Introduction. Despite the constant modernization of the athletes’ training system, as well as the existing legislative framework aimed at innovative transformations in the field of physical education and sports, currently, there is no information on the use of interactive tools in the theoretical training of athletes in cyclic sports, and it does not meet modern requirements for training athletes. The study aimed to compare the effectiveness of training with the use of traditional and author’s interactive tools of theoretical training of beginner athletes in cyclic sports. Material and methods. In this work, the following research methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The study included 36 people involved in kayaking and canoeing at the stage of initial training. The sports experience of the subjects was 1-2 years, qualification at the level of III sports categories. Classes on the developed programs were conducted in the preparatory period of the macrocycle. Results. Training, in which only the theoretical training tools recommended by the curriculum were used, proved to be ineffective in most sections of knowledge at the stage of initial training of athletes. Training sessions with the use of interactive tools proved to be more effective than classes that used only the theoretical training tools recommended by the curriculum. Conclusions. Classes with the use of interactive theoretical training tools contributed more to the increase of the general level of theoretical training of young rowers at the stage of initial training - up to 57,4 % (p < 0.05) than classes using only theoretical training tools recommended by the curriculum. - up to 40,8 % (p < 0.05). Prospects for further research in this direction include the development and experimental testing of the author’s interactive tools for theoretical training, which will increase the level of theoretical training of athletes at different stages of training in cyclical sports.

This paper describes language teachers’ training in Austria where, following a 2013 law, in 2016-17 a new initial training system was implemented nationwide. The paper then focuses on the training of Italian teachers in Carinthia, where the new training system was first tested. In this region, cornered between Latin, German and Slav Europe, Italian is, notably, the second most studied foreign language after English. Finally, Austria’s old and new initial teacher trainings are compared, and particular attention is paid to the structure of the apprenticeship programs and to the way the guidelines set out in the EPOSTL and the EPLTE, the two EU documents on teacher training, are implemented.

The difficult position of Bosniaks Sandžak at the beginning of the 20th century has caused the uprising of individuals from the authorities and their association with comites (rebels). According to historical sources, the most famous Sandzak rebel was Jusuf Mehonjić, a native of Šahović (village Grančarevo), which Zaimović, in one of his work, called the Bosniak's Wilhelm Tell. He is mentioned in numerous epic poems called the so-called rebel opus that we find in the collections of oral literature of Bosniaks Sandžak, and from them the knowledge of his intellectual and physical potential, as well as the character of the protector of the disadvantaged and endangered Bosniaks. However, when it comes to ethnomusicological collections, we find that there is not a single song about this historical personality in them. The aim of this work is to preserve the musical tradition of Sandzak Bosniaks by finding and ethnomusicologic recording of lyrical poems about Jusuf Mehonjic, as well as pointing to the possibility of their nurturing through the education system in teaching in the Bosnian language in Serbia. The work and the work of Jusuf Mehonjić were examined in the paper by theoretical analysis of historical and literary sources. At the same time, the Finnish method recorded the only lyrical song about him, which we found by exploring the live musical tradition of the Sandzak Bosniaks. This is the song of Moj sokole pogledaj niz polje. This work should contribute to preserving the musical tradition of the Sandzak Bosniaks and getting to know Jusuf Mehonjic - a significant figure in the history of Sandzak.

The article is devoted to the substructures of the personal component of individual experience research. In the framework of theoretical analysis, the structural organization of individual experience is reviewed. The author's position consists in sticking to the O.M. Laktionov three-component model of the experience. During the theoretical analysis contemporary studies devoted to the study of individual experience are reviewed. Several substructures of the personal component of individual experience, that require attentive study, are defined. The self-concept notion is analyzed. For the first time, an analysis of the features of relationship between the feeling of self-concept well-being and the personal experience substructures are presented. The analysis, described in this article, is a continuation of the research, which devoted to the study of self-concept in the framework of the structure of the students` personal component of individual experience, during which on the basis of analysis the substructures of personal experience formation features the self-concept profiles were received. Four self-concept profiles were taken into consideration out of the results of the study: the "Conflict profile": persons for whom the simultaneous inclusion of the prosperous and problematic types of self-perception is inherent; "Prosperous profile": persons for whom the prosperous self-concept perception, that combines with low level of problem self-concept perception, is inherent; "Tendency to well-being": persons who are characterized by the tendency to decrease the negative evaluation of their self-concept, having the average indicators of their self-concept well-being; "Tendency to conflict": individuals, who are characterized by average indicators of their self-concept perception in a problematic context in a tendency to decrease the assessment of their self-concept well-being. Directly in the course of the work, described in the article, a comparative analysis of students with different profiles was performed, that was based on the degree of representation of individual experience personal component substructures. The comparison was made using the rank criterion of Kruskal-Wallis. During the comparison, the following results were obtained: for the students with different self-concept profiles was not revealed any differences in the indicators of self-esteem, neuroticism, extraversion, cooperation, conscientiousness, planning self-regulation, self-regulation flexibility, goal purpose in life orientation, and such values as conformance, traditions, kindness, universality and security. Openness to experience, modeling, results estimation, independence, general level of self-regulation, process and result orientation, locus of control myself, general life meaningfulness and independence as a value were the most expressive for students with a prosperous self-concept profile, and the least expressive – for students with a conflict profile and profile with a tendency to conflict. Programming, as well as the stimulation, achievement and power values were the most expressive for the students with a tendency to a prosperous self-perception. The locus of life control and hedonism as the value was found the most expressive among the students with a tendency to a conflict in their own self-perception; the least expressive it was for students with a prosperous profile.

AbstractTo foster the adoption of sustainable intensification practices amongst Ghana's farmers, they are widely promoted through training sessions provided by development organizations, companies, and the public extension service. We investigate whether these training sessions are effective and find that they are effective only for the diffusion of organic fertilizers but not for mulching. We suggest that this comes from the complexity of the innovations. Mulching is one of the simplest sustainable intensification technologies. It diffuses easily through peer learning and, after an initial training delivered to a critical mass of farmers, does not require training anymore. The use of organic fertilizers, in contrast, requires more specific knowledge and adaptation, which limits the effectiveness of peer learning and increases the effectiveness of training. This suggests that to achieve a widespread diffusion of sustainable intensification amongst Ghana's farmers, training sessions should focus on those practices that are complex and thus difficult to learn from peers.

The article presents the results of a survey of qualified athletes and trainers for the priority of the use of various means of theoretical training in the process of multi-year sport improvement in cyclic sports. The survey was attended by 146 qualified athletes and 82 trainers from sports such as rowing, swimming, track and field (running and walking), and ski races. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, studying of documentary materials, analysis of personal data, methods of mathematical statistics. It has been established that the need to apply such theoretical training materials as collections of scientific articles, study aids, monographs, electronic and audio books, lectures, pedagogical testing, Internet search services increases with each subsequent stage of preparation of athletes. In contrast, the significance of the use of posters, drawings, brochures, animations, documentaries and feature films, games and practical events is reduced with increasing athletic athleticism. At the same time, the most effective means of theoretical training, the majority of respondents note the use of search services Internet and the latest technical means of training at all stages of training.

ABSTRACT Exercises are evaluated as a test of the utility of a response plan, as a measure of the effectiveness of training, or as an indicator of the general level of preparedness at a facility. Without evaluation, the value of an exercise is weakened and, in some cases, lost. An evaluation document leads the evaluator to look at all of the components of an exercise, provides a competency standard for both government and industry, and provides a mechanism for feedback to players and planholders. The document can help the designers of an exercise to address a wide variety of issues or, alternatively, aim narrowly at specific issues.
