This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for organic food in Surabaya and recommend the strategic implications of using the Business Model Canvas to open organic food outlets. The research design was carried out with a quantitative descriptive method approach. The sampling method was carried out by judgmental sampling technique, with the criteria of the respondents were 100 consumers of organic products. In this study, the types of data collected were: primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to people who shop at organic food restaurants in Surabaya; secondary data, as the data or information obtained through literature studies, theories, and literature related to organic food, and the variables used are perceptions of lifestyle, perceptions of health, perceptions of environmental impacts and perceptions of the Greens community as independent variables. , and interest in buying organic products in Surabaya as the dependent variable.This research provides strategic implications of managerial strategies in the activity of organic food outlets to increase sales using a marketing strategy consisting of production, price, promotion, distribution and this strategy is useful for linking consumers in terms of quantity, quality, and balance that can provide better profitsKeyword : Organic product; Healthy Food; Greens Community; Business Model Canvas

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

With emergence of technological and social change, rivalry between firms in the publishing industry is becoming more intense. Number of publishers in Indonesia keeps increasing, while switching cost of customer is low. ABC Press is a university publisher that has a volatile revenue, where they experienced revenue decrease in 2016 by 1,73% and in 2019 by 19,36%. Besides that, the business also has not grown much, where the average revenue growth from 2015 to 2019 is only 15,93%. ABC Press needs to formulate and reinvent their business strategy and model to improve their performance, remain competitive and sustainable in the publishing industry. This study uses primary data based on interview with three representatives of ABC Press and examine related secondary data to map the current Business Model Canvas (BMC). Then internal and external analysis is carried out to perform SWOT analysis in BMC, followed by strategy and new BMC formulation. To create value innovation, author used Four Action Framework in the strategy formulation. Cost leadership is deemed as the most appropriate business strategy, which demands ABC Press to conduct process innovation through developed production and distribution methods. Meanwhile, long tail business model combined with multi-sided platform is the appropriate business model, where ABC Press needs to focus on offering large range of niche products through their website as their main platform.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This study is aimed to analyze business model, internal external environment and formulate alternative strategies in UD. Salacca based on Business Model Canvas. The methods of research used are descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained through secondary data and primary data. Data collected through depth interviews, observation and focus group discussion. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the SWOT and BMC. The results showed that SWOT has Strengths (S), South Tapanuli is the salak production center in North Sumatra. Weaknesses (W) such as some products are not always available and cannot meet large-scale demand or exports; venture capital, technology and labor are still limited; there is no official cooperation contract with suppliers, customers and distributors. Therefore, BMC now needs to be improved by utilizing Opportunities (O) including the assistance from the Government in the form of counseling, training and mentoring of the production machinery business; product promotion facilities at trade shows / festivals and also trade sites; other than that the product has been in demand by domestic and foreign tourists; The business already has a link to export products. So as to be able to face the Threat (T) of many competing products that use substitute raw materials and more sophisticated production technology resulting in consumers not loyal. The resulting alternative strategies are increasing consumer reach and business scale; improvement of production facilities and infrastructure; improving services with consumers; partnerships with distributors and souvenir vendors; increase capital, technology and labor.

