Teacher qualifications, even though they are bachelor, do not guarantee that each teacher is able to draw up a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), as evidenced by the 8 teachers in SD Negeri Mojodanu II Ngombang District, Jombang, which are still 25% capable of preparing lesson plans independently, so supervision activities related to academic supervision in the preparation of the RPP . These conditions are influenced by: (1) teacher busyness, (2) lack of training and guidance as well as mentoring and (3) lack of socialization. Related to the above problems, there needs to be adequate handling assistance. In this case the effort made is to carry out training and guidance, which aims at improving teacher skills in the preparation of RPP according to SNP independently. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The study was conducted in stages of the cycle, each cycle consisting of 4 (four) steps including: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study, 8 teachers from schools that were the subjects of the study, all showed increased competency in accordance with established indicators of success. Suggestions proposed are: (1) it is necessary to intensify the improvement of teacher skills in preparing lesson plans through mentoring activities or the like (2) the need for means such as IHT, so that they can exchange experiences through academic dialogue

<p><em>This classroom action research aims to improve the fine motoric development of children in group A TK Weda Purana Pemaron, through finger painting activities. The subjects of this classroom action research were group A children of TK Weda Purana Pemaron, totaling 5 children. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle goes through the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Methods of data collection are done through performance, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the pre-cycle before classroom action research, it shows that the child’s fine motoric development has not yet reached optimal results, which only reached a percentage of 50% or the category began to develop. So that action is taken in the first cycle to achieve results with a percentage of 70% or developing categories as expected, while in cycle II achieve results with a percentage of 90% or very well developed categories. With these results indicate that the indicators of success have been achieved.</em></p>

This research is conducted to find out how about the planning, implementation and evaluation in the learning moral aqidah at MTsN Samudera North Aceh. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of research consist of primary and secondary data. The researcher was collected the data by using observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusion on the data that has been collected. While to guarantee the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used. The results of this study indicated that: First, Planning in the learning of moral aqidah consists of the preparation of steps in learning such as the preparations of lesson plans, syilabus, prota and prosem. Second, the implementation in learning of aqidah morality includes preliminary activities, core activities and ends with closing activities. Third, the evaluasion used in the study of moral aqidah learning includes written tests and non written tests.

Curriculum is an important part of the implementation of learning in school.  It covers the   aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This study aims to describe the problems of planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak in MTs. Negeri 04 Jember. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research.  The data collection method used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis of interactive models of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the problems in planning, learning, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the Aqeedah Akhlak subjects were the difficulties faced by teachers in developing lesson plans and determining learning methods, mismatches between lesson plans and learning implementation, and constructing the score rubrics for attitude assessment.

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

This study aims to describe the suitability of the RPP with the Learning Implementation Process, the suitability of the RPP made by teachers with the 2013 Curriculum, and the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the RPP. Data collection using, documentation, observation, interviews and then data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the percentage of completeness of the RPP components of Vocational High School Business Management in Padang with the Curriculum Component of the 2013 RPP is 97.01%, the percentage of the suitability of the RPP with the implementation of learning is 27.7%, 27.8%, 30.4%,36 , 2% and 41.7%. this means that the teacher is not competent in carrying out the lesson plans when implementing learning in the classroom. The obstacles faced by teachers are lack of time, IT like Infocus is also inadequate in schools and lack of source books.Keywords: learning implementation plan, learning implementation process, curriculum 2013

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine the source of funds used in the micro and small businesses in the village supermarket Mulyoagung District of DAU. The method used is the method of survey, data analysis is qualitative descriptive analysis based on primary and secondary data. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the researchers of the 10 self-service according to the class of micro enterprises in the village Mulyoagung DAU Malang, there is a 100% initial planning. the source of funds used for micro and small businesses in the supermarket, the source of funds used approximately 75.5% use their own capital due, which was developed in the supermarket business is already quite big and cost quite a lot. Supermarkets that require considerable cost using capital loans at the bank around 24.5% to run a business in this way could make more developed self.

This study aims to determine the cases of trafficking that occur in Kapuas Hulu. Some prevention efforts, a form of protection of victims and develop a model of protection of victims. Methods of data analysis performed using qualitative descriptive analysis with a sample of Sub Badau traffic being trafficked in Indonesia-Malaysia border. The results showed that some types of work done by the women and the children victims of trafficking are workers in places of entertainment, plantation workers, and etc. As for some of the factors that influence the occurrence of trafficking is the opening of the Postal Cross Border (PLB) Entikong Sanggau district. One of the prevention efforts that can be done by the Kapuas Hulu regency government is makes education and health as a priority program.

This study aims to determine the Accountability of village fund Management to improvedevelopment in Sajang Village, Sembalun District, which consists of five stages, namelyPlanning, Implementation, administration, reporting and accaountability.This type of research isa case study using a descriptive analysis approach. In this study, the techniques of datacollection use are interviews, questionnaires and documentatation. The data analysis techniqueuse in this study is a quanlitative descriptive analysis technique.The results of this study indicatethat the planning, implementation, reporting, administration and accountability system ofaccountability has applied the principle of accountability. Thia is evidenced from the results ofinterviews with documentation and questionnaires.

Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.
