This study aims to determine the communication barriers of teachers in the physical education learning process in public elementary schools throughout the Kembaran District. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method with the data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 26 Physical Education teachers, data collection instruments using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage of teacher communication barriers to the physical education learning process in public elementary schools in Kembaran Subdistrict using 5 categories namely categories very good, good, medium, lacking, and very lacking. The results showed that the communication barriers of teachers to the physical education learning process in state elementary schools in the Kembaran sub-district were in the medium category, in detail there were 3 teachers (11.54%) in the excellent category, 3 teachers (11.54%) in the good category, 13 teachers (46.15%) in the medium category, 5 teachers (19.23%) in the poor category, 3 teachers (11.54%) in the very poor category.

There was a revolution in the learning process in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. At this time, the digital era plays a very important role in replacing human interaction in carrying out all life activities in almost all fields. Currently the teaching and learning process is carried out online. However, for the field of motion learning in physical education, students still have to be able to practice the sports movements that have been arranged in the curriculum. This study aims to determine what learning models are used in providing motion learning materials during this pandemic. Methods: This study used is a survey method with descriptive analysis. The sample in this study were physical education teachers in Junior High Schools in Jakarta. Results: This study showed that the online physical education learning model that is most widely mastered and used in the teaching and learning process. Conclusion:  The most widely used media in learning physical education are live youtube and motion learning videos.

<p><em>The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the relationship between tenure and the level of professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district. The population in this study were all public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district, which amounted to 4 schools with a total of 60 teachers with a sample of 38 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the tenure of teachers in the Public Elementary Schools in Kisaran Kota is relatively high with an average of 25.42. The professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools in Kisaran Kota is high with an average of 99.74. In the normality test, it is known that the data is normally distributed because the 2-tailed significance value has a probability value of 0.951 > 0.05. In the linearity test of tenure (X) it is known that there is a linear relationship between tenure (X) and teacher professional competence (Y) because the significance value of deviation from linearity is 0.110 > 0.05. This study aims to determine the allocation of remittance of migrant family income in North Langowan Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive analysis, by conducting surveys or field observations todetermine the utilization of remittances by the families of migrant workers. The research was conducted in February to May 2018 in North Langowan Subdistrict, in Walantakan Village, Toraget Village,Karumenga Village, Taraitak Village and Taraitak Village 1. The method used in this research is survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is intended to know the clear picture of the utilization of Indonesian labor remittances for consumption, investment and savings or for agriculture or not. The primary data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and the questionnaire distributed to the families of migrant workers regarding the pattern of money managementof remittances. Secondary data was obtained from North Langowan Subdistrict office. The results of this study indicate that most migrants allocate remittances to renovate houses or buy land / houses, from which 40% to 50% of the remuneration is used for the allocation. Some of the migrants make use of remittances to buy houses for investment and partly to finance children's education. Some of the migrants use remittances to buy rice fields as another form of investment, and only a small percentage of migrantsmake use of remittances to buy cars as a tertiary family need. Remittance remained for savings. Migration in addition to affecting the increase in income and welfare of migrant families also affects the development of land prices in North Langowan Subdistrict.*er*

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Bekasi Elementary Schools. The method used in this study is the survey method. The sample in this study was a physical education teacher who taught at the Bekasi Elementary School amount of 30 people. The instrument used by the questionnaire of teaching indicators which include: (a) preparation factors, (b) application factors, and (c) evaluation factors. Data analysis technique were descriptive statistics by using the SPSS Version 23 program. The result showed that the 2013 curriculum implementation of physical education teachers is viewed from 3 factors which are as follows: (1) Preparation shows the very high result as many as 32.6%, while as many as 14.8% answered very low, 7.3% answered low, 16.3% answered moderate, and 29.1% answered high, (2) Application shows the high result as many as 35.1%, while as many as 16.4% answered very low, 14.1% answered low, 12.6% answered moderate, and 21.9% answered very high, (3) Evaluation shows the high result as many as 41.9%, while 7.6% answered very low, 7.6% answered low, 11% answered moderate, and 31.9% answered very high. So, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Physical Education subjects in Bekasi is already good in the preparation factor and needs improvement in application and the evaluation.

This study aims to determine how well the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based on Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study were all physical education teachers in Banyumas Regency, totaling 29 teachers, who were taken using the total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was in the "very poor" category of 0.00% (0 teachers), "less" of 51.72% (15 teachers), " enough "by 48.28% (14 teachers)," good "by 0.00% (0 teachers), and "Very good" by 0.00%. From these results, can be concluded that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was less category. This is certainly an evaluation so that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can be further improved so that learning objectives can be achieved properly.

<em>The problem that occurs in this study is that there are still many PJOK infrastructure and facilities that have not met as they should be, not comparable to the number of students, there are some teachers who are less creative in making tool modifications, and many teachers are still waiting for assistance from PJOK infrastructure and facilities from the school. This study aims to determine the level of teacher creativity to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the learning process of PJOK in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire as primary data, as well as observation, and documentation as secondary data. The population of this study were all PJOK teachers in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 23 teachers. The data analysis used was a descriptive analysis of the percentage. </em><em>The results showed that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency as a whole was categorized as 1 teacher (4%) in the very high category, 6 teachers (26.09%) in high category, 10 teachers (43.48%) in the medium category, 4 teachers (17.39%) in the low category, and 2 teachers (8.70%) in the very low category. It can be concluded that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency is in the medium category (43.48%).</em>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the transformational leadership head of school  on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and the influence of transformational leadership head of school and work motivation in multiple ways on teacher performance. This research was conducted at the State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research through correlation . The number of samples in this study was 144 respondents. The data collection technique was by giving a questionnaire to the teachers. The data analysis test used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests and multiple linear tests which were processed using IBM SPSS 24. The results showed the following: (1) Transformational leadership head of school  (X1) was proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (2) Work motivation (X2) is proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (3) Transformational leadership head of school and work motivation and compensation simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency of 77,6%.

The problem of this thesis is how the traditional game in Physical Education learning in each school in the Air Priukan Subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to find out the traditional game in Physical Education learning in each school. Air Priukan Subdistrict, Seluma District. Elementary School. The sampling technique used was the total sampling method, namely all elementary school physical education teachers throughout the Air Priukan Subdistrict, Seluma District, totaling 14 people from 14 elementary schools. The sampling technique uses random samples or random samples. Data collection in this study uses a survey method. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation and research. Documentation is used to obtain accurate data about the traditional game process in physical education learning in Primary Schools in Air Priukan Subdistrict, Seluma District. used is descriptive with percentages.
