<p>Training of Classroom Action Research is an effort to increase the understanding and skills of teachers in preparing the research proposal, conducting research, as well as a research report. This training is subject teachers at SDN 04 IX Korong totaling 19 people. The training was conducted by the lecture method which collaborated with guided exercises. The use of this method is effective to increase the interest of teachers in writing, because every teacher guided continuous and programmed. This training provides a positive impact for teachers at SDN 04 Korong IX. It is seen from the 19 teachers who attended the training, there are 11 teachers who successfully complete the Class Action Research to stage the final report. It shows that 57.9% of teachers at SDN 04 IX Korong able to do research and have a high enough motivation to produce the scientific work. So based on this study, it can be concluded that the training of classroom action research which is continuous and effective programmed to build capabilities and professionalism of teachers.</p>

Education has the core of the interaction between educators and students in helping students master educational goals. Educational interactions can take place in the family, school, and community environment, which will support students to develop their educational experience.  Classroom action research is described as an effort to examine the learning activities of students by carrying out a planned action by the teacher and analyzing the effect of actions to improve and improve the quality of learning.     The activity method used in community service activities is (1) lectures, used by the service team to convey the principles of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, implementation of classroom action research, and procedures for writing classroom action research reports. The lecture was supported by the use of laptops and LCDs to display service materials for a limited time. (2) Demonstration, used by the service team in the hope that participants can start practicing problem formulation in the learning process that can be solved through classroom action research, class action research proposal design, to writing class action research reports.   The conclusion of this community service, namely (1) the community service activities carried out by the Research Team for the Primary School Teacher Education Department with the lecture and demonstration method have been able to improve the understanding of teachers of SDN Cibitung Kulon 01 Bogor about classroom action research and it is hoped that the teacher can simultaneously write the report, (2) writing reports Classroom action research is expected as an effort to develop the profession and at the same time assist teachers in achieving the credit score required for promotion.

the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian Tindakan merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui tindakan di kelas oleh guru atau peneliti. Penelitian tindakan dapat dikategorikan menjadi empat, yaitu: (1) penelitian tindakan partisipasi (participatory action sesearch), penelitian tindakan kritis (critical action reseach), penelitian tindakan sekolah (institutional action research), dan penelitian tindakan kelas (clasroom action recearch). Dalam pendidikan formal, yang banyak dikembangkan guru di sekolah adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) karena sasaran atau subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa. Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 tentang jabatan guru dan angka kreditnya memberlakukan mulai Januari 2013. Salah satu materinya adalah petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan kinerja guru yang profesional. Implementasinya adalah dengan melaksanakan serta membuat laporan hasil penelitian di bidang pendidikan utamanya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian tersebut merupakan salah satu cara yang strategis bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan dan atau memperbaiki layanan pendidikan bagi pendidik dalam konteks pembelajaran di kelas. Niff (1992) menegaskan bahwa dasar utama bagi dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas adalah untuk perbaikan.Langkah-langkah praktis pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas tersebut dapat dijabarkan. Oleh sebab itu, tulisan ini akan berfokus pada kegiatan-kegiatan pokok seperti : (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, (4) reflecting. Penelitian yang terkait dengan persoalan praktik pembelajaran misalnya rendahnya minat baca siswa.Dengan penelitian tindakan kelas dapat dicoba berbagai tindakan yang berupa program pembelajaran dengan membiasaakan membaca cerita-cerita lokal, menggunakan buku yang dimiliki cerita lucu, dan sebagainya. Conducting research activities is one of the competencies that should be owned by a professional teacher, this is because one of the characteristics of an effective teacher is a teacher who has a reflective nature. Classroom action research (CAR) is now one of the efforts to solve problems and improve the quality of learning that can be done by teachers in their classrooms. In the implementation of the service, the service division divides the activity method into three stages which include the planning stage, the organizing stage, the workshop implementation stage, and the evaluation phase. The training participants consisted of 14 teachers from various subject areas at MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung. Implementation of assistance to better understand the concepts and applications of classroom action research (CAR) is carried out by lecturing, discussion and question and answer methods. The enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions was very good, it was proven that there were more than half of the participants asking questions related to CAR. While the implementation of mentoring to write a class action research report (CAR) in the form of scientific journal articles begins with a workshop on writing narrative learning in class as a form of CAR analysis, online search tracing and reference downloads, and concludes with a workshop on journal article writing based on CAR activities participants have ever carried out.

Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

Based on observations of the MIN 10 Aceh Barat Daya teacher's competence in compiling school action research reports, it was found that the teacher's professional competence in compiling classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving teacher professional competence in developing classroom action research reports through a mentoring model based on CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. This research is a School Action Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 MIN 10 Southwestern Aceh teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK development can improve the ability of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's professional competence in preparing the class action research report in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) increased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

The purpose of this study is 1) to know effect of academic supervision on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher, 2) to know the effect of classroom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teachers, 3) to know effect of academic supervision and classrooom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher. The subject of this study werw all elementary school teachers in all subdistrict of Undaan Kudus regency. This study uses a quantitative contribution method with regression analysis techniques. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research using questionaire. The validity of data uses construct validity bay way of experiential juggment. Data analysis was perfomed using regression analysis techniques in the form of simple and multiple regression. The results of study showed that academic supervision had an effect on techer professional competence of 32,0 %. Whereas classroom action research training has an effect on  teacher professional competence of 39,1%. Academic supervision and classroom action research training together have an effect on teacher professional competence of 46,6%.

