Currently, the absorption power of students is still good because most students are under 17 years. Moreover, their memory is still very good because the students still imitate the styles and behavior patterns of older people. This happens because they are still unstable depending on the person who brought them. The existence of pesantren in an era that has begun to advance and is starting to put aside traditional practices is a new challenge for a boarding school. With the entry of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digitization of various elements is feared by students for imitatating negative influences. Therefore, researchers are interested in further researching to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the character of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0., how is the strategy of the pesantren in shaping the character of students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

The character of Islam needs to be nurtured early on in overcoming increasingly degrading moral degradation. One of the educational institutions that has a big role in fostering character is pesantren. Pesantren Kreatif IHAQI Boarding School Bandung is one of the pesantren educational institutions present in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 that applies da'wah pattern method in the learning process. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Boarding School. The results of the study illustrate that this pesantren has a typical management of learning methods, namely applying da'wah pattern methods in the learning process.  At the planning stage, this method is considered to have been planned carefully, it is seen by the implementation stage that is constructed and systematic. As for the implementation stage, this method is considered to have been carried out effectively. However, in the covid-19 situation, implementation becomes hampered so that cooperation between educators and learners in developing this method of da'wah pattern becomes reduced. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the use of da'wah pattern method in learning in IHAQI Boarding School Creative Boarding School is enough to give a very deep impression to all learners to bequeath Islamic values. So that all learners are able to increase their potential, both related to cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects. These aspects are very important to note the development through process evaluation and evaluation of results carried out by educators in the learning process. Thus good management will have an impact on achieving learning objectives.

This pesantren has different characteristics in the process of building santri character. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Boarding School. The results of the study illustrate that the coaching program presented at IHAQI Boarding School Creative Boarding School is a KBM program, islamic character habituation, self-development and life skills, weekly coaching, monthly coaching, creative coaching, and pesantrenan coaching. From a number of programs presented there are excellent programs that are always anticipated by all students as well as parents of students in the pesantren environment. There are two excellent programs in pesantren, namely workshop and filed trip. This excellent activity in pesantren is a unique and creative activity in developing life skills, both acting, working and speaking skills. This skill is aimed at the formation of santri character, so that students can behave in accordance with Islamic values based on the experience, knowledge and examples of educators.

Abstract: One of national education aim is to developing student’s potentials in order to become a faithful man. It is based on Republic of Indonesia’s Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Chapter II Article 3. Islamic Religious Education is one of education that done to create a faithful man. Prayer is one of Islamic Religious Education’s matter should be learned by all Moslem’s students, include students with special needs. Research of prayer practice guidance is an important thing to be done. The important thing should be researched is about prayer practice that taught in the inclusion school. Inclusion school have regular (common) students and special needs students. How the teacher can teach prayer practice for students with special needs in the inclusion school. Once of inclusion school is Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan. The goal of this research is to explore and to describe about how teacher guides prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan Purwokerto Banyumas. This research belongs to field research on qualitative descriptive form. The methods of collecting data used by the author are interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile to analyze of data, it’s done by collecting data, reducing, presenting and verifying data to be valid and reliable report. The findings of this research show that guidance of prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan done through some ways namely dividing students into two class that regular and inclusion class, establishing guidance of prayer practice program, using musyafahah and demonstration methods. This paper represents a contribution to the consideration of the characteristics of the case study research method in sociological researches. In the first part of paper, some specifics of case study method are described, in the second part we represented ways of use of this method in field research. finally, third part of this paper indicates certain ?sub methods? within case study method, such as ?building blocks? and ?process tracing?, which are, at the same time, conditions for developing typological theories. Those ?sub methods? indicate evolution of case study method in social sciences during last few decades, as well as importance of existence and use of such ?elastic? method in all, especially field researches where researcher is facing with a series of cognitive concerns.

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.

