With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform in the field of higher education in our country, the piano impromptu accompaniment course has an increasing influence on students. In the current piano impromptu accompaniment course, teachers are influenced by many traditional concepts of music course education. Teachers mainly focus on singing and personal practice in the teaching process. In terms of teaching content, the selection of repertoire for students is relatively fixed and outdated, which causes students to feel monotonous, and reduces the quality of learning the piano impromptu accompaniment courses. That being said, this article thoroughly explores the construction and utilization of network resources in the process of piano improvisation, in order to improve the quality of education and teaching of piano impromptu courses in colleges and universities, and provide some valuable references for promoting the overall development of students.

Today, the market for educational services is quite congested and requires more detailed external and internal analysis of the activities of universities in order to understand the principles of attracting students. The majority of prospective enrollees to universities have certain selection criteria and the quality of education is one of the main ones. That is why such a competitive factor as a level of preparation of professors requires more detailed consideration from the point of view of personnel management. The level of preparation of the scientific and pedagogical staff includes not only the selection of certain qualifications, but also the motivation and interest in conducting quality classes. Due to the nature of the work, teachers are most susceptible to emotional burnout, so management should always keep in mind ideas aimed at preventing burnout in the collective. The aim of the work is to consider personnel management as a tool for building a competitive position of higher education institutions, to solve the problem of teachers’ burnouts and to provide recommendations for preventing this condition in order to improve the level of preparation of professors. The study carried out the following tasks: the concept of competitive position and its characteristics has been examined; the main factors influencing the competitive position of higher education institutions have been identified; the necessity for quality personnel management to improve the preparation of professors has been established; the issue of burnout as a key issue in the work of university staff has been addressed; the effectiveness of the wellbeing concept and the necessity to apply it as an integral part of the personnel management process to improve the competitive position of universities has been proven. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the analysis of individual factors of competitive position – the quality of education and the level of preparation of professors, the identification of the importance of personnel management in improving the performance of these factors, In addition, recommendations have been made to introduce the concept of wellbeing and to diagnose burnout among teachers in order to strengthen the competitive position of universities

The paper examines the issues of career development of students in the context of quality management of higher education. The better realization of graduating students is an important strategic goal for each higher school and its achievement ensures a better connection of education to the labor market. The better career orientation of the students during their studies makes the higher education institution more desirable by the candidate students and increases the funding process. A very challenging task in this context is the development of relevant technological solutions to be maximally digitized, which enables career development processes for students in higher education institutions. The study justifies this necessity by presenting and analyzing data related to the changes in the information channels and access to the students, as well as the cycle of their realization. The main contributions of the article are related to elucidating the causal relationship between career development and the quality of education, as well as the development of a common conceptual model for the digitization of career development. Finally, summaries are made and conclusions are drawn.

The article is about arts education in Canadian schools, used as a tool for the development of students’ key competences. It is proven that arts education fulfils a lot of functions (develops individual capabilities, provides right to education and cultural participation, improves quality of education and the expression of cultural diversity) and has various benefits (intrinsic and extrinsic) for people. It contributes to overall development of students (moral, physical, cognitive, emotional etc.), enhances their motivation and academic success. The article shows that arts education is a powerful tool for developing Essential Graduation Learning- some of the key competences for school graduates: aesthetic expression, citizenship, communication, personal development, problem solving, technological competence, spiritual/moral development.

In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.

Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article discusses the main problems that arose during the transition to distance learning, the solution of which will raise the quality of education to a new level, including after the end of the new type of coronavirus pandemic. The authors highlight the organizational, technical and social problems in the process of organizing distance learning, the totality of which can be considered as a challenge to the education system.

The quality of education is influenced by the managerialization of the universities, which refers to the introduction of substantial changes in the decision-making processes of the academic institutions, and the application of renewed information systems along with new managerial methodologies to restructure the organisational strategic relationships with stakeholders. This paper proposes a questionnaire to assess the importance of facilities in universities according to their financial budget consumed value. Semi Structured Interviews were conducted with the heads of logistic and financial departments in Egyptian universities, twenty public universities and twenty-three private universities, in order to identify criteria for the most significant university's facilities and appealing infrastructure that contributes to the quality of education.

This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. ABSTRACT In today’s competitive higher education environment in Vietnam, higher education institutions have focussed more on quality education services to improve students’ satisfaction, which is considered an important factor for attracting and retaining students and evaluating the success of these higher education institutions, as a result. This research aimed to examine Vietnamese students’ perceptions about the quality of education services offered at Hue University in Vietnam. The data were obtained from the questionnaires completed by 2933 students from four-university members of Hue University in Central Vietnam. The research results showed that the students were generally satisfied with the quality of education services provided by Hue University. In addition, students’ satisfaction at Hue University is most affected by their perceptions about access to education services and the educational environment. The study also provided several implications, for Hue University in particular and other Vietnamese higher education institutions in general, to enhance their education services to improve the level of education service quality for attracting and retaining students.

In the world of education the name of the supervision of education has long been known by people or has long been known, which is meant by the supervision of education is not far from the problem of improvement regarding the problem of education in the learning and teaching process. The process and technique of educational supervision is necessary and very important to be applied and applied properly and correctly in educational institutions, because in the second case it will also discuss the quality of schools.
