<em>Cultural values will strengthen the attractions of a place. Viewed from the potential side, cultural values will provide benefits on social, ecological, and economic aspects. This research uses explorative method with data collection technique through in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The results of research indicate that the elements of culture will strengthen the tourism sector if communicated well and sustainably among stakeholders in an effort to develop the object of tourism through local branding. The conclusion of this research resulted that the existence of culture applied through the display of arts and local wisdom that utilizes the beauty of natural panorama can strengthen and increase the popularity of a tourist attraction if it has established good communication between the government, capital owners, community and other interest groups.</em>

Private Universities that were established by society through nonprofit institution have autonomy in managing their finances. Autonomy gives rise to the diversity of Private Universities’ financial statement. The government provides a tax exemption facility for the remnant of nonprofit institutions engaged in education with certain conditions, regulated by PMK 80/PMK.03/2009. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of the quality of the financial statements of Private Universities  on the execution of the tax exemption facility. Research was conducted by literature study method. The result of the research shows that the quality of the Private Universities’ financial statements  affect the execution of PMK 80/PMK.03/2009. Therefore, financial statements standardization and remnant recording regulation for Private Universities is needed, in order to optimizing the execution of the tax exemption facility given to educational institutions and to make sure the facility is given appropriately. The data collection technique used is literature study. This research use qualitative methods  in analyzing data and facts about private universities’ management and the taxation policies of non-profit organizations.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence between Destination Image, Tourist Atraction, Tourist Satisfaction and Post Visit Behavioral Intention. In this study, a total of 115 effective questionnaires were collected which would then be processed using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) which was operated using the AMOS application. The results of the study show that 1). Destination image has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. 2). Tourist attraction has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. 3). Destination image has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 4). Tourist attraction has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 5). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 6). Destination image has an indirect effect on post visit intention behavior through tourist satisfaction. 7). Tourist attraction influences indirectly on post visit intention behavior through tourist satisfaction. Based on the results of the research, the research not only provides advice for the government tourism sector, but also provides direction for future research.

In  this  research  aims  to the  pattern  of  tourists’ visit on  tourists  attraction in  the  area of Sarbagita.  This  reseach was carried out to find out the movement of tourists in visiting one to other tourist destinations which existed in the area of Sarbagita. This research was through several stages, namely: identification of characteristic of tourists who were visiting Sarbagita area and how about the pattern type of their visit. Next it was studying how the path of tourists’ movement who were visiting tourist attractions existed in Sarbagita area. Data collection technique was using observation, interview,  distribution  of 100 questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Informant determination technique was  using  accidental  sampling. The  result  of  research  showed  that  tourists who were visiting various tourist destinations existed in Sarbagita area with the highest number of visits was in tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Kuta Beach, Sanur Beach, Bedugul, Ceking Rice Terrace and Pandawa Beach. The pattern of tourists’ visit who were visiting Sarbagita area had 4 types of visits, namely the first wasm “Single  Destination With  or Without  side  Trips” , the second was  “Transit  Leg  and Circle  Tour  at a  Destination” ,  the  third  was “Circle  Tour  With  or Without  Multiple  Access ,  Egress  Points ;  Different  Itinerary  Styles  Possible  at   Different  Destination  Areas”, and the fourth was “Hub and Spoke Style”. This study aims to determine the potential of historical attractions in Sinjai Regency, the development of historical tourism in Sinjai Regency 2008-2016, and the impact of historical tourism on the communities around the site, the government and tourists. The method used in the research and writing of this thesis is a historical research method, which includes: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that Sinjai as a Level II Region in South Sulawesi has tourism potential that is not inferior to other regions. The Batupake Gojeng Archaeological Park, the Karampuang Indigenous Area, and the Balangnipa Fort are one of the historical tourist destinations offered by Sinjai Regency. Although the Tourism and Culture Office of Sinjai Regency was only established in 2017, activities in the tourism sector will continue to be carried out in previous years. The three historical attractions have their respective developments both in terms of facilities and infrastructure to the number of visitors. The contribution of each element in the development of the historical tourism sector in Sinjai Regency is something that needs to be improved. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the historical attractions in Sinjai Regency have an impact on the socio-cultural, educational and economic sectors for the local government and the people who live around the site.

This study examines the politics of information within organizations or groups of traditional medical practitioners in West Bandung Regency of West Java Province. The political process of information here includes the activities of how the government implements information policies in relation to traditional medicine. The study also learned how traditional medicine groups respond to public policy on traditional medicine. The method used is qualitative with data collection technique through observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The results show that there is local politics of information distribution activity in West Bandung society marked by the existence of the managers of traditional medicine, patients, the government with its regulations, and other politics of information distribution activities that led to the maintenance of science and traditional medical services. It is clear that the main reason for the politics of information to exist was economic.

The Covid 19 has had an impact on various sectors of human life. One of them is the tourism sector. The tourism industry which is predicted to be the second largest source of foreign exchange contributions for Indonesia has experienced a drastic decline. Likewise, the halal tourism sector has also been severely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. This is because the key to developing the halal tourism sector is Muslim tourists or visitors who come. To revive the tourism sector, it requires a number of strategies prepared by the government to improve the economy in the halal tourism sector. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the impact of Covid 19 on the halal tourism sector and how the strategy to revive the halal tourism sector during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques used is literature study. The results of the study state that the strategy to restore the halal tourism sector from the Covid 19 pandemic consists of 3 stages and recommendations for implementing health protocols. The existence of this strategy and also the health protocol is expected by the enthusiastic community to return to enliven the tourism sector, including halal tourism.

