ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan manajerial Kepala Madrasah dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Datarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dan informannya adalah kepala madrasah, komite madrasah, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara berupa in-depth interview dan Focus Group Discusion. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengorganisasikan data, menjabarkan ke dalam bentuk unit-unit, menyusun ke dalam pola, memilih data yang penting dan membuat kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan reduksi data, sajian data/ display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Datarang memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang cukup baik. Kinerja guru di madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Datarang cukup bagus dan dapat dilihat dari 4 aspek yaitu Pertama kinerja yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi pedagogik. Kedua, kinerja guru yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi professional. Ketiga, kinerja guru yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi kepribadian Keempat, kinerja guru yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial.  Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kinerja Guru ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the principals’ Managerial Capabilities and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Datarang.This research was qualitative research, and the informant of this research are the principal, school committee, teachers, and students. The data collection techniques was collected through observation, documentation, and interviews in in-depth interviews form and Focus Group Discussion. The data analysis techniques was done by data organize, described in the units form, arranged into a pattern, selected the important data and made conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings by reduction of the data, the data display and  decided the conclusions. The result of the reseacrh showed that the head of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Datarang has a good managerial ability. The teachers’ performance in the Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Datarang was good and it can be viewed from four aspects: First the performance that related to the pedagogical competence. Second, the teachers’ performance  that related to professional competence. Third, the teachers’ performance that related to personal competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model evaluasi kinerja pendidikan inklusif (EKPI) di SD dengan menggunakan pen-dekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tahapan penelitian dimodifikasi dari model Borg & Gall dengan melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Data diperoleh melalui teknik Focus Group Discussion, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model EKPI merupakan salah satu model evaluasi yang baik berdasarkan hasil penilaian pakar maupun praktisi penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di SD; (2) model evaluasi kinerja SD penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif memiliki tujuh komponen, yakni kepemimpinan, rencana strategis, fokus terhadap peserta didik-orang tua, analisis kebutuhan, fokus ter-hadap guru-staf, pengelolaan kelas inklusif, dan hasil; (3) evaluasi model EKPI dalam proses implementasi di SD mampu meng-ungkap data secara: (a) komprehensif; (b) faktual; (c) fleksibel; dan (d)  berorientasi keragaman layanan. Kata kunci: pengembangan model evaluasi, pendidikan inklusif, SD. ______________________________________________________________DEVELOPING A MODEL OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IMPLEMENTING INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAbstract This study aims to produce a model of performance evaluation of elementary schools (ESs) implementing inclusive education by using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research steps used the model by Borg & Gall, involving principals, teachers, and students’ parents. The data were collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, observations, document study, and discussions. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1) The EKPI model is a good evaluation model. It is based on the result ofthe assessment by experts, usesrs and practitioners of inclusive education instruction; (2) The model of an evaluation of the performances of ESs implementing inclusive education has seven components, i.e. leadership, strategic plan, focus on students and parents, needs analysis, focus on teachers and staff, and inclusive class management, and product of the inclusive education implementation; (3) The EKPI model implemented  in the elementri schools can reveal data (a) comprehensively, (b) factualy, and (c) flexibly, (d) it was also oriented to a variety of services. <p class="IIABSTRAK333">Recently, the sexual crime for children tends to increase significantly and it causes a traumatic impact on the victims. So it needs strong effort to anticipate the sexual crimes for children as early as possible. This paper describes the efforts to anticipate sexual abuse for children through learning method namely “I dare to take care of myself” at al-Hikmah Foundation, Grobogan. The method used was qualitative descriptive and field research by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The researcher used interviews and documentation technique for data collection. The teachers and students of al-Hikmah foundation Grobogan became the sources of primary data. While the secondary data sources were taken from a literature review that is relevant to this study. The result showed that one of the efforts to anticipate sexual abuse for children was by optimizing the teachers’ role and parents through Focus Group Discussion activities. Indeed, it was found ten themes to motivate children defending themselves, namely: Why different?, Where the baby came out?, Where to pee?, What kind of touch is it?, Do I tell you or not?, I’m afraid of ghost, Who is he?, Circumcision, Why is it not allowed?, Who could protect me? These activities would produce an understanding of the importance of taking care of themselves to avoid sexual crimes for children and parents.</p><p class="IIABSTRAK333" align="center">_________________________________________________________</p>Kejahatan seksual anak dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat, dan menyebabkan dampak traumatis terhadap korban. Maka diperlukan upaya untuk mengantisipasi kejahatan seksual pada anak sedini. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai upaua meng­antisi­pasi kejahatan seksual anak melalui pembelajaran aku anak berani melindungi diri sendiri di Yayasan al-Hikmah Grobogan. metode yang digunakan ada­lah kualitatif deskriptif, jenis <em>field research</em>, dengan <em>Focus Group Discussion</em> (FGD). Teknik pe­ngumpul­­an data menggunakan wa­wan­cara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer adalah guru kelas dan siswa MI Yayasan al-Hikmah Grobogan. Sumber data sekunder adalah kajian pustaka dan literature review yang relevan dengan kajian ini. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi kejahatan seksual anak dilakukan dengan optimali­sasi peran guru kelas dan orang tua siswa melalui kegiatan FGD. Mengantisipasi kejahatan seksual pada anak dilakukan melalui pembelajaran aku anak berani melindungi diri sendiri melalui se­puluh tema yaitu: kenapa berbeda, dari mana keluar­­nya adik bayi, pipis dimana, sentuhan apa nih, cerita nggak ya, ih takut ada hantu, siapa itu, khitan, mengapa tidak boleh, siapa yang bisa melindungiku. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan pemahaman kepada anak dan orang tua pentingnya menjaga diri sendiri agar terhindar dari kejahatan seksual.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan soal tes tertulis berbasis STEM disertai analisisnya menggunakan pemodelan Rasch. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD). Rendahnya keterampilan siswa dalam berpikir tingkat tinggi diketahui berdasarkan hasil capaian Indonesia dalam ajang TIMSS dan PISA. Siswa di Indonesia tidak terbiasa dengan soal yang memiliki karakteristik HOTS. Selain itu, berdasarkan studi lapangan masih jarang ditemukan soal tes tertulis yang mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Sehingga, memunculkan kebutuhan atas pengembangan soal tes tertulis HOTS. Soal HOTS dikembangkan memperhatikan salah satu bagian dari keterampilan abad 21 yaitu berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian berupa 10 butir soal tes tertulis berbasis STEM yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis pada "Assessing 21st Century Skills for Teachers and Students". Soal tes tertulis disertai analisis menggunakan pemodelan Rasch berbantuan aplikasi winstep Rasch versi 4.4.6 yang hasilnya dapat menjelaskan kualitas dari setiap soal berdasarkan tingkat kesulitan dan kesesuaian butir soal, serta tingkat abilitas dan tingkat kesesuaian siswa

