This study examines the role of recruitment and job placement at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Surabaya influence work productivity. This research with a quantitative approach has 60 populations. The tests performed were data analysis of validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, including normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing includes test (R2), T statistical test, F statistical test, and multiple linear regression test. Data collection use observations, interviews and (primary) questionnaires. Data analysis use multiple linear regression with SPSS (v.18). The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of recruitment and job placement had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Partially the better the recruitment system, the better work productivity will be. Likewise, a good job placement will increase employee work productivity. Furthermore, simultaneously the variable recruitment and good work placement will increase employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Lila Buana Wisata where the company is engaged in travel services located in Renon, Denpasar and Tuban, Badung. The population in this study as many as 35 people using saturated sampling techniques, the sample used is the entire population of 35 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Similarly, work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. To increase employee productivity, the company should continuously motivate employees, provide compensation in accordance with the workload of employees and enforce employee discipline so that work productivity continues to increase so that the company is able to compete and the company's survival is guaranteed. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and morale towards the increase of work productivity of employees of PT. Colombus Megah Sentrasarana in Samarinda and to know the improvement of work productivity of employees with the provision of motivation. Analysis uses multiple linear regression with SPSS tool. Correlation coefficient (R) of 0.8770 means that the variables of motivation and morale together have a direct or positive relationship with employee productivity at PT. Colombus Megah Sentrasarana in Samarinda.While the influence of each variable that is variable of motivation (X1) influences work productivity of employee equal to 63,80%, while work spirit variable (X2) influence to work productivity equal to 71,50%. So, it can be said that morale is the dominant variable of influence on employee productivity at PT. Colombus Megah Sentrasarana in Samarinda.The first hypothesis test is acceptable because F count is 69,808 and F table 2,830 which means F arithmetic> F table. The second hypothesis can be accepted because it is proven that the morale of influence dominant effect on employee productivity at PT. Colombus Megah Sentrasarana in Samarinda.

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The object of this research is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Kiwah Business Unit is located at Jalan Raya No. 71. A. Tanjungrejo village, Natar sub-district, South Lampung regency. Engaged in agribusiness and crumb rubber agroindustry qualified Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) for domestic and International market. Problems faced by this company is the discipline and awareness of achievement is still low, the supervision function has not been done properly, so that employee productivity is not optimal as planned. The purpose of this research is; (1) To know the effect of incentives on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency, (2) To know the effect of supervision on employee productivity (3) To know the effect of incentives and supervision on employee productivity. The number of samples is 70 respondents. The result of data analysis using multiple linear regression formula is Y = 5,516 + 0,714 X1 + 0,722 X2 + e. Test Result F significant level 95% is F count 24,47&gt; F Table 3.15. Result of t test of significant level 95% is t count 6,224&gt; t Table 1,667. Thus incentives and supervision significantly affect the productivity of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency.

Success or failure of the organization in achieving the goals set previously depends on the ability of human resources (employees) in carrying out the task or work given. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee productivity at PT.Sindang Brothers Lubuklinggau City. The method of data processing was saturated sampling approach that is the sampling method that the entire population amount is used as research sample which amounted to 47 employees. Data analysis conducted by validity and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, determination test, F test and T test. Based on the result of research, it is concluded that Recruitment and Work Placement partially have significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Sindang Brothers Town of Lubuklinggau. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variable variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6 percent and the rest 12.4 is influenced by other variable variables. Keywords: Recruitment, Job Placement, and Work Productivity

This research aims to find out how much motivation and work experience influence on employee productivity, the population in this study is all employees on cv. Citra Proteksindo Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, R². The results of the study show that Motivation and Work experience simultaneously affect employee productivity, and partially motivation has no effect on employee productivity while work experience affects employee productivity.

This study has a purpose to determine the effect of tax amnesty, tax sanctions and the quality of tax authorities on compliance of individual taxpayers that conducted at KPP North Badung. The number of sample are 100 respondents by using accidental sampling methods. Data analysis technique that used are descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of testing conducted, it is known that tax amnesty, tax sanctions and the quality of tax authorities have an effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in KPP North Badung. The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation to mediate the leadership trilogy and job satisfaction to employee work productivity at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires with 78 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, coesifisien determination (R2) and sobel tests. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant influence on motivation, leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee work productivity, leadership trilogy and motivation had no significant effect on employee work productivity, motivation mediated leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had no insignificant effect on employee work productivity.  Keywords: Leadership Trilogy, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Productivity.

This research was conducted with the aim to knowing the effect of organization structure, system of authority / authorization, healthy practice, and quality employees on the internal cash control system. The approach used in this study is quantitative, using 566 employee population who actively attend monthly meetings at PT. Citra Van Tiki Solo Branch. Samples using the Slovin formula, obtained amounted to 85 people. The data analysis technique used test instruments, namely; validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Autocoleration test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and determination test (R2) which were processed using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the organization structure, system of authority, healthy practice, and quality employees partially affected the internal cash control system.