ElResumo: Inserida no campo da Educação Matemática, esta investigação tem como objetivo central analisar os atos de mediação docente no ensino de situações multiplicativas no 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como suporte referencial a Teoria dos Campos Conceituais. O constructo teórico prevê a estruturação dos conceitos de multiplicação e divisão em um único campo conceitual – o das Estruturas Multiplicativas. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, ancorada no método do Estudo de Caso recaindo sobre os atos de mediação de uma docente do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola da rede pública do município de São Luís, Maranhão. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada nos meses de outubro e novembro de 2015. Os dados empíricos foram coletados por observação de três aulas previamente planejadas pela docente observada. Os achados dessa incursão investigativa apontam a carência do trabalho voltado para os aspectos conceituais das operações de multiplicação e divisão, bem como revelam a proeminência da simbolização em detrimento da conceitualização. As conclusões que se derivam dessa incursão investigativa entrelaçam aspectos inerentes à formação e à prática docente, na medida em que englobam o amplo repertório de eskemas concernentes à interação, comunicação, linguagem e afetividade, além do conjunto de competências técnicas e conhecimentos propagados nos espaços de formação que também modelam os atos de mediação docente no decurso da história individual e profissional dos professores.Palavras-chave: Situações multiplicativas. Teoria dos Campos Conceituais.TEACHING SITUATIONS MULTIPLICATIVE: findings from the mediation acts of teachers Abstract: Inserted in the field of mathematics education, this research had as main objective to analyze the acts of teacher mediation in teaching multiplicative situations in the 5th year of elementary school, supported by the Theory of Conceptual Fields. The theoretical construct provides the structure of multiplication and division concepts into a single conceptual field - that of multiplicative structures. The research is qualitative in nature, anchored in the Case Study method falling on the acts of mediation of a teacher of the 5th year of elementary school in a public school in São Luís, Maranhão. The field research was conducted in the months of October and November 2015. The data were collected by observation of three classes previously planned by the teacher observed. The findings of this investigative foray point to the lack of focused work for the conceptual aspects of the multiplication and division operations , as well as reveal the prominence of symbolization at the expense of conceptualisation. The conclusions derived from this investigative foray intertwine aspects of training and teaching practice, in that it encompasses the broad repertoire  concerning the interaction, communication, language and affection, beyond the range of technical skills and propagate knowledge in the areas of training also model the acts of teaching mediation during personal and professional history of teachers.Keywords: Situations multiplicative. Theory of Conceptual Fields.LA ENSEÑANZA DE SITUACIONES MULTIPLICATIVAS: resultados a partir de los actos de mediación docente Resumen: Insertado en el campo de la educación matemática, esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar los actos de mediación docente en la enseñanza de las situaciones multiplicativas en el 5º año de la escuela primaria, utilizando como soporte de referencia la teoría de los campos conceptuales. La construcción teórica proporciona la estructura de los conceptos de multiplicación y división en un solo campo conceptual – el de las estructuras multiplicativas. La investigación es de naturaleza cualitativa, anclada en el método de estudio de caso que recae sobre los actos de la mediación de una docente de 5º año de primaria en una escuela pública en São Luís, Maranhão. La investigación de campo fue realizada en los meses de octubre y noviembre de 2015. Los datos empíricos fueron recogidos mediante la observación de tres clases previamente programadas por la profesora observada. Las conclusiones de este punto de incursión señalan la carencia de trabajo dirigido a los aspectos conceptuales de las operaciones matemáticas de multiplicación y división, así como revelan la prominencia de la simbolización en detrimento de la conceptualización. Las conclusiones derivadas de esa investigación entrelazan aspectos de la formación y la enseñanza práctica, ya que abarca el amplio repertorio de eskemas relativos a la interacción, comunicación, lenguaje y afectividad, además del conjunto de competencias técnicas y conocimientos propagados en los espacios de formación que también modelan los actos de mediación docente en el decurso de la historia personal y profesional de los profesores.Palabras clave: Situaciones multiplicativas. This study examines the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai as a boarding school caretaker in the General Election. The purpose of this study is to describe the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai Syafik Rofi'i, caretaker of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province in the 2019 General Election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The results showed that the political communication strategy being implemented was political negotiation among kiai in Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency. In addition, political communication uses the strategy of a campaign winning team or success team, and also uses the media as a channel for delivering messages to provide understanding and influence public opinion.