This research aims to determine the performance and income of a closed-house broiler farm with partnership business model. The research was conducted in a closed broiler house owned by Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang, and in a partnership with Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Ltd. A total of 11,000 broilers were raised for each raising period in the closed broiler house. A case study method was used for this research. The data were collected using survey method; the primary data were collected directly through interviews with the farm operators and field observation. Secondary data were collected through data recording which includes production cost and obtained revenue in each raising period. The collected data were then analyzed through quantitative-descriptive study. A total 7 raising periods of production cost, revenue, and income in a year were analyzed. The results of this study showed that the average performances of closed-house broiler farm yield 0.37% depletion, 1.49 FCR, and 398.46 PI. The economic indicators showed that the average production cost was Rp292,668,800.00; which generated Rp327,300,779.00 revenue, Rp34,631,978.00 income, Rp183.055.535.00 NPV, and 1.24 BCR. The study concluded that the closed-house broiler farm generates higher income compared with the open house system.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. Farmers' household income is an indicator of the level of prosperity by looking at the amount of expenses and family expenses. Mango production, which has increased every year, needs to be assessed according to the level of household poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the household level of mango farmers in Situbondo Regency. The research location was determined purposively in the Makmur Jaya I Farmers Group, Jangkar District, Situbondo Regency. Population and sample with saturated sampling technique with a population as well as a sample of 25 respondents. Data were collected through primary data (direct interviews using a questionnaire) and secondary data from related agencies and literature related to this study. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis which was measured using Sajogyo's poverty theory. The prosperity level of the members of the Makmur Jaya I Farmer Group is in the decent living category of 64% and the moderate category of 36%. None of the mango farmers in this group are below the poverty line.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between digital marketing variables, brand trust, and product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer loyalty at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The research period is March to June 2020. The population in this study is all people who shop at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch and the sample used is 100 respondents, where the sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests with SPSS version 21. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) The influence of digital marketing, brand trust, and product quality on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 2) The influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 3) The influence brand trust on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 4) The influence of product quality on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch. Javasbabyboo merupakan salah satu usaha jasa penyewaan mainan yang terletak di Kebumen Jawa Tengah. Sasaran pelanggan dari Javasbabyboo saat ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak di bawah 5 tahun anak balita, yang mau berhemat, tidak sempat meluangkan waktu untuk memperhatikan perawatan mainan dalam jangka panjang, tidak mempunyai tempat penyimpanan khusus mainan, dan  ingin memberikan variasi permainan kepada anak. Selama pandemi ini omset Javasbabyboo cenderung menurun, hal inilah yang menjadi alasan pada penelitian ini sehingga diharapkan akan mendapatkan strategi bisnis yang baru dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat bantunya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer pada 34 responden dari pelanggan Javasbabybo yang dipilih secara purposive serta data sekunder berupa laporan operasional tahun 2018 – 2020. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang sedang berjalan, kemudian menganalisa Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) dan yang terakhir menentukan BMC perbaikan berdasarkan analisa dari BMC yang sedang berjalan dan analisis SWOT. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa BMC yang sedang berjalan sudah cukup baik, tetapi perlu adanya penambahan item pada BMC perbaikan. Penambahan item tersebut terletak pada produk baru yang disewakan dan diadakan yaitu perlengkapan ibu menyusui dan kreasi event kompetisi permainan untuk anak balita pada value proposition. Penambahan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh pada elemen-elemen yang lain sehingga pada akhirnya akan penambahan sumber penghasilan yaitu disamping dari penyewaan mainan juga dari penyewaan perlengkapan ibu menyusui dan pendaftaran event kompetisi permainan anak balita. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya BMC yang sedang berjalan disertai analisa SWOT yang tajam menghasilkan BMC perbaikan yang dapat digunakan oleh pemilik Javasbabyboo sebagai pedoman dalam menentukan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari usaha ini. Javasbabyboo is a toy rental service business located in Kebumen, Central Java. The current target customers of Javasbabyboo are mothers who have children under 5 years old, who want to save money, don't have time to pay attention to toy care in the long term, don't have a special toy storage area, and want to provide a variety of games for children. During this pandemic, the turnover of Javasbabyboo tends to decrease, this is the reason for this research so that it is hoped that it will get a new business strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a tool. This research is included in qualitative research, using primary data on 34 respondents from Javasbabybo customers who were selected purposively as well as secondary data in the form of operational reports for 2018 - 2020. This research begins by identifying the ongoing Business Model Canvas (BMC), then analyzing the Strengths. , Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) and finally determine the BMC improvement based on the analysis of the ongoing BMC and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the current BMC is quite good, but it is necessary to add items to the improvement BMC. The addition of these items lies in the new products that are rented and held, namely nursing mother equipment and the creation of game competition events for toddlers in the value proposition. These additions certainly affect other elements so that in the end there will be additional sources of income, apart from toy rental, also from rental of equipment for breastfeeding mothers and registration of toddler game competition events. The implication of this research is that there is an ongoing BMC accompanied by a sharp SWOT analysis resulting in improved BMC that can be used by Javasbabyboo owners as a guide in determining policies to increase income from this business..
