the law and Data Collection and the making of Land Book is aimed to record and provide a legal protection for the community so that no land grab or land disputes.Keywords: Legal Awareness, Sale and Purchase, Tinanggea Sub-district.

The research aimed to describe the public legal awareness about meat distribution and legal protection for the beef consumers through law enforcement efforts at Boyolali District based on a qualitative non-doctrinal approach. Therefore, this focused more on primary data collected by interviews and observations and supported by secondary data collected by library research. The data then were processed for further qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that legal protection related to the distribution of healthy and safe meat did not run well as this was influenced by the community legal, namely the knowledge and understanding of law, although it had been supported by good legal attitudes and behavioral factors.

This study aims to determine the responsibility of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in addressing the problems of making a deed of sale of land and how the legal consequences of the public in making the deed of sale of land if found problems in the manufacturing process PPAT deed East Kolaka District. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, then analyzed with empirical juridical methods.Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of PPAT in Kolaka East have a stake in ensuring legal certainty transitional registration of property rights to land. Legal guarantee evidenced by an authentic act, then the transition has a strong legal force (not absolute). However, due toThe lack of public knowledge relevant authorities in givingcertainty and legal protection, it is often raised issues such as land disputes and others.So should their ideal concept for the community in the form of legal counseling in growing knowledge about the importance of Land Registry as a form of awareness of legal action against the sale and purchase of land ownership before PPAT to avoid land disputes that often arise in the future. In addition, there is still much to be understood by the Land Deed Official (PPAT) and the community in the Land Registry. Banking is a very important part in the economy, one of them as intermediary institutions whose duty to collect funds from the public and then channel them back in the form of financing.This study aims to determine the effect Number of DPK, NPF and SBIS partially to finance portfolio of Islamic banking in Indonesia, and to determine the effect Number of DPK, NPF and SBIS simultaneously to the finance portfolio of Islamic banking in Indonesia.This study proceed from the assumption that (1) the size distribution of the funds offered by Islamic banks is very influenced by the size DPK means that the higher the number of third-party funds collected, the higher also finance portfolio, (2) the higher non-performing financing the worse the quality of banking assets, (3) the higher the bonus level set SBIS Indonesian bank will lower the financing undertaken by the banking Shari'ah. But based on data from Islamic banking statistics from the years 2008-2014 there is a gap between theory and facts on the ground. These assumptions are tested empirically so that the truth can be scientifically recognized. When there is a justification or rejection of these assumptions, then this is a scientific truth that can be considered Islamic banking in Indonesia.Quantitative research methods in this study using research formats explanation, source data used in this research is secondary data, then the type of data used in this research is quantitative data time series, the quarterly data of financing, deposits, NPF and SBIS Islamic banking in Indonesia from 2008 to 2014. Data were then processed by means of statistical analysis using Eviews 7, which comprises the classical assumption of them: normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test. statistical tests include: regression, t test, F test and R2.The conclusion that can be drawn from this study that partially, DPK variable is positive and significant effect on the financing, NPF variable is negative but not significant effect on the financing, while SBIS is negative and significant effect on the financing. Then simultaneously the number of DPK, NPF and SBIS significant effect on the distribution of funding. Those variables could explain freely by 99.45% and the remaining 0.55% can be explained by other variables not examined.

Human trafficking is a special criminal act that has been going on for a long time and is very difficult to eradicate. Medan City is one of the biggest cities in Indonesia which is one of the cities contributing to the exploitation of women and children, due to population growth that is far more dominant by women compared to men. This type of research is a normative juridical descriptive nature. Forms of legal protection for victims of trafficking of women and children are direct and indirect. It can directly be in the form of compensation in the form of restitution and compensation, and providing protection in the rights of other victims, such as giving a new identity, granting physical and psychological rehabilitation, and so forth. Indirect protection is the pouring of rules regarding trafficking for potential victims with the threat of criminal confinement and fines. In upholding the law to traffickers, it can be carried out in several stages, namely investigation and investigation by the police, examination of the completeness of case files by the public prosecutor, examination in trial, and carrying out a decision (execution) from the court

The purpose and this study is to know the Legal Protection for Good-Strong Parties in Cancellation of Sale and Purchase Agreement of Land and Banguan (Study of PN Decision No. 29 / Pdt.6 / 2014 / PN.wsb). This research is empirical law research, that is research based on implementation in effort to get primary data preceded by library research to obtain secondary data. The research was conducted at Notary Office / PPAT, and all data obtained were analyzed quantitatively. This study aimed to describe the procedures for implementing land consolidation programs and analyzing legal protections for land rights holders who were harmed in land consolidation programs. The approach used in the research was sociological juridical, with a type of empirical juridical research. Data sources came from data obtained directly from the public or commonly referred to as primary data and other data obtained from library materials or commonly referred to as secondary data. The procedure of implementation of the land consolidation program was carried out through several stages, namely the selection of location and area of the location, socialization, the creation of agreement letters and declarations of the release of land rights, inventory, and the issuance and delivery of certificates. Legal protection for land rights holders who were harmed in the land consolidation program was guided by Article 18 of the Constitution, which stated that landowners were entitled to appropriate compensation if in the implementation of the land consolidation program found burdensome things even cause losses.
