This study develops an e-counseling application as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) Knowing the field needs of the e-counseling application (2) Knowing the prototype of the e-counseling application as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto, (3) Knowing the validity of the e-counseling application. as an effort to improve the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto. This study used the Borg and Gall Research and Development (RnD) method but only reached the Second Revision stage. This research was conducted at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto with 6 students as research subjects. The data collection technique used was the Material and Media Expert Validation Sheet to determine the validity of the media and the student response questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. So the results show that the e-counseling application developed has been valid and practically used for the provision of guidance and counseling services at Senior High School 1 Jeneponto.

This study developed truth and dare monopoly counseling guidance media to increase self-confidence in students. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the description of the service needs of the truth and dare game counseling guidance media effective in increasing self-confidence in students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar ?, 2) What is the level of validity of the truth and dare game monopoly game counseling guidance media to be applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar ?, 3) What is the level of acceptance of the truth and dare monopoly game counseling guidance media to be applied to students at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar? PROFIL OF PEDAGOGIC AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS IN BANDUNG CITY. This study aims to get a profile and description of pedagogic and professional competencies of guidance and counseling teachers (counselor) in Bandung. The research used the quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this research is 127 counselors of the senior high school in Bandung. The Instrument was the development of Permendiknas No. 27 Tahun 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies with ten aspects related to pedagogic and professional competencies. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the profile of counselors is in the competent category but in several aspects need some developed. The result of the research can be used as a need assessment for supervisor in understanding counselors competencies so that it can be used as a basis to provide guidance and counseling services effectively and efficiently.

One of the annual compulsory activities carried out by every school to accept new students, namely the New Student Admission (PPDB), in implementing PPDB it is expected to eliminate schools labeled as favorite schools. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of PPDB at the Cirebon City Senior High School. This study used a qualitative method, the research subjects were Class X Students of Cirebon City Senior High School taken by professional sampling with a total of 176 students. While the data analysis technique used in this study is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the admission of new students (PPDB) at the Cirebon City Senior High School which is very effective or has fulfilled 8 dimensions including (1) Availability of information systems; (2) The information system is easy to understand; (3) Relevant information system; (4) Useful information systems; (5) Timely information system; (6) Reliable information systems; (7) Accurate information system; and (8) Information systems must be consistent

Feelings of inferiority in the individual can interfere with his development. Therefore, it is important to provide treatment through Guidance and Counseling services. In order for the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services to run effectively and efficiently, it is necessary described the inferiority condition of individual accurately. This study aims to describe feelings of inferiority student’s in Islamic Junior High School. The research methodology used is quantitative with a descriptive-analysis. The research instrument used Likert scale model. Research subjects amounted to 38 students. The results showed that the feelings inferiority of student was in a medium category with a persentage 50%.

Guidance and counseling services in school should be created as a realistic program to gain student's interests. The effort to improve student's self-development in senior high school can be done through the principal leadership approach. The purpose of studies to determine the role of principal leadership in guidance and counseling services with student's self-development. The participants were selected using purposive sampling from several seniors high school at Banten province, Indonesia. The author uses a descriptive analysis method of correlation with the quantitative approach. 40 items of principal leadership scale (α = 0.930) and 120 items of student's self-development (α = 0.978) were used to collect the data. The results show there are significant relationships (r2 = 0.495, p < 0.05) and impact (β = 0.736, p < 0.05) between principal leadership with student's self-development. The student's self-development is determined by principal leadership in guidance and counseling services.

Abstract: Implementation of guidance and counseling services should be based on the needs and problems of students, so the effectiveness of the service will be achieved to the fullest. But the reality is a lot of implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, do not notice it. So that the completion of the problems experienced by students sama.Berangkat always use the services of this, the research level of effectiveness of guidance and counseling that implementation has been using the application activity instrumentation and data sets as the basis for an implementation of the service. The method used is a qualitative research subjects that teachers BK and Students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro. Data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. Research results show that by utilizing activity instrumentation applications and data sets, the counseling services have a high level of effectiveness. In carrying out the service, BK teachers can identify problems and needs experienced by students, so that the efforts of the assistance provided to be more precise, and problem students can terentaskan optimally.Keyword: Guidance and Counseling, Instrumentation Applications, Data Association

This research aims to find out (1) the description of needs toward the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills and (2) utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills. This research applied the development research proposed by Borg & Gall. Small group testing was conducted to 12 students. Data collection technique used in this research was interview and social skill scale. This research employed descriptive statistic and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results point out that (1) students were indicated to have low social skills, so school counselors need social guidance and counseling services so that the video-based model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi was developed to improve students’ social skills (2) the validation test with 3 (three) experts shows that utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi based on video were suitable to improve students’ social skills. The observation result from the limited group explained that the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi could be accepted well by the students.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural melalui analisis studi literatur dan survei lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Studi literatur yang dilakukan meliputi dua hal yaitu analisis kurikulum dengan mengkaji Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan tahun 2016 mengenai kurikulum 2013 untuk mengetahui kebutuhan kurikulum pada mata pelajaran sejarah terkait model pembelajaran dan analisis teoretis dengan mengkaji beberapa literatur mengenai model pembelajaran dan karakteristik mata pelajaran sejarah yang digunakan dalam mendukung pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural. (2) Survei lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran sejarah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2, Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 9 Kota Pontianak. Pada intinya guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis multikultural, tetapi tidak didasari pada pemahaman pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultural. The research was done with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection technique used literature studies and interviews. The data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of research show: (1) the literature study was done includes two things, curriculum analysis reviewing The Minister of Education and Culture Regulation 2016 about the 2013 curriculum which is done to know the needs of curriculum in historical subjects related to the multicultural based learning model and teorethical analysis reviewing some literature about the model of learning and the characteristics of historical subjects use in support of development multicultural based learning. (2) The field surve y is done by interview history teachers on senior high school 2, senior high school 8 and senior high school 9 of Pontianak. ABSTRACTPoliteness among students begin to decline, phenomenon occured in schools many students who do not understand the behavior of courtesy in relationships in the school environment. Therefore, guidance and counseling services are expected to overcome this phenomenon. This research intend to find out and analyze the effect of sociodrama method on students manners. The type of research is experimental research with research subjects totaling 15 students. Data collection technique uses courtesy scale, observation, interview and documentation. In addition, data analysis technique uses paired samples test (T-test). The results of data analysis obtained from the average pretest score is 138,40 while the average posttest score is 143,67. Based on these data show that there is an average increase of -5,267. Correlation value obtained from paired samples test (T-test) is 0,915 with significant 0,000. T-count Value is -3,088 with sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,008. T-count (-3,008) ≥ t-table (2,145) and sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,008 ≤ 0,05. These data mean that Ha in this research is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there are different an average manners before and after treatment (sociodrama method). Thereby, sociodrama method influences the behavior of student’s manners MAN 3 Bantul.Keywords: Sociodrama Method, The Behavior of Courtesy
