Accounting students have a fairly strong relationship with the problem to be studied, so researchers use accounting students as research subjects. The ethical attitude of accounting students is considered important because accounting students as prospective accountants, auditors, or managers cannot be separated from accounting practices in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence (EQ) on the academic achievement of students majoring in accounting at AAS Surakarta. To determine the effect of intellectual intelligence (IQ) on student achievement in accounting majors at AAS Surakarta. To find out there is an influence of emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual intelligence (IQ) together on the academic achievement of students majoring in accounting at AAS Surakarta. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Research location at STIE AAS Surakarta. The population used by accounting students is STIE AAS. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study contained a positive effect on emotional intelligence on student achievement in accounting at STIE AAS in Surakarta. There is a positive influence of intellectual intelligence on academic achievement of students majoring in accounting at STIE AAS in Surakarta. There is an influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence together on the academic achievement of students majoring in accounting at STIE AAS Surakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets on student achievement in Islamic subjects. This study uses quantitative research methods using correlation techniques. The population as well as the sample in this study were all students of SMP Laut Dendang, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaires, and observations. Correlation calculation is done by testing the hypothesis with the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the use of student worksheets and student achievement in Islamic subjects, this is indicated by the results of calculations where r­­count= 0.719 while rtable= 0.302. This calculation also means that the teaching and learning process of teachers and students can make the most of the Student Worksheets so that student learning achievement will increase significantly.

This study aims to examine the effect of lectures while working, learning behavior and emotional intelligence on the level of understanding of regular afternoon accounting students of accounting study programs at Triatma Mulya University. The dependent variable in this research is accounting understanding (Y). While the independent variables in this study are lectures while working (X1), learning behavior (X2) and emotional intelligence (X3). The population in this study were all regular evening students of the 2016-2019 accounting study program who are still active at Triatma Mulya University. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 96 students. The research method used is quantitative research and for data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study stated that lecture while working had a positive effect on accounting understanding, seen from the X1 significance value of 0,000. The positive influence between lectures while working with the level of understanding of accounting identifies that students who are active in carrying out two activities at once, namely lecturing and working together and supporting each other. Furthermore, learning behavior has a positive effect on accounting understanding, seen from the X2 significance value of 0,000. This indicates that the better the student's learning behavior, the better the level of understanding of the student's accounting. While emotional intelligence also has a positive effect on accounting understanding, it can be seen from the X3 significance value of 0.002. This emotional intelligence shows that someone who is able to control his emotional intelligence well, then understanding accounting will also increase.

Objective - This paper investigates the influence of emotional intelligence on job performance among accounting students undertaking Student Internships. Methodology/Technique - This study adopts a quantitative research approach, using questionnaires to collect data. The study examines accounting students at Sebelas Maret University. The sample consists of 201 participants who were selected using a purposive method, from the final year students studying Accounting (Undergraduate and Diploma Programs) at Sebelas Maret University. Regression analysis is used to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance in accounting students. Findings – The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive influence on job performance among students undertaking internships. Further analysis suggests that the ability to motivate oneself and build meaningful relationships are the most important variables in explaining the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance of students undertaking internships. Novelty - This research contributes to emotional intelligence literature by providing meaningful management implications to the university administrators in the Indonesian higher education system. However, EQ good can determine thesuccess of individuals in learning achievement in building a successful career, and can reducethe aggressiveness, especially among teenagers purpose of this study was to determinewhether there is a relationship of emotional intelligence toward student learning achievementProdi DIII Midwifery Curup Semester II and IV. This research was conducted in the ProdiDIII Midwifery Curup from July to August 2016, with the number of respondents, thisresearch is descriptive analytic, data collection using a scale based on the theory of emotionalintelligence Daniel Goleman; to measure student achievement used methods of examinationof documents by the second half saw the value of IP, IV and population II and IV semesterstudent, taken by total population, the data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Theresults of the analysis of experimental data showed correlation coefficient of 0.635 with p0.005 (<0.05), the Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship betweenemotional intelligence and academic achievement of students Prodi DIII Midwifery Curup IIand IV semester of 2016. To develop and optimize the emotional intelligence plays a role instudent success both in school and in the surrounding environment, it is recommended to thecampus, especially the lecturer-dosenagar incorporate elements emosioal intelligence inpresenting the material as well as the emotions involved in the learning process

The research this time aims to examine the effect of Entrepreneurship Marketing on the Marketing Performance of a food and beverage SME through the Speed of Innovation variable and also through the variable Excellence of the position of an SME. The research carried out 150 samples of food and beverage SMEs in Semarang , Central Java from a population of 1488 food and beverage SMEs. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. This study found that entrepreneurial marketing has a positive influence on the innovation speed and also has a positive influence on position advantage. And the superiority of the position advantage has a positive influence on marketing performance. So that it can be concluded that entrepreneurship marketing can affect marketing performance through variable speed of innovation and also position superiority

Learning media is a communication tool both print and audiovisual that is used to convey the material that will be delivered by educators to students in the learning process. The use of media as learning should receive special attention from educators in each learning process. If the media as a learning tool used is very interesting, it does not rule out the possibility that students will better understand the concepts that will be delivered in the learning process to the fullest. Media that can be used in learning physics one of which is Crocodile Physics. This research was conducted to determine the positive effect of using Crocodile Physics media in learning on understanding physics concepts. The study was conducted at Indraprasta PGRI University in 2018. The population is the first semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year. The researcher used quantitative research methods. The experimental design used is classical experimental design. The data analysis technique used is the Independent sample t-test using the SPSS 16 program. The research hypothesis to be tested is that there is a positive influence on the use of Crocodile Physics media in learning to understand physics concepts. The results of the calculation of the study have a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05 which states that there is a positive influence on the use of Crocodile Physics media in learning towards understanding physics concepts. Therefore the results of the study state that there is a positive influence on the use of Crocodile Physics media in learning towards understanding physics concepts.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. National development of a nation includes economic development and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSME performance needs to be examined because the contribution of the MSME sector to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has increased from 57.84% to 60.34% in the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence of the owner on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Research subjects are the performance of UMKM in Denpasar City. The sample determination technique used in this study is Probably sampling used using a simple random technique. There are 100 MSMEs as samples with a questionnaire statement totaling 71 statements. Based on the results of the analysis of research obtained intellectual intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs, Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs, and Spiritual Intelligence has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to test the love of money as an intervening variable for the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This study also tested partially and simultaneously the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This research is in the field of associative quantitative research and testing five hypotheses. The sample of this research is 141 accounting students. The analysis is done by multiple regression analysis. The results suggest that love of money could not be an intervening variable for the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. There are both partial and simultaneous influence for intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical perceptions of accounting students   Keywords: love of money,  intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, ethical perceptions

This study aims to look at the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis and Free Essays of Class IV MIN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all grade 4 students because the papulation class did not reach 100 students, so the researchers chose all students to be sampled in this study. Therefore, the population in this study is also a research sample to collect quantitative data. The result of simple correlation analysis obtained the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis with Free Essay Writing Skills is 0.295. This shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between Critical Discourse Analysis with Essay Writing Skills. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the Critical Discourse Analysis, the more the students write essay writing skills.