This study aims is to apply the learning model by using prezi to improve understanding of English courses. This research was conducted at the PGRI university of Madiun in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. The research subjects were students of Primary School Teacher Education. This study uses a classroom action research design (classroom action research) was used to solve learning problems in the classroom that seeks to study and reflect in depth some aspects of learning. This research was divided into two cycles that are adjusted to the time allocation and topic chosen. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of prezi media can improve understanding of English class 2B material, Primary School Teacher Education Study Program. This increase was shown by the achievement of the average understanding of the concept of the first cycle of 73 with 69% completeness and in the second cycle of 83 with 94% completeness. So it can be concluded that there has been an increase of 25%. This shows that the application of the learning model using this prezi media can improve students' understanding.

Abstrak Observasi awal yang dilakukan terhadap 74 guru-guru di SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa dan SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa menunjukkan bahwa hanya 10 orang yang mengaku mampu melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dari 10 guru-guru tersebut hanya 4 orang yang mengaku sudah melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan 6 guru mengaku tidak termotivasi untuk melakukannya. Sementara 64 guru lainnya memberikan alasan tidak memahami prosedur pelaksanaan, PTK bukan pekerjaan seorang guru. Seyogyanya, pelaksanaan PTK tidaklah hanya sebagai disamping tuntutan administrastif, namun guru harus mampu untuk merefleksi pembelajaran di kelas demi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran membutuhkan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar peningkatan profesionalisme guru-guru SMP melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas di kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan Iptek bagi Masyarakat  (IbM) ini adalah untuk membentuk kelompok guru yang mandiri dalam melaksanakan PTK serta mampu menghasilkan laporan serta karya tulis imiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal dengan pendekatan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Dosen-dosen yang sudah berpengalaman dalam hal PTK turut membantu sebagai pembimbing guru-guru tersebut. Pelaksanaan IbM ini memberikan kontribusi peningkatan motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan PTK secara signifikan dimana terdapat 13 orang dari 31 orang guru yang dibimbing dapat menuntaskan kewajibannya sampai pada seminar hasil PTK.  Kata Kunci : Jurnal Ilmiah, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Abstract Initial observations conducted on 74 teachers at SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa and SMPN 4 Tanjung Morawa indicated that only 10 of them have the ability to perform classroom action research (PTK). More specifically, 4 out of 10 teachers have engaged with PTK and 6 teachers admitted that they are not motivated to do so. Accordingly, 64 other teachers had lack of understanding in the implementation procedure arguing that, PTK is not a teacher's job. As a matter of fact, the implementation of TOD is not only as a matter of administrative demands, but the teacher must be able to reflect on the classroom learning for the improvement of the quality of learning requires research of class action. This is the basis for improving the professionalism of junior high school teachers through classroom action research training in Deli Serdang district. The implementation of Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is to form a group of independent teachers in implementing PTK and able to produce reports and writings imiah published in the journal with a sustainable approach mentoring. Lecturers who have experience in terms of PTK helped as mentors of these teachers. The implementation of IbM contributed to the improvement of teachers' motivation in implementing PTK significantly where 13 people from 31 guided teachers could complete their obligation until the PTK seminar result. Keywords: Scientific Journal, Classroom Action Research.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam menganalisis video  pembelajaran  melalui strategi  pembelajaran webinar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu: (a) tahap perencanaan, (b) tahap pelaksanaan,(c) tahap observasi, (d) tahap analisis dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Terbuka kelompok belajar Kota Medan pada tahun pelajaran 2020.1. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada matakuliah  Pemantapan Kemampuan Mengajar dengan jumlah mahsiswa 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada data kuantitaif menggunakan instrumen tes kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menganalisis video pembelajaran dalam bentuk pilihan berganda, dan pada data kualitatif menggunakan hasil observasi keaktifan mahasiswa dalam menganilisis video pembelajaran dikelas webinar dan keaktifan dosen dalam mengajar dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran webinar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam menganalisis video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran webinar.Kata Kunci:Keaktifan Mahasiswa,  VideoPembelajaran, Strategi Pembelajaran Webinar Abstract: This study aims to increase student activity in analyzing instructional videos through a webinar strategy. This research is a classroom action research consisting of four stages namely: (a) the planning stage, (b) the implementation stage, (c) the observation stage, (d) the analysis and reflection stage. The subjects in the study were students of the 6th semester of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the Open University of the Medan City study group in the 2020.1.  school year. The implementation of this classroom action research was carried out in the Teaching Ability Consolidation course with a total of 12 students. The technique of collecting data on quantitative data uses a student ability test instrument in analyzing learning videos in the form of multiple choices, and qualitative data uses the results of observations of student activeness in analyzing learning videos in the webinar class and lecturer activeness in teaching using webinar learning strategies. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student activeness in analyzing learning videos using webinar learning strategies.Keywords: Student Activity, Learning Videos, Webinar Learning Strategies
