This study aims to determine the effect of confidence (trust) and Quality Information and Decision on Interest Buy Pebelian (Studies in Samarinda Shopee customers). Online shopping How to use the Internet through computers and mobile devices is increasingly popular smartphone can even be said to have become the trend of today. The population in this study is the customer who Shopee samarinda use application Shopee in transacting online, The samples in this study as many as 150 respondents. Methods Data collection is done by providing a list of questions or questionnaires to respondents that the study sample, where questionnaires were distributed through WhatApp application. This study uses data analysis tools is to test the validity and reliability test, then this research analysis method of partial least square (PLS). The tools used in processing the data using PLS Smart program Research results show that 1) Belief positive and significant impact on the buying interest of customers Shopee Samarinda, 2) trust has a positive effect but not significant to purchasing decisions of customers Shopee Samarinda, 3) Quality of information about positive and significant effect on the buying interest of customers Shopee Samarinda, 4) Quality of information about positive and significant effect to the purchasing decision of customers Shopee Samarinda, 5) buying interest and significant positive effect on customer purchasing decisions Shopee Samarinda,

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan bisnis online yang terus maju pesat di era modern saat ini ditandai dengan banyak munculnya pesaing-pesaing baru di dunia bisnis oline (Marketplace). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya tingkat persepsi promosi, kualitas informasi, dan keragaman produk melalui kepercayaan  terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaf untuk populasi dan sample adalah pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia di kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah sampel 106 responden dan untuk analisisnya menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan dapat memediasi persepsi promosi dan kualitas informasi dengan hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. This research is motivated by the rapid growth of online businesses in the modern era today is characterized by many new competitors in the business world oline (Marketplace). The purpose of this study is to find out how influential the level of perception of promotion, quality of information, and diversity of products through trust in purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is quantifiable for the population and the sample is a tokopedia application user in Bekasi district with a sample number of 106 respondents and for its analysis using the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that trust variables can mediate the perception of promotion and quality of information with positive and significant results on purchasing decisions.

In the world of tourism, building a quality information is one thing to note because it involves decision-making for the visitors or tourists. The quality of this information will be processed with a quality information system and then create results / output that is useful for people who need information to travel them. Today's eco-tourism has become a more dominant choice for tourists who want to visit Indonesia especially to eastern Indonesia one of them is West Mangggarai Regency. Information about the ecotourism area of Mbeliling Forest, West Manggarai regency has become the attention of the visitors because inside the mbeliling forest there are some very promising tourism potentials, it could be for the years to come, this area will often be visited by many tourists. The purpose of the study to determine whether there is a significant influence the quality of information (independent variable) to the loyalty of tourists (dependent variable). Using quantitative method, the questionnaire will be done some analysis such as data quality test (validity and reliability), simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that as much as 15.3% variable quality of information affect the loyalty of tourists among some other things that affect (84.7%). It is also explained that there is a positive effect of information quality on tourist loyalty of 0,322

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the application of SAP in local government financial reporting and how the effect of its application to the quality of financial reports on the local government of Berau Regency. This research uses data analysis method with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The Effect of SAP Implementation on Relevant Variables in LKPD Berau District has a significant positive effect. The Effect of SAP Implementation on Reliable Variables in LKPD Berau District has a significant positive effect. It can be seen from the t-statistic value which is greater than 2.131 which is 5.532. Thus, the H3 hypothesis in this study was accepted. The effect of SAP Application on Understandable variables in the Berau District LKPD has a significant positive effect on the construction can be compared to the Berau District LKPD. This can be seen from the t-statistic value which is smaller than 2.131 which is 1.689. Thus, the H4 hypothesis in this study was rejected.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana penerapan SAP dalam pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dan bagaimana efek penerapannya terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Berau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Pengaruh Implementasi SAP terhadap Variabel yang Relevan di LKPD Kabupaten Berau memiliki efek positif yang signifikan. Pengaruh Implementasi SAP terhadap Variabel Yang Dapat Diandalkan di LKPD Kabupaten Berau memiliki efek positif yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t-statistik yang lebih besar dari 2,131 yaitu 5,532. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H3 dalam penelitian ini diterima. Pengaruh Aplikasi SAP terhadap variabel yang Dapat Dipahami di Kabupaten Berau, LKPD memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap konstruksi yang dapat dibandingkan dengan LKPD Kabupaten Berau. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t-statistik yang lebih kecil dari 2,131 yaitu 1,689. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H4 dalam penelitian ini ditolak.