This writing is a result of research on Religious Education of Indonesia Moslem Community in Hong Kong,to find out which institutions and whatcharacteristics become providers of the religious education for Indonesian Moslem community in Hong Kong. This research uses explorativequalitative approach by data collection technique through a combination between individual and group interview technique, field observation, as well as document and literature study. The result of this study shows: firstly, almost a half of the Moslem community in Hong Kong is Indonesian Moslem community, they are generally come from migrant workers in non-formal sectors (such as maid) which in social, political and economicalaspect they have a weak bargaining position in their life in Hong Kong. Secondly, the Indonesian Moslem Community in Hong Kong generallyconsists of female workers and they are not allowed taking their children or family with them, their immediate needs are guidance and educational service on religion for their own needs in the form of a non-formal religion educational service. The need on education and religion are obtainedby establishing religious groups, associations or organizations which in general are not registered as an official organization in the Government of Hong Kong. Thirdly, they regularly strive to meet their needs on religious guidance and education by holding a routine group religious guidance heldSundays, as the day is holiday which in general is granted to the majority of Indonesian workers.tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang Pendidikan Keagamaan pada Komunitas Muslim Indonsesia di Hong Kong, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui institusi-institusi dan karakteristik apa yang menjadi penyedialayanan pendidikan keagamaan komunitas muslim Indonesia di Hongkong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-eksploratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui mengombinasikan teknik wawancara individualdan kelompok, observasi lapangan, serta studi dokumen dan literatur. Hasil setudi ini ditemukan antara lain: pertama, hampir separuh dari komunitas muslim di Hong Kong adalah kaum muslim Indonesia, umumnya mereka berasal dari kalangan pekerja migran pada sektor non formal (pembantu rumah tangga) yang secara sosial, politik dan ekonomi tidak memiliki daya tawar yang kuat dalam kehidupan di negara Hong Kong. Kedua, Komunitas muslim Indonesia di Hong Kong umumnya adalah pekerja wanita dan tidak diperkenankan membawa anak atau keluarga, kebutuhan mendesak yang mereka hadapi adalah layanan bimbingan dan pendidikan agama bagi diri  mereka sendiri, berupa layanan pendidikan keagamaan non-formal. Kebutuhanpendidikan dan keagamaan diperoleh dengan cara membentuk kelompok, perkumpulan atau organisasi keagamaan yang umumnya tidak terdaftar  sebagai organisasi resmi pada pemerintah Hong Kong. Ketiga, secara regulermereka berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan akan bimbingan dan pendidikan keagamaan melalui pengajian rutin yang diadakan setiap hari minggu, sesuai waktu libur yang umumnya tersedia bagi mayoritas pekerja Indoensia.

This paper aims to (1) analyze the implementation of Community Forest Program(HKm) by Wana Lestari Group in Dara Kunci Village, East Lombok District; (2) todescribe the supporting and inhibiting factors of Community Forest Program (HKm)implementation. The research method used qualitative descriptive method with referenceto suitability between Community Forest Program (HKm) implementation process inDara Kunci Village of East Lombok District of NTB (West Nusa Tenggara) Province withRegional Regulation of NTBProvince number 6, 2004 concerning Guidelines forImplementation of Community Forest (HKm) in NTB Province, and to analyze thesupporting and inhibiting factors referring to the theory of Conformity Model David C.Korten. The research location in Dara Kunci Village, East Lombok District, NTBProvince, uses data collection techniques with in-depth interview, literature study andobservation. The result of this research shows that there is inconsistency with RegionalRegulation of Province of NTB Number 6, 2004, which is caused by: (1) Motivation frombeneficiaries community to manage HKm area; (2) There has been no programevaluation from the government; (3) Seeds that are imported are not seasonallyappropriate; (4) The technical implementation unit is not supported by adequate financialresources; (5) Area of HKm area and number of groups resulted in less maximalassistance; (6) Community empowerment programs that are not properly targeted; (7)Development of community potential is not optimal. Based on the result of this research,it is formulated suggestions: (1) The need to improve the quality of partnershipcooperation with various stakeholders both government and private institutions so that itcan benefit maximally to all members of HKm Group Wana Lestari Desa Dara Kunci (2)The need for refreshing to group members related to the pattern management of HKm,thus re-understanding the rules of planting, rights and dutyin managing of HKm area. (3)The need to improve the quality and capacity of the group through routine facilitation inthe field because this can affect the running program process or not, especially to theboard so that the group organization can run well. (4) For the implementation ofrehabilitation activities it is necessary to improve the quality of planning so that the resultcan be maximized. (5) There needs to be an increase of training on the processing ofproducts from forest resources, especially to women farmer group from this HKm group.

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

This study aims to categorize the toponymy based on its manifestation aspects, explain the meaning of village names, and identify the cultural values contained in the naming of villages in Ponorogo Regency. This research uses anthropolinguistic theory, toponymy, meaning, and cultural values. This research uses in-depth interview techniques and literature study to collect the data. The analysis method used is the descriptive ethnographic method. The results showed that 83 village names in Ponorogo Regency contained toponymy aspects based on the naming. The village toponymy category in Ponorogo Regency includes three naming aspects. The manifestation aspect is contained in 34 village names, social aspects in 39 village names, and cultural aspects in 11 village names. In terms of meaning, 32 village names contain advice, rules, patterns of thought related to Javanese customs culture in the local community. Besides, it also contains the cultural values of peace and prosperity.
