The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

The automotive industry is one of the mainstay sectors whose development continues to be prioritized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 45 respondents. Statistical tests use simple linear regression equations, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and significance tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, based on the results of data analysis shows that from the correlation of 0.619 it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between leadership style on the employee performance of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the leadership style contributes 38.3% to employee performance, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. Simple linear regression equation Y = 1.454 + 0.629X In the hypothesis test tcount 5.163> ttable 1.68 then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at the PPIC Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.

Learning achievement of early childhood indicates how much a child can fulfill his developmental assignment according to the child's age stage. Therefore, a child's learning achievement must be maximized so that this golden age does not pass unnoticed. Various factors influence a child's level of achievement, one of which is the self-concept. Field data indicate that some behaviors indicate a negative self-concept. On the other side, a child's learning level has not been evenly distributed. This study aims to know: 1) profile of self-concept of aged 5-6 years old children; 2) Profile of learning achievement of 5-6 years old children; and 3) the effect of self-concept on the learning achievement of 5-6 years old children in RA Perwanida Bendunganjati Pacet. This study used the correlational quantitative research method. The population in this study was 5-6 years old children at RA Perwanida Bendunganjati with 23 children sample specified by purposive sampling technique. The results showed an effect of self-concept on the learning achievement of 5-6 years old children in RA Perwanida Bendunganjati Pacet positively and significantly. This can be seen from the result of a simple linear regression equation that amounted to Y = 190,631 + 1.376X. The positive validity regression coefficient showed its positive direction of the variable effects X to Y, meaning the higher the value of the variable X, it will be higher the value of the Y variable. The percentage of the effects of self-concept on learning achievement is 36.2%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The sample in this research is all employee at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak which amounts to 45 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample of saturated (Sugiyono, 2010:96) "sampling saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample". While the variables studied in this research is the discipline of work and performance.Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity test, reliability test, normality, t test and R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained value R-square at 0,711 which means that the discipline of work has contributed a donation of 71,1% to performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Partially acquired discipline of work variable  positive and significant impact on the performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak with simple linear regression equation in this study :Y = 4,954 + 0,738X significantly 0,000 smaller than alpha of 0.05. The final conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables proven discipline of work to performance employees and can be accepted as true.

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The population in this study were all 156 ASN employees. Through the Proportional Random Sampling technique and the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 people was determined. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The influence of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable is 38.1%; while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Effect of Work Environment on Employee performance at PT. Abadi Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee performance. The variable used is the variable X as an independent variable that is the work environment and the variable Y as the dependent variable that is, employee performance. Work environment that is something that is around workers and can influence them in carrying out the tasks that are charged, Performance is the result or level of overall success of a person during a certain period while the place that is the object of this research is PT. Abadi motor Indonesia The research method used in this study is qualitative. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling technique with a total sampling of 30 respondents. The results of the study are: Linear regression + y = 15.21 + 0.65 X, product moment correlation test of r = 0.70, this means that this study has a strong influence. Determination coefficient of 49.5%, this means that the work environment contributes to employee performance by 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% is determined by other variables not included in this study, hypothesis test t count = 5.245, and t table 2.048, then t count> t table means that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations on the performance of PT Perkebunan Limbang's employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses Probability Sampling and sample determination is done by random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through partial tests (t test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression equation obtained Y = 2.687 + 0.375X1. The value of constant is 2.687 is the value of employee performance before it is influenced by relationships between humans. increased by 0.375. Relations between humans have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Limbang with the results of the t test which is the value of tcount> ttable (5.573> 1.656) and the value of t sig is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.19 0 or 19.0%. This shows the variable relations between humans affect the performance of employees at PT. Weighing Langsa Plantation is 19.0%, and the remaining 81.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation and compensation.

This study aims to find out the relationship between Intellectual Intelligence and Student Learning Citizenship Education Lessons. The research method of this research is a quantitative correlation approach. Samples were taken by Proposal Random Sampling technique, which was 72 samples. The instruments used in this study were Intelligence Tests and used Achievement Tests and observations as supporting data. While the data analysis used Simple Linear Regression with intellectual intelligence (x) as a predictor and learning achievement of Citizenship Education (Y). by komasiasi obtained the following correlation coefficient of 0.716  means (0,513 x 100%) = 51.3%. Learning Achievement Citizenship Education is influenced by intellectual intelligence while the remaining 48.7% is determined by other variables which are not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Intellectual Intelligence has a Significant Relationship with Student Achievement in Citizenship Education.

This study aimed to determine the contribution of emotional intelligence and social intelligence on the performance of employees in the Local Apparatus Organization of Tanah Datar Regency. This study was motivated by various problems which indicated the low quality of employee performance which was allegedly related to the low emotional intelligence and social intelligence of the employees. This was a quantitative research whose population was all civil servants in the organization totaling 1.596 people. The sample in this study consisted of 320 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and set through Multistage Random Sampling technique. Data in this study were collected trough questionnaires with Likert scale measurement and analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that there was a contribution of emotional intelligence to employee performance by 41,3%. There was also a contribution of social intelligence to employee performance amounted to 48,3%. At the same time, the contribution of emotional and social intelligence on the performance of employees in the Local Apparatus Organization of Tanah Datar Regency were 53,2%. So it could be concluded that emotional intelligence and social intelligence contributed significantly to employee performances.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the halal label on purchasing decisions for students of the Jagad 'Alimussirry Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 47 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the halal label variable had a significant effect on the purchasing decision for Wardah cosmetics with a significant value of 0.000. The contribution of the independent variable, namely the halal label, affects the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision by 39.3%. While the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