Research Objective to analyze how much influence pedagogic competence, professional competence on the performance of Public Middle Schools in Padang Pariaman Regency. Quantitative research uses data analysis using a regression correlation. The results of the study: (1) The effect of pedagogic competence on performance is 46,8%, (2) The influence of professional competence on performance is 50,3%. (3) There is a positive effect jointly between pedagogical competence and professional competence in teacher performance by 53%. Conclusion of the study: Pedagogic competence, professional competence influence teacher performance in Padang Pariaman Regency.

This research aimed to find out and explore the lesson study practice in developing the accounting teacher’s professionalism. This research employed qualitative research using a single instrumental case-study strategy. The data were collected using in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Then, they were analysed using interactive model. The results of the research showed that with the implementation of the lesson study in schools, it succeeded in improving the four teachers’ competencies. The improvement of the pedagogical competence can be seen from the well preparation of learning, the selection of teaching strategies according to the characteristics of the students and the implementation of memorable learning for the students. Professional competence can also be seen from the teacher's preparation in choosing relevant and up-to-date materials, teaching them by connecting to daily practice and always evaluating the material taught to maintain the quality of the material. The improvement of the social competence can be seen from the more effective communication between the teachers and students and their colleagues. The improvement of the personality competence is indicated by the teachers’ attitudes that are increasingly wise and prestigious in responding to the conditions related to their work. The research implication is that the practice of lesson study can form accounting teacher learning groups that serve as a place for sharing and discussion in developing their professionalism.

  The objective of this study is to describe strategies in selecting school principal as school community figure and model.  This study uses library analysis and observation to collect data. The observation took place on January to March 2015 at SMKN 8 Purworejo, Central Java.  Focus Group Discussion was also used complimentary to observation as well as seminar involving Association of Principal of SMK (MKKS SMK) in Purworejo County.  This study reveals six steps to identify such the principal: (1) to increase principal competenecy, (2) to increase capacity of human resources management, (3) to increase strategies to motivate teachers and students, (4) to increase leadership capacity, (5) to increase networking with DUDI, and (6) to increase development of school productivities.

