<p class="Abstract"><em>Over time, The number of IKMs which continued to increase and were not accompanied by data collection was what ultimately caused problems. The lack of awareness to register a business that is owned is still one of the causes. In fact, this is very important to do. Seeing the above phenomenon makes us aware of the importance of data collection on IKM, especially those in Jepara District, Jepara Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approaches. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and normative analysis. The process of validation and data collection is based on the indocators contained in the querstionnaire. 9 indicators in data collection, namely IKM business actors, Business Permits, Type Of Industry, KBLI, Number Of Workers, Raw Materials, Working Capital, Production Capacity, and Investment. The final result of the activity is a data master document for IKM in Jepara District which is compiled in order to support the smooth implementation of goods / services procurement. </em></p><p class="Abstract"> </p>

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk pastry yang di jual di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Executive Sous Chef, Chef Pastry, Chef de Partie dan Staff Kitchen Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi produk pastry yang dijual di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort adalah rendahnya penjualan produk pastry dan bahan baku untuk pembuatan kue. Strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort adalah membuat inovasi baru yang membuat keunikan di setiap penyajian, hygiene dan sanitasi, serta menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas makanan. This research aimed to know the students interest in learning English and to know the interest of male and females students in learning English. The type of this research was qualitative approaches. The subject of this study were the eleventh grade students of social 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Sukodadi Lamongan. Total students are 32 students. The techniques of collecting data are interview and questionnaire. The primary instruments of this research is interview instrument. In addition by using questionnaire sheet. The technique for analyzing Data collection techniques carried out in two ways, namely: interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis, the researcher explains one by one of the two ways that can be done in data collection. The results of this study indicate that students have low interest in learning English, it also supported by the results of the questionnaire. Based on the results of the English teacher and students interviews also the questionnaire that showed students’ interest in learning English were very low, the feeling of pleasure and interest of students in learning English as well as too monotonous learning method became the main factors that cause students’ interest in learning English. Keywords: Learning interest, English lesson

The purpose of this study is to develop multimedia-based interactive learning media on football subject. This research method is R&D, development research where product development consists of four steps namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development and (4) Dissemination. The population and sample in this study were all class students of 2017 who took football courses at STOK of Bina Guna Medan. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire. The testing phase was carried out with product validation by two media experts, and two material experts, as well as testing on users (students). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are: (1) based on two media experts, the score is 83.33 with the category “very appropriate” to be used as a learning medium. (2) based on two material experts, the score was 71.53 with the appropriate category to be used as learning media. (3) based on the assessment by the students gained a total score of 75.90 with the category "very appropriate" as a learning media. Based on the above results, multimedia-based interactive learning media on football learning subject can be used as learning media.

Teachers have an important role in education. To support it, teachers should have good profess sionalism especially in writing articles. In fact, many teachers are not proficient in writing articles because they do not have enough knowledge about it. Teachers need such training for increasing their experience in writing. After that, the progress will be seen. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data in this research is quantitative data. The type of data is the primary data. A data collection technique in this study is questionnaires. Data processing techniques used include editing, coding, tabulation, and scoring. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis percentage. After doing the training, the teachers have more knowledge and interest of writing articles.

This study aims to improve students' language skills through a constructivist approach at MAN 1 Mataram. This research method uses classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IBB MAN 1 Mataram. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observations, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it can be concluded that the constructivist approach can improve students' language skills. The success of using this constructivist approach is shown by 36 out of 41 students in class XI IBB MAN 1 Mataram who managed to score above the KKM. This exceeded the target set before the study was conducted, which was 33 people. In addition, the percentage of students who chose to agree with positive statements related to language skills was 76%, exceeding the target set by 75%.

The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of giving workingcapital loan at Bank Sumsel Babel, to know whether the procedure of Working Capital Credit at Bank Sumsel Babel has been run in accordance with prevailing regulation in Bank Sumsel Babel, and also effort to prevent problem loans through operational audit. The research method used in this paper is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interview with Credit Division Bank Sumsel Babel. The results of this study indicate that from the five stages in the provision of working capital loans, there are several findings that exist at the stage of credit analysis and in the credit supervision stage. In the credit analysis phase of credit application instrument documents (PAK) in the form of MPK and FIP is not prepared in accordance with the guidance book of credit (BPP) of Bank Sumsel Babel. In the credit supervision stage, credit analyst of Bank Sumsel Babel does not compose FRP where the document is an important document to monitor the progress of the debtor in termsof future business prospects. The weakness has a significant impact on theprovision of Bank Sumsel Babel where the weakness can lead to the risk of bad debts as a result of the wrong rating of the working capital creditors of Bank Sumsel Babel.

<p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran daring bagi guru madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) se-Kota Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dan informasi utama diperoleh dari subjek penelitian dengan populasi sebanyak 31 orang yang terdiri dari 29 guru dan 2 kepala madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: pembelajaran daring di MI se-Kota Magelang selama masa pandemi COVID-19 berjalan secara “efektif”; guru telah menjalankan pembelajaran daring saat pandemi COVID-19; guru dapat menguasai “<em>smartphone”</em> dan “laptop” sebagai <em>tool</em> dalam pembelajaran daring; “WhatsApp” merupakan pilihan utama sebagai media dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring; dan guru “setuju” jika pembelajaran daring dilanjutkan dengan memperhatikan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring (RPPD) yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan indikator yang telah terukur sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aimed</em><em> to analyze the effectiveness of online learning for madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers throughout Magelang City. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The main sources of data and information were obtained from research subjects with a population of 31 people consisting of 29 teachers and 2 madrasah principals. Data collection techniques used</em><em> observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research</em><em>, it was concluded that: online learning at MI in Magelang City during the COVID-19 pandemic was running "effectively"; teachers have been running online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic; teachers can master “smartphones” and “laptops” as tools in online learning; "WhatsApp" is the main choice as a medium in carrying out online learning; the teacher "agrees" if online learning is continued by paying attention to the online learning implementation plan (RPPD) that has been made in accordance with indicators that have been measured in accordance with learning outcomes.</em></p>

<p><strong>This article aims to describe the chemical weapons conflicts in Ghouta East, Syria based on the perspective of Edmund Husserl. The problems to be studied are the chemical weapons conflict in East Ghouta; the impact of chemical weapons use, and media in Indonesia's view of the chemical weapons conflict in East Ghouta through the line of phenomenology theory of Edmund Husserl. The research method used is the qualitative method. Data collection is used with watching, seeing, reading, and note techniques. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. To examine the validity of data, the technique used is the triangulation technique. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.
