Covid-19 has a real impact on the learning activities of Physical Education subject teachers in the Ketapang Regency. This study aims to describe the circumstances or conditions regarding the implementation of physical education learning for students with special needs (Adaptive Physical Education) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This research is research with a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this study were physical education teachers in Ketapang Regency, totaling 14 teachers from 14 elementary schools from all physical education teachers in Ketapang Regency who carried out Adaptive learning. The research instrument used in this study was an online questionnaire using a validated google formula. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative research data analysis. Based on the results of the study, there were 14 elementary schools from 7 districts in Ketapang Regency which implemented adaptive physical education during the pandemic. 92.86% of teachers have been guided by the subject curriculum, 60.71% of respondents thought that the 2013 curriculum, 80.36% of Physical Education teachers made Prota instruments, while 73.21% had made Promes, and 76.79%. Making RPP with format 1. It is concluded that Adaptive Physical Education Learning in Ketapang Regency has been implemented online, where there are still obstacles, namely difficulties with an internet connection, low adaptive physical education learning assistance by parents, and the lack of ability to modify learning methods during the Covid-pandemic. So that learning becomes less effective.

<p>Physical education is an important thing to teach in an effort to maintain health. In the term of special education, adaptive physical education is very necessary in teaching physical education for students with special needs. The main purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of teachers, especially special teachers, on adaptive physical education in inclusive schools. This study is a descriptive quantitative research involving 15 teachers in Surakarta. Data was collected using questionnaires using 4 Likert scale.The results showed that teachers’ perception on the purpose of adaptive physical education was high for 70%. Meanwhile, teachers’ perception on the implementation of physical adaptive education was high for 62%. However, teachers’ perception on the adaptive physical education materials was moderate for 56%. Also for the assessment in adaptive physical education, teachers’ perception was moderate for 58%. In terms of the physical adaptive education tools, teachers’ perception was high for 81%. The result of this research can be used to develop the nature of adaptive physical education itself, especially in inclusive school. By knowing the teachers’ perceptions on adaptive physical education, some parties can determine which parts are lack and need to be developed, especially in adaptive physical education</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: <em>Perception of teachers, adaptive physical education</em></p>

This study aims to determine a survey of the application of traditional games in physical education learning in elementary schools in Ipuh sub-district, Mukomuk district in the 2019/2020 academic year. Which is motivated by the fact that some physical education teachers in elementary schools in Ipuh sub-district have not implemented traditional games. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The method used is a survey. Research instrument in the form of a questionnaire sheet. The subjects of this study were 12 physical education teachers in elementary schools in Ipuh sub-district, Mukomuko district. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, which was stated in the form of a percentage. From the results of the survey research on the application of traditional games in physical education learning in elementary schools in Ipuh sub-district, Mukomuko district in the 2019/2020 academic year, the standardized traditional game factors have been applied with a percentage of 71.6%, not applied with a percentage of 28.4%, and game factors. traditional which has not been standardized is applied with a percentage of 50%, not applied with a percentage of 50%. Overall it was applied with a percentage of 60.8%, and not with a percentage of 39.2%.

<p><em>The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.</em></p>

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif di SLB C Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang dilihat dari factor tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, kompetensi guru, sarana dan prasarana serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 guru Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif SLB C di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Variable penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif di SLB C Provinsi DKI Jakarta data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Instrumen yang berupa kuesioner berjumlah 29 butir pertanyaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif SLB C Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2019 sebanyak 6,67% dalam kategori tidak baik, 16,67% dalam kategori kurang baik, 38,89 kategori cukup, 36,11% dalam kategori baik dan 1,67% dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif di SLB C Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2019 dalam kategori cukup.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif, SLB C   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education learning in SLB C DKI Jakarta Province which is seen from the factors of learning objectives, learning materials, teacher competencies, facilities and infrastructure as well as learning evaluation. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey. The population and sample of this study were 36 Adaptive Physical Education teachers of C-SLB in DKI Jakarta Province. The variable of this research is the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education learning in SLB C DKI Jakarta Province data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire totaling 29 questions. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education learning SLB C in DKI Jakarta Province in 2019 was 6.67% in the bad category, 16.67% in the poor category, 38.89 adequate category, 36.11% in the good category and 1 67% in the excellent category. Thus it can be concluded that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB C DKI Jakarta Province in 2019 is in the sufficient category.   Keywords: Learning, Adaptive Physical Education, SLB C

