Abstrak In facing a free market with a lot of competition and also a dynamic business development, the company must conduct marketing activities that are right on target and change orientation by serving consumers, continuing to issue products and handling competitors. Of course in running this business there is intense competition so that what is done by companies in marketing activities must further improve the product and be directed more precisely to the target by prioritizing service to consumers, because most consumers prefer to prioritize in service and expect an attractive product. So that the business of gold jewelery has very high potential, because it is for investment or savings in people's lives. This study aims to determine the effect of location, product design, and product prices on purchasing decisions at the Kausar Solo Gold Shop. This research used quantitative descriptive method. This study uses samples of 100 respondents and an infinite population. The results of this study indicate that location variables negatively affect consumer purchasing decisions, while product design variables and product prices have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of marketing information system at CV Binangkit in Tasikmalaya Regency and to find out the use of the website as a marketing medium to increase the purchase of netting crafts at CV. Binangkit in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used was quantitative descriptive survey approach. The sample of this study were 75 respondents. Statistical analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that the Marketing Information System had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. A good marketing information system can influence the purchasing decision. It is expected that Website-based marketing information system can be developed to improve public purchasing decisions. CV Binangkit is also suggested to provide more information about their products by regularly updating their products and making more promos on their website so that consumers will be more interested in buying their products.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Design and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Yamaha NMax Motorbikes at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Primary data sources were obtained from distributing questionnaires.The results showed the Product Design, Price and Purchasing Decisions of the Yamaha NMax in the Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya as a whole were in the good category. Product design and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This research employ quantitative descriptive method aimed at testing the effects of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, and Ijarah Financings simultaneously and partially on the profitability of Sharia Banks in 2013-2016. This research uses secondary data taken from financial reports of Sharia Banks (Bank Umum Syariah/BUS) registered at the Bank of Indonesia. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Four Sharia Banks were used as samples in this study which provide financial reports per three months. They are chosen using purposive sampling method. From the research result, it can be inferred that mudharabah financing does not have significant effect, musyarakah financing has significant negative effect, while murabahah and ijarah financings have significant positive effect by partially on profitability. Whereas simultaneously have positive significant to profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, dan ijarah terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia Periode 2013-2016. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 Bank Umum Syariah, yang menyediakan laporan keuangan per triwulan. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh, pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh negatif signifikan, pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif signifikan, pembiayaan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas ROE. Sedangkan secara simultan pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah dan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

This study aims to find the kindship relation between Akit language and Duanu language in Riau Province. Data was in the form of Swadesh vocabulary list of eight regional languages Akit observations areas of Akit Language and Duanu language users in Riau Province that was collected using documentation technique and analyzed by applying quantitative descriptive method that followed the steps of transcribing, classifying, comparing, and formulating the research results. Analyzing data was carried out by using lexicostatistics technique. The results that obtained from the research are Akit language and Duanu language are in one family group of language (36-81%). The proximity of APN language and language DSL has a very high closeness (53,5%) Akit Language in Kepulauan Meranti is the same language as Akit language in Hutan Panjang, Bengkalis. Language that is the closest to the farthest with the two languages consecutively as the following APN and DPP language (52,75%), APN and DTP language (51,75%), APN and DSL had the same percentage as APN and DBL (51,5%), ASS and DPP language (51,25%), ASN and DSL language (50,75%),ASS and DSL language (46,5%), AHP and DPP language (44%), ASS and DBL language and ASN and DBL language (42,5%), AHP and DSL language (42%), AHP and DTP (39,5%), AHP and DBL (37%).AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan hubungan kekerabatan antara bahasa Akit dan Duanu di Provinsi Riau. Data berupa daftar Swades dari delapan daerah pengamatan bahasa Akit dan Duanu di Provinsi Riau dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif mengikuti langkah-langkah mentranskripsikan, mengklasifikasikan, membandingkan, dan merumuskan hasil penelitian. Penganalisisan dilakukan dengan teknik leksikostatistik.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahasa Akit dan Duanu, dapat ketahui bahwa kedua bahasa tersebut berada dalam satu keluarga (36─81%). Kedekatan bahasa APN dan bahasa DSL memiliki kedekatan yang sangat tinggi (53,5%). Bahasa Akit Sonde di Kepulauan Meranti merupakan bahasa yang sama dengan Akit Hutan Panjang di Bengkalis. Bahasa yang terdekat sampai dengan terjauh dengan dua bahasa tersebut berturut-turut yaitu bahasa ASS dan DTP (52,75%), bahasa APN dan DTP (51,75%), bahasa APN dan DPP dan APN dan DBL (51,5%), bahasa ASS dan DPP (51,25%), ASN dan DSL (50,75%), ASS dan DSL (46,5%), AHP dan DPP (44%), ASS dan DBL dan ASN dan DBL (42,5%), AHP dan DSL (42%), ASN dan DTP (40%), AHP dan DTP (39,5%), AHP dan DBL (37%).

