The presented research highlights the innovative charge in the poster tasks as an essential part of the educational work in fine arts. With its essence of an artistic-aesthetic phenomenon with a strong public resonance, the poster focuses on the communicative functions of graphic design. It is in its field that students can express their attitude to all current problems of the present day. Modern technologies allow quick contact with the top achievements in poster art. The digital methods for polygraphic realization allow for the expeditious circulation of the students’ poster works and their introduction in the public environment. In the space of these pictorial tasks the art pedagogue creates preconditions for the teenagers to be more empathetic, more active and creative in their striving to join noble causes. This graphic genre would transform the negative impulses of society into a creative effort, which forms the self-confidence of students that from an object of multifaceted aggressive social influences they become a subject with an active position. The idea is that poster tasks are a reliable means of overcoming the inertia of layered methodological stereotypes.

The topic of the article considers the functioning of the renewable energy (RE) sector in Poland. This is really important in the context of the energy transition of the national economy because it influences the creation of modern technologies and increases the competitiveness and innovation of the country. Poland is in a process of energy transition where the RE sector has been developing for two decades. The authors aimed to research the RE sector improvement possibilities in Poland, including the influence of this sector on chosen social and economic aspects. Because of this research’s aim a critical situation assessment of RE in Poland was conducted and a survey of a group of experts in this field was also involved. Legal, physical and mental determinants and their influence on RE sector were looked into. In the legal determinant context a necessity to simplify relevant legislation acts in Poland was found. Undoubtedly there is a need to improve several legal acts, including the Distance Act. In physical determinants it was found that solar, wind and biomass energy have the biggest chances for development. In the case of mental determinants the authors paid attention to the need of educating the public about using and obtaining energy. It is also important to make people aware how the RE sector influences the low emission economy positively. This will improve the creation of new jobs and reduce the emissions of harmful substances to the environment.

On the contemporary, human beings are facing serious environmental problems. The Environmental system in which human beings are living and the construction of peoples livelihood is not two mutually fragmented systems. The problems of ecological environment have many important implications on the contemporary peoples livelihood, affecting a country's social stability and public political participation. For this effect, our government should actively response to it. With the guidance of scientific development view, we should strengthen the treatment of ecological environment, coordinate the conflicts of environmental interest fairly, unimpeded channels to promote active participation in the public environment, strengthening international environmental cooperation and exchanges so as to make the treatment of ecological environment and the construction of peoples livelihood to achieve the progress and development.

Usage of the internet is increasing in the daily life of humans due to the need for speedy task completion for their daily services. Most of the living time is spent in some indoor environment which provides WiFi which is the basic need of internet connectivity using Wireless Access Points (WAP). Nowadays, most of the devices are IoT-based ones, which connect with the outer world through the access points in the existing environment. The wearable IoT devices may be misplaced somewhere and we need a specific scenario which helps to identify the misplaced mobile devices based on access points where they are connected by their unique identity such as MAC address. Most of the time, unrestricted WiFi access provided in the public environment is used by the end-user. In that scenario, the tracking of misplaced mobile devices is creating an issue when the WiFi is in switch-off mode. This paper proposes a technique for tracking a mobile device by using a location-aware approach with KNN and intelligent rules by tracking the channel accessed by the user to find the misplaced path by examining the device connected WAP positions.

ResumoEste artigo apresenta uma análise do cenário emergido com a efetivação da Política de Educação Museal (PNEM), temática principal, e a participação das Redes de Educadores em Museus, vivenciadas pelos sujeitos da dinâmica educacional em instituições culturais desde a sua concepção. Relata a participação da Rede de Educadores em Museus do Rio Grande do Sul (REM-RS), na elaboração compartilhada do Programa de Educação Museal, no período de 2012 a 2017. Tem o objetivo de evidenciar tensões experimentadas pelo museu, a escola e por seus agentes nas atividades do setor educacional museológico. Sugere que as ações empreendidas para fomentar a incorporação da PNEM às instituições museológicas sejam efetivadas de forma articulada e com indispensável reconfiguração de acordo com os princípios e diretrizes da política pública voltada aos museus brasileiros, enquanto referencial para o setor. Destaca a Carta de Petrópolis, a Carta de Belém e a Carta de Porto Alegre documentos que demonstram a participação e as discussões, presenciais e em rede, geradas pelos profissionais efetivamente envolvidos nos processos de construção que resultaram na referida política.  Conclui com relatos de experiências e atividades na formação docente no espaço museológico como forma de adequar o trabalho educacional em museus ao PNEM.Palavras-chave: Educação Museal. Formação docente. NATIONAL POLICY OF MUSEAL EDUCATION - PNEM:Museums, Education and Networks  Abstract               This article presents an analysis of the emerged scenario with the implementation of the Museum Education Policy (PNEM), the main theme, and the participation of the Educator Networks in Museums, experienced by the subjects of the educational dynamics in cultural institutions from their conception. It reports on the participation of the Network of Educators in Museums of Rio Grande do Sul (REM-RS), in the shared elaboration of the Museum Education Program, from 2012 to 2017. Its objective is to tensions experienced by the museum, the school and its agents in the activities of the museum educational sector. It suggests that the actions undertaken to promote the incorporation of PNEM to museological institutions should be carried out in an articulated manner and with an indispensable reconfiguration in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the public policy focused on Brazilian museums, as a reference for the sector. The Petrópolis Charter, the Belém Charter and the Porto Alegre Charter emphasize the documents that demonstrate the participation and the discussions, both in person and in a network, generated by the professionals effectively involved in the construction processes that resulted in this policy. Concludes with reports of experiences and activities in teacher training in the museum space as a way to adapt the educational work in museums to the PNEM. Key words: Museum Education. Networks. This article argues that in the context of Malikussaleh University, the position of women is still often confronted with the position of men. The position of women is always associated with the domestic environment related to matters of family and household. While the position of men is often associated with the public environment related to matters outside the home. In a social structure, the position of such women is difficult to balance the position of men. Women who want to take part in the public sphere, it is still difficult to escape from their responsibilities in the domestic sphere. Women in this case are powerless to avoid the double burden because their duties as caretakers are a general cultural perception. Cultural control seems to be more stringent to women than men

