The role of SMEs in developing countries are still relatively low, especially in manufacturing products and their competitiveness is low, so that SMEs have difficulty in increasing its output due to competition. This is a challenge for SMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of product standardization, knowledge management and information technology to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in Tangerang. Sample respondents as many as 60, collected as many as 49 questionnaires. Data analysis tool used is Smart PLS. The results showed that the Product Standards and Knowledge Management of positive and significant impact on their competitiveness. As for the information technology has no effect on their competitiveness. This means that SMEs do information technology is still little influence on increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.

Organizations need to encourage their employees to have high job performance in the hope of getting a lot of benefits for the organization, but not making employees feel disadvantaged. This condition is strongly influenced by the role of a leader in the organization, initiatives and employee development. The aims of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of effort on Moral of job. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on Moral of job. 3) To find out and analyze effort on job performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance. 5) To find out and analyze the effect of Moral of job on job performance. 6) To find out and analyze effort on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. 7) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. Based on considerations of time, effort, and funds, as well as the scope of the problem and the large number of subjects in a population of 336 people, this study uses the Slovin formula with a significance (p) (0.1) so that a sample of 79 people is determined. Where all members of the population are sampled, the data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) effort has a significant effect on Moral of job 2) Initiative has no effect on Moral of job 3) Effort has no effect on Job performance 4) Initiative has a significant effect on Job performance 5) Moral of job has no effect on Job performance 6) effort has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job 7) Initiative has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job.

Cleanliness is one of many other indicator that have to be held by a tourism destination. It mean that the tourism destination should be clean from garbage or any other dirty things. Indonesia is a tourism destination that have been known as a beautiful and humble country to be visited. As a tourism country, Indonesia should also give a big concern to the cleanliness issue. Various criticisms and suggestions always delivered to the manager or government of the tourist sites, but the response from them was null. There have to be a research to find out what is the root of the environment cleanliness problem and which part of the improvement that was missed. This study covers how to integrate all the stakeholder by using Information Technology in order to address the environment cleanliness issue. Existing policy established will be the basis for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating a product in addressing the issues of garbage. The research is developed under the PEST and SWOT method, and using the Knowledge Management System. Visual Communication Media is a product that was built to help people in controlling the outstanding garbage. Information technology is built to become a medium in managing information related to garbage problems. Meanwhile, Counseling and Socializing is held to provide learning of the importance in maintaining hygiene. The integration of these things is monitored and evaluated to obtain a comprehensive improvement. Index Terms—Cleanliness, Information Technology, Knowledge Management System.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This research indicates that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership, knowledge management, and firm performance. The synthesis of the literature also lends support for the mediating role of information technology in the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge management.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of world oil prices on economic growth in Indonesia by applying the exchange rate moderating variable and the BI rate as a connecting variable. Descriptive and associative research is a type of research that is used with data collection techniques through a trusted official agency website that is classified in the quarterly time series secondary data. The data year in this study was from 2006 to 2018. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inductive analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis tool accompanied by a classic assumption test and a t test. Estimation results show that there are two research results; firstly, that the exchange rate has an effect on moderating the relationship between world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia, secondly, that the BI rate has no influence connecting world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: World oil prices, economic growth, exchange rates, BI rate, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

<p>This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, halal labeling and brand image on purchasing decisions, while the independent variables are consumer perceptions, halal labeling and brand image. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had purchased and used SR12 herbal skincare products in Bogor. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of SR12 herbal skincare products. With the data collected amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of consumer perception, halal labeling and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for sr12 herbal skincare products.