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Bekasi Elementary Schools. The method used in this study is the survey method. The sample in this study was a physical education teacher who taught at the Bekasi Elementary School amount of 30 people. The instrument used by the questionnaire of teaching indicators which include: (a) preparation factors, (b) application factors, and (c) evaluation factors. Data analysis technique were descriptive statistics by using the SPSS Version 23 program. The result showed that the 2013 curriculum implementation of physical education teachers is viewed from 3 factors which are as follows: (1) Preparation shows the very high result as many as 32.6%, while as many as 14.8% answered very low, 7.3% answered low, 16.3% answered moderate, and 29.1% answered high, (2) Application shows the high result as many as 35.1%, while as many as 16.4% answered very low, 14.1% answered low, 12.6% answered moderate, and 21.9% answered very high, (3) Evaluation shows the high result as many as 41.9%, while 7.6% answered very low, 7.6% answered low, 11% answered moderate, and 31.9% answered very high. So, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Physical Education subjects in Bekasi is already good in the preparation factor and needs improvement in application and the evaluation.

This study aims to determine the communication barriers of teachers in the physical education learning process in public elementary schools throughout the Kembaran District. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method with the data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 26 Physical Education teachers, data collection instruments using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage of teacher communication barriers to the physical education learning process in public elementary schools in Kembaran Subdistrict using 5 categories namely categories very good, good, medium, lacking, and very lacking. The results showed that the communication barriers of teachers to the physical education learning process in state elementary schools in the Kembaran sub-district were in the medium category, in detail there were 3 teachers (11.54%) in the excellent category, 3 teachers (11.54%) in the good category, 13 teachers (46.15%) in the medium category, 5 teachers (19.23%) in the poor category, 3 teachers (11.54%) in the very poor category.

The study aimed at exploring the implementation of physical education (PE) teaching during the Covid 19 Pandemic at elementary schools of sub-district of Balung, Jember, Indonesia. This descriptive research which follows the quantitative approach implemented the survey method using one shot case study. The samples participating in the study are 12 SE teachers. In order to gather the data, a questionnaire was distributed to the participants online through Google Form, containing 10 items. The data obtained were analyzed in descriptive quantitative  through percentage. The findings indicate that all participants (100%) conduct the teaching and learning, where 50% of them delivered the teaching in online learning and 58% confirmed that the learning adheres to the lesson plans. Moreover, 67% of the participants informed that the learning materials are in the same order as stated in the lesson plans, 67% used WhatsApp groups as their teaching media, 67% of the participants informed that their students were enthusiastic and participated actively in the class, 50% have cooperated with their students’ parents for supporting learning, 67% of them stated the assessment was based on submitted exams and tasks, 58% stated that the assessment was less effective. Meanwhile, the analysis of learning indicators reveal that generally 41% of the participants claim difficulties in accessing good Internet connection, and 42% of the participants’ students could not afford smartphones for their learning and thus could not submit their tasks. Briefly the Covid 19 pandemic does not hamper the conduct of teaching and learning though it is now delivered online, however, in general the study found that the teaching and learning is less effective; therefore,  more attention needs to be paid to students especially with their obstacles in using the learning media and accessing proper Internet connection.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

ABSTRACT Introduction Outdoor sports can help people develop good living habits and improve people’s physical fitness. For this reason, it is very important to cultivate sports hobbies and analyze the factors of healthy sports. Objective To understand the factors that affect the healthy sports behavior of college students, we provide a reference for the relevant departments of the school and physical education teachers. Methods The thesis uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to analyze sports influencing factors with college students as the research object. Results The physical education method and the completeness of the facilities will affect the students’ interest in sports. Students from different family backgrounds have very different preferences for healthy sports. Conclusions The school environment and sports atmosphere are the main factors that constitute the school sports environment. College students’ cognition and understanding of healthy sports will affect their own sports situation. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.