The article is devoted to the history study of the formation and functioning of district societies «Prosvita»in Volyn between the two world wars. The formation of the public-educational organization in Volyn was in 1918 and functioned up to the end of the 30s of the twentieth century in the region, until it was banned by the Polish authorities. The article analyzes the main directions of the educational work of the society, national cultural work on the background of development and changes in socio-political relations. The role of the Ukrainian intellectuals in the preservation and development of culture and education in Volyn voivodeship between the two world wars was revealed. The author highlighted the achievements and untapped opportunities of the district Prosvita in Volyn, the difficulties and problems, which the society faced and followed the relationship between Prosvita and the Polish state administration in Volyn voivodeship. Adolf Hitler and the Nazis were not only the most systematic mass murderers in history, they were also history’s greatest thieves. Beginning with the duress sales of Jewish property starting in 1933 and escalating to expropriation as part of emigration in Austria to outright seizure in conquered nations during World War II, the Nazis carried out a plundering program that extended to millions of cultural objects. The Allied response began during the war: after concerned academics (such as the Harvard Defense Group) alerted military and civilian leaders to the dangers to Europe’s cultural patrimony, the United States created the Roberts Commission to study the issue, which in turn led to the creation of Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives section, where officers accompanied the invading armies and tried to mitigate the damage from combat, as well as track the looted works. The Monuments officers undertook a massive, international restitution effort, but could not complete the task: there is still much “unfinished business” from this era. The literature on Nazi plundering and Allied restitution is rich and varied: from the vivid accounts of the Monuments officers to the technical and occasionally arcane scholarly interventions (e.g., how to interpret labels on the backs of paintings). The opening of archives and the continued discovery of Nazi-looted works in museums and private collections has served as an impetus for continued research, and an international effort promises to yield further discoveries. This article is divided into twenty-two sections, with the entries in chronological order. It bears mentioning that there are four sections where the historiography is particularly rich: (1) plunder and restitution in France, (2) the literature on “degenerate art,” (3) Nazi-looted art and the law, and (4) anthologies. The first is likely due to the cultural riches of France, as well as the accessibility of archives. The scholarship on “degenerate art” took off in the late 1980s, with the observance of the fifty-year anniversary of the Aktion in 1987, and the public revelation of the Gurlitt cache in 2013 contributed to this impetus (Hildebrand Gurlitt had been one of the four official dealers of the purged art). Due to the emergence of myriad restitution cases starting in the early 2000s, the legal aspects of looting and recovery have attracted intense scholarly interest. And the international nature of the research, which has involved scholars from both North America and Europe, has led to many conferences, which in turn yielded a rich array of anthologies.

Abstract This paper explores the power of images vis-à-vis the practice and theory of international law, with a focus on rules of customary international law, i. e. the unwritten general rules of international law, that apply to all states (as well as to non-state actors falling within their scope of application), irrespective of specific acceptance. As Sherwin writes: “We are awash in images.” States, international organizations (IOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), insurgents, terrorists and other groups of individuals of all sort, are in the news and our movies, on our TV screens, newspapers, internet and social media. Modern technologies, visual digital technologies, in particular, have a profound impact on the means and speed of communications across the globe and immensely facilitate the task of seeking information of all sort. In international law, images are a means for spreading knowledge about the practice of states and other actors. As with law in general, images are also found to be a valuable resource in explicating the rules of international law. They aid and clarify the analysis of international law and the determination of the existence and content of rules of customary international law. In contemporary international settings, however, modern technologies of visual representation are also a means for influencing the development of international law, i. e. the existence and content of international norms. Moreover, looking at implementation, at no time in history has there been more information available to governments and the public about violations of international norms (particularly, but not exclusively human rights violations): more and more these violations are documented through images. Yet, international law doctrines have failed so far to comprehensively assess the power of images, beyond that of a toolkit for thick cultural description – the power of narrative – and analysis. The present essay offers a contribution in this direction.
