The aim of this study is to determine the effect of communication on the productivity of employees working at PSEKSU Lahat and to determine the relationship of communication with employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat. This form of research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The sample in this study is an employee at the health center Lahat PSEKSU totaling 30 employees. Because the number of employees at the health center PSEKSU as many as 30 people, then the sample is taken from the total population. So the sampling technique in this study using census method of data collection for the entire population. Data collection techniques in this research is through observation, interviews, and distribution of a list of questions to the respondent and methods used in this research is the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method with a simple formula of linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient terminated and hypothesis t test.   Of regression and correlation calculations obtained simple linear regression equation is Y = 7.37 + 0.74 X +e . These values have meaning if the communication variables is increased one unit then the employee productivity will be increased by the value of b is 0.74. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.83 means a correlation coefficient of 0.83. This means of communication has a positive relationship and a very closely to employee productivity. Coefficient calculation known determinant of the value of KD = 0.69 or 69% means that employee productivity is affected by the communication by 69% and the remaining 31% are influenced by other factors such as leadership, incentives, division of tasks and training. From the hypothesis testing calculation obtained value t count = 7.896 and t-table 2, 048. So t-count value is greater than t-table or t count> t table, this shows that Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between communication to work productivity of employees at the health center PSEKSU Lahat. The calculation can be interpreted that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted then the hypothesis is proven and showed a significant correlation means of communication have a positive effect on employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat.

This study examines the role of recruitment and job placement at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Surabaya influence work productivity. This research with a quantitative approach has 60 populations. The tests performed were data analysis of validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, including normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing includes test (R2), T statistical test, F statistical test, and multiple linear regression test. Data collection use observations, interviews and (primary) questionnaires. Data analysis use multiple linear regression with SPSS (v.18). The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of recruitment and job placement had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Partially the better the recruitment system, the better work productivity will be. Likewise, a good job placement will increase employee work productivity. This study discusses the importance of independence, competence, and integration in giving audit opinions in the Bengkulu Province Inspectorate. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. From the Calculation Result, a linear regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 3,410 + 0,281X1 + 0,523X2 + 0,114X3 + ?, where from the results which can be interpreted, a positive relationship between the two variables is needed. The coefficient of determination (R ²) of 0.827 shows the effect of independence, competence, and integrity on the provision of audit opinions in the Inspectorate of Bengkulu Province is very strong. Based on the t value obtained in the hypothesis test (t-test), then the t value obtained is 2.771 for the first variable, t arithmetic for 5.530 for the first variable, t arithmetic for 2.245 for the variable variable, while the t table value is 1.683 (t arithmetic )> t table). This means that the hypothesis is accepted or below the value of 0.05, proving independence, competence, and positive integrity of the audit opinion in the Bengkulu Province Inspectorate.

The research was conducted by the writer on BTM Mentari in sub districts rengat - indragiri upstream. District. The research phase lasting three months. This research study is to find savings, influence financing and capital to profit in the district btm mentari Indragiri upstream. This research used secondary data , writer process data by using multiple linear regression the it using spss ( statistic package for social scince ) 24 version to get output to summarizing the research. The research that is simultaneously a conclusion can be drawn is the significant savings, between financing and capital to profit. This can be seen that the f count greater than the f table ( 29,873 > 2,36 ) When viewed from the table a model summary so r which means a correlation coefficient obtained value of 0,984 which means the amount of savings mobilized , the financing of the and capital had strong ties against spider does not permit the .Was in the middle of the value of the coefficients detrminasi as much as 0,968 paper work showing that the amount of savings mobilized , the financing of the and capital affect of the spider that has been accepted by the BTM the spacecraft mentari as much as 96,80 % the remaining of 3,20 % influenced by the fact that of other variables that do not writer you wherever you may be.

Abstract Aim The aim of this study is to investigate the prevalence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia in Qatar and to examine its association with changes in markers of dyslipidemia, prediabetes and subclinical inflammation. Methods A cross-sectional study of young adult participants aged 18 - 40 years old devoid of comorbidities collected between 2012 and 2017. Exposure was defined as uric acid level, and outcomes were defined as levels of different blood markers. De-identified data were collected from Qatar Biobank. T-tests, correlation tests and multiple linear regression were all used to investigate the effects of hyperuricemia on blood markers. Statistical analyses were conducted using STATA 16. Results The prevalence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia is 21.2% among young adults in Qatar. Differences between hyperuricemic and normouricemic groups were observed using multiple linear regression analysis and found to be statistically and clinically significant after adjusting for age, gender, BMI, smoking and exercise. Significant associations were found between uric acid level and HDL-c p = 0.019 (correlation coefficient -0.07 (95% CI [-0.14, -0.01]); c-peptide p = 0.018 (correlation coefficient 0.38 (95% CI [0.06, 0.69]) and monocyte to HDL ratio (MHR) p = 0.026 (correlation coefficient 0.47 (95% CI [0.06, 0.89]). Conclusions Asymptomatic hyperuricemia is prevalent among young adults and associated with markers of prediabetes, dyslipidemia, and subclinical inflammation.