This study aims to investigate the effect of loyalty and fanaticism on supporters’ loyalty in purchasing original merchandise. Fanaticism was proposed to mediate the effect of loyalty on purchase. About 100 samples from supporters of Persela Lamongan football club were used to test the proposed model. Data were collected by questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. We apply Partial Least Square (PLS) method to test the hypothesis. Based on the research results, it could be concluded that fanaticism did not affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, it had been proven that supporter loyalty had a positive effect on fanaticism, supporter loyalty had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It means that fanaticism was not able to strengthen the influence of supporter loyalty on purchasing decisions.

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. This study aims to test and analyze the quality of the system against perceived usefulness, the quality of information against perceived usefulness, the quality of the system to user satisfaction, Information Quality to user satisfaction and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction. The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in welfare of beef cattle production sharing systems. Data collection time is from January to February 2020. The research was conducted in Kulo Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District, Survey Research Methodology. A sample of 64 farmers was taken (total sampling). Data analysis method is testing statistical models using SEM SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 2.0. The results of the study explained that the Improvement of Beef Cattle Farmers' Welfare Sharing in the District of Kulo could be done with strategies to improve the aspects of individual farmers, improve stakeholder relations, and improve the quality of farmers.

To trigger consumer transactions in order to buy a certain product and encourage aggressive purchasing decisions. One trick is that promotion is able to stimulate demand for a product. With the promotion, it is expected that consumers will want to try these products and encourage existing consumers to buy products more often so that re-purchases will occur and the sales volume of a company's products will increase. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the sales goals of a company. In order for consumers to be willing to subscribe, they must first be able to try or research the goods produced by the company, so that buyers can be sure of these goods. Targeted promotion is expected to have a positive effect on increasing sales. Promotion is an important aspect of marketing management and is often said to be a continuous process. With promotion, people who are not interested in buying a product will be interested and try the product so that consumers make a purchase. The type of promotional mix is ​​the combination of the best strategies from the variables of advertising, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the goals of the sales program. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on glove purchasing decisions. Respondents of this study used 150 research samples at various hospitals, namely doctors and health workers, the tools used in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. <p>Indonesia is experiencing serious problems in the era of globalization. Since the era of free<br />trade, many imported products have flooded the national marketplace. Lack of domestic products‟<br />competition on its own country make business actors in Indonesia must understand about purchasing<br />decision of millennial generations that will become the next generations of the nation. Their purchasing<br />decision depends on the product quality perception and they want products that suit with their style.<br />Millennial generations outreach through social media marketing is believed to be necessary to influence<br />their purchasing decisions. The research objectives are to know the effect of the perception of modern<br />Batik product quality and product innovation on purchasing decisions with social media marketing as a<br />moderator variable. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with sample of 100<br />respondents. The research results show that the millennial generations‟ purchasing decisions are affected<br />by their perception of product quality and innovation. The perception of product quality and purchasing<br />decisions are weakened by social media marketing. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of rational motives and emotional motives on purchasing decisions with community advice as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on </em><em>biker as community adviser</em><em> in Jakarta. The number of samples is 75 data, obtained from the questionaire filled by the respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) test equipment. The results of statistical tests </em>revealed that the<em> rational motives and emotional motives </em>have<em> positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas community advice has no positive effect on purchasing decisions, </em>it is<em> not able to moderate the relationship among variables. Producer and distributors are important to maintain the quality and reliability of products that rationally influence consumers to buy. In addition, efforts to maintain the credibility of the brand are also important to emphasize the consumer’s pride. </em></p><p><em> </em></p>