The world of education continues to be demanded to be able to produce human resources in accordance with the needs of the community and employment in line with the development of technology and culture of the community. This study examines 1) is there an influence of professional competence on teacher performance; 2) is there any influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance; and 3) is there an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence together on teacher performance. The results of the study prove both partially and simultaneously there is an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence on teacher performance. This research contributes to the teacher because the teacher is a very dominant and strategic element in the process of knowledge transfer. Teaching skills are a hallmark of the teaching profession. Achievement of learning goals and success in overcoming learning problems much depends on the ability or competence of teachers.

Educational institutions are bound to take online assessments due to pandemics, which drives the need to identify the perceived satisfaction of both teachers and students about the effectiveness of this process. The current study aims to explore perceptions of Art & Design students and teachers since the issue becomes even more complex due to the practical nature of these subjects and assessments. A total of 157 students participated in this research study, whereas the data is collected through convenient sampling. The data from teachers was collected through a focus group discussion. The purposive sampling process was used for this purpose. A self-developed survey instrument was used to collect data with an alpha value of .73. The results of the survey indicate the satisfaction of students with the process and effectiveness of online assessment. Demographic analysis includes current qualifications (mean=2.69), previous qualifications (mean=.41), current working status of students (mean=.96), and students enjoying any scholarships (mean=.39) etc. The data collected through focus group discussion was studied through thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study promised to help in designing and implementing strategies when conducting online assessments particularly for Art & Design qualifications.

Abstrak  Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi, merupakan organisasi lokal yang dibentuk berdasarkan motivasi masyarakat untuk menanggulangi permasalahan pekerja anak. Pekerja anak merupakan masalah sosial yang membutuhkan penanganan segera, karena jika dibiarkan akan menimbulkan masalahmasalah lain yang lebih kompleks. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kapasitas merupakan program yang relevan dengan masalah-masalah organisatoris yang dihadapi oleh TPSPA Mandiri, seperti keterbatasan SDM baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengurus dan anggota organisasi lokal Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif (participant observation), wawancara semi terstruktur (in-dept interview), studi dokumentasi, focus group discussion (FGD). Analisa data meliputi data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Penelitian ini merupakan perbaikan model praktikum, hasil perbaikan model adalah kesepakatan mengadakan pelatihan pengurus dan anggota TPSPA Mandiri yang bekerja sama dengan PKK Kelurahan, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). Materi pelatihan yakni ; pemahaman fungsi, peran pengurus dan anggota organisasi, Sosialisasi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, Bimbingan dan latihan penggalangan dana, Proses kerjasama dengan sumber pelayanan kesejahteraan. Hasil pelaksanaan perencanaan asesmen dan setelah dilakukan intervensi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas pengurus dan anggota organisasi yang mengalami masalah kekurangan SDM, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pelatihan penguatan kapasitas berpengaruh meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus organisasi lokal Tim Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Pekerja Anak (TPSPA) Mandiri di Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi dalam rangka membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi baik oleh pekerja anak maupun oleh keluarga pekerja anak dan dampak lanjutan adalah meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan pengurus TPSPA Mandiri serta sejumlah pekerja anak mendapatkan pelayanan dari PKBM.  Kata Kunci : Penguatan Kapasitas, TPSPA, Pekerja Anak

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pola pembelajaran dan karakter pendidikan gender profetik Pesantren Aswaja Pasuruan yang mereka aplikasikan sehingga memproduk santri dan santriwati menjadi orang yang profesional dibidangnya, menjadi pemerintah dan legislatif yang mampu mencetak kebijakan-kebijakan pengarusutamaan gender ataupun menjadi tokoh masyarakat yang mampu mengubah pemikiran dan bersosilalisasi dengan masyarakat? Dan bagaimana peran pesantren kepada masyarakat, yaitu bagaimana pesantren dengan karakternya bisa mengubah main set masyarakat Pasuruan yang sangat Patriakhi dalam pendidikan anak perempuan mereka? Berdasarkan masalah penelitian diatas kami mengunakan metodologi penelitian fenomenologi, disini peneliti berada pada posisi sebagai observer, karena peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap tradisi dan perilaku sehari-hari Pembelajaran di pesantren kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan teori yang digunakan, dan diterjemahkan dalam konteks sinkretisme dan habitus yang terbentuk. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data tiga jalur analisis, yaitu data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclusion drawing/ verification (Penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil dari penelitian ini selain berbicara aplikasi gender profetik tapi juga berbicara strategi dan hasil dari aplikasi pendidikan gender profetik sesuai karakter pesantren. Dimana hal ini bukan sekedar kesadaran posfeminisme belaka yang terdengar seperti utopia tapi sudah ada produk-produk untuk memperbaiki nasip perempuan dalam dunia postmodern ini.