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of the implementation of Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018 of taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This research method using quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 37 respondents taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ruteng Pratama Tax Office, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google. The results showed that the implementation of PP 23 2018 has a positive effect on tax compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

This research has the objective of knowing and testing mudharabah and musyarakah financing whether or not there is an effect on net income at PT Bank BRI Syariah in 2018-2020. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data derived from financial reports in the form of mudharabah financing data, musyarakah financing and net profit after tax from 2018 to 2020. This research uses an analytical tool, namely multiple linear regression. The SPSS 23.0 application was used to test the data in this study. Mudharabah and musyarakah financing based on the results of data analysis show that the net income together has a significant effect. This data analysis test shows that mudharabah financing on net income does not have a significant effect, meaning that if there is an increase or decrease in mudharabah financing, it will not affect the bank's net profit. Otherwise, musyarakah financing has a significant and positive effect on net income, meaning that the greater the income earned through musyarakah financing, the higher the Bank's net profit.

                                                                                                       Abstrak       Saat ini dunia sedang berada pada masa pandemic COVID 19 termasuk Indonesia Perilaku pencegahan dan penularan, dipengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan dan mahasiswa. diharapkan mempunyai sikap yang baik agar pencegahan dan penyebaran dapat di antisipasi dan di minimalisiskan dari para pelajar kepada sesama pelajar , guru dan dosen tidak dapat terjadi.banyak yang belum mengetahui cara mencegah penularan sehingga muncul perilaku negative atau pola berpikir yang negative  tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap Mahasiswa tentang pencegahan Covid-19 Di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif . Pengambilan sampel  sebanyak 96 mahasiswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui aplikasi google form. Cara pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan spss versi v27 latest version 2020 . Hasil penelitian pada kuesioner pengetahuan paling tinggi di kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak  (83%) sedangkan sikap biasa saja berada di kategori (16%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah  Tingkat Pengetahuan Mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi tentang pencegahan dan penularan Covid-19 di asrama putra dari 96 responden berada pada kategori tinggi. Karena para mahasiswa mengerti bagaimana cara untuk mencegah penularan covid-19 Kondisi ini menjadi potensi dan kekuatan yang baik bagi pemerintah dalam program penanganan Covid-19 ini.Namun demikian,upaya pencegahan dan pemantauan terhadap pemutusan penyebaran covid19 masih harus terus dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak agar tidak terjadi penambahan jumlah kasus yang serius.                                                                                                                Abstract      Currently the world is in a pandemic era of COVID 19, including Indonesia. Behavior of prevention and transmission is influenced by the level of knowledge and students. It is expected to have a good attitude so that prevention and spread can be anticipated and minimized from students to fellow students, teachers and lecturers cannot occur. Many do not know how to prevent transmission so that negative behavior or negative thinking patterns emerge. The purpose of this study is to know the knowledge and attitudes of students about the prevention of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling was 96 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire through the google form application. How to process and analyze data using SPSS version v27 latest version 2020. The results of the research on the knowledge questionnaire were highest in the very high category (83%) while casual attitudes were in the category (16%). The conclusion of this research is the level of knowledge of students in the faculty of economics about the prevention and transmission of Covid-19 in the male dormitory of 96 respondents who are in the high category. Because students understand how to prevent the transmission of covid-19 This condition is a good potential and strength for the government in this Covid-19 handling program. However, efforts to prevent and monitor the end of the spread of covid-19 still have to be carried out by various parties so as not to there is an increase in the number of serious cases.

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of the application of ISO and environmental accounting on company performance in chemical sector companies in 2016 to 2018.  The research method used is quantitative descriptive method.  The research data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of annual reports for the period 2016 to 2018. Testing the hypothesis of this study used multiple regression analysis because the independent variables used dummy measurements. This study uses SPSS software version 21. The results of the study simultaneously found that ISO 9000: 2008 and environmental accounting have a positive effect on company performance.
