This research aims to determine how the effect of family communication intensity atchildren’s knowledge level of pancana language. This research took place in Central Buton, Southeast Sulawesi. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research methods using multistage random sampling techniques in determining samples. This research uses data collection methods using a questionnaire. In this study, the data collected through the questionnaire was then analyzed by using the SPSS program assistance. The results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests to test the proposed hypothesis show that the value of Fcount>Ftable (40.9822> 2.402). From the results of the test it was concluded that the intensity of family communication simultaneously or jointly gave a positive and significant influence on the level of knowledge of children in pancana language.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala gaya hidup hedonisme dan konformitas. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji analisis uji kendall’s tau-b dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa dengan nilai hasil r = 0.315 dan p = 0.000 ( p< 0.05) yang menunjukan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa yang artinya semakin tinggi konformitasnya maka semakin tinggi pula hedonisme yang dilakukannya dan begitupun sebaliknya. This research aims to determine the correlation of conformity with the lifestyle of hedonism to students. This research uses a quantitative research methods. The subject of this research were 80 students who were selected using random sampling techniques. The data collection methods used are the lifestyle of hedonism and conformity. Data analysis techniques using analysis tests uji kendall’s tau-b with the help of Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that there was a strong enough positive correlation between the conformities and lifestyle of hedonism to the student with the result r = 0.315 and p = 0.000 (P< 0.05) which showed both variables had a significantly correlation means that the higher the conformity, the higher the hedonism it does and vice versa.

Fluid requirements increased in adolescents is caused by increased physical activity so that the body needs water to complied of body fluids. Adequacy of fluids is related to the level of knowledge and nutritional status of adolescents. Knowledge affects the act of consuming water. This study aims to related nutritional status, knowledge to the adequacy of water consumption. This research was conducted at Senior Hight School 12 Banda Aceh city. This research is descriptive analytic with crossectional design. The total sample was 64 people with stratified random sampling and data collection methods using questionnaires. Results: normal of nutritional status (92,2%), knowledge level of drinking water consumption is quite good (54,7%), inadequate water consumption (70,3%). There is no relationship between nutritional status (p= 0,318), knowledge (p= 0,149) with adequate water consumption. Conclusion: nutritional status and knowledge are not related to the adequacy of water consumption. adolescents need information about water consumption needs so that dehydration does not occur during daily activities.Peningkatan kebutuhan cairan pada remaja disebabkan karena meningkatnya aktifitas fisik sehingga tubuh memerlukan air  untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan tubuh. Kecukupan cairan berkaitan dengan tingkat pengetahuan dan status gizi remaja. Pengetahuan mempengaruhi tindakan mengkonsumsi air. Penelitian bertujuan untuk hubungan status gizi, pengetahuan dengan kecukupan konsumsi air. Penelitian ini  di lakukan di SMAN 12 kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain crossectional. Total sampel sebanyak 64 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling dan pengumpulan data di lakukan menggunakan kuasioner.Hasil :status gizi remaja normal (92.2%), tingkat pengetahuan konsumsi air minum cukup baik (54.7%), ketidakcukupan konsumsi air ( 70.3%). Tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi (p= 0,318), pengetahuan (p=0,149) dengan kecukupan konsumsi air. Kesimpulan: status gizi dan pengetahuan tidak berhubungan dengan kecukupan konsumsi air. Remaja membutuhkan informasi tentang kebutuhan konsumsi air agar tidak terjadi dehidrasi saat melakukan aktifitas.

<p>The purpose of this research is for to know and test whether there is influence of discipline and compensation of employees on work productivity PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.</p><p>The research method used, i.e. a quantitative approach and sampling Techniques using sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. While its data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests.</p>The results of data analysis in this study is there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity with significance value of discipline and the value of 0.05 &lt; 0,011 significance compensation amounting to 0.028 &lt; 0.05. This shows that the two variables are declared Ho denied. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity at PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of breeders with regard to the ability to keep beef cattle in Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The material in this study concerns beef cattle farms in Klampok sub-district, sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city using quantitative research methods in the form of case studies with 33 farmer respondents. Data collection methods are conducted through surveys, pre-questioned interviews and observation. The results obtained from this study are that the ability to raise beef cattle is appropriate in the category. Breeding experience has a significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle, as Klampok has had a business for raising beef cattle for a long time, while age and education level have no effect because age and education level in the study area are relative. uniform so that they have no effect, then the number of animal possession has no effect. because the breeders in the Klampok sub-district consider beef cattle only as an afterthought, so it has no significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle

This research examines and analyzes motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (division Customer Satisfaction) that have not been maximized, due to the achievement of the results of performance appraisal in the 2017L and 2018F periods there was a decrease in each assessment indicator which greatly impacted employee performance. The method used is quantitative research. With a population of 110 employees, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction), with sampling techniques using Slovin formula with a total of 86 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture together (Simultaneous) significantly influence the Performance of Employees of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction).

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. <p>Demographic Health Survey Indonesia in 2012, maternal mortality (AKI) is still high 359/100,000 live births, while the target of the MDGs by 2015, AKI can be reduced to 102 per 100,000 live births (SDKI, 2012). The direct cause of maternal mortality in Indonesia is bleeding (28%), eklamsi (24%), infection (11%), birth time (5%) and abort (5%) (Department of Health, 2010). The Purpose of this descriptive quantitative research is to identify the level of knowledge of childbearing mother on perineal suture infection in Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul. This study was conducted at the hospital panembahan senopati bantul on 14-29 June 2014 with 38 samples determined by accidental sampling techniques. Research instrument used in this study was questioner. The result was of 30 respondents unrisk age (78,94%);respondent with the parity more than one children was 23 or 60,52%; mostly respondents were graduated from high school at 23 (60,52%); they were mostly household at 32 people (84,21%); and respondents had good level of knowledge on perineal infection at 26 people (68,42%). Conclusion, postpartum mothers in Panembahan Senopati Hospital have good level of knowledge on perineal suture infection.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL).
