Loyalty is a person’s attitude to maintain his job and do the job with maximum. Loyalty level’s can be seen from the turnover, some things that become loyalty factoris job satisfaction, compensation, work load, and career ladder perception. This study aims to determine statistically the influence of variable compensation, workload and perception with job satisfaction as a mediator of nurse loyalty in Type D Private Hospital in Banyumas Regency. The research sampling method using propotional random sampling amounted to 40 nurses. Data collection techniques by survey by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis used is regression analysis. From the results of this study can be concluded that job satisfaction, compensation, and career ladder perception have an effect on nurse loyalty, work load does not have an effect on loyalty, compensation and perception of career ladder influence to job satisfaction and work load does not have an effect on to nurse job satisfaction. Pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa pancasila Ini sangat dibutuhkan ditengah – tengah persaingan industri yang berkembang pesat. Ditengah  Persaingan yang terbuka terkadang melahirkan   suatu problematika persaingan yang tidak  sehat dan tidak  mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Faktor kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal  terutama dalam hal memperlakukan karyawan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. seorang pemimpin dapat memberikan jaminan keadilan dan kesejahteraan sebagaiaman yang tertuang pada sila ke 5 pancasila keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat indonesia.dalam hal ini pemimpin harus mampu memberi rasa adil dan harapan kesejahteraan kepada karyawan sehingga dengan demikian karyawan bisa lebih termotivasi mengembangkan karir dan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja. Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data simple ramdom sampling pada perusahaan Konsultan Teknik Semarang, untuk metode analisis datanya diolah menggunakan PLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Pancasila terhadap Niat untuk Tinggal dengan dimediasi Kepuasan kerja terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Leaders who have the spirit of Pancasila This is very much needed in the midst of a rapidly growing industry competition. In the midst of open competition, sometimes it gives birth to a problem of unfair competition and does not reflect the values of Pancasila. The leadership factor has a very important role in the desire of employees to stay, especially in terms of treating employees in accordance with Pancasila values. a leader can provide guarantees of justice and welfare as stated in the 5th principle of social justice for all Indonesian people. In this case the leader must be able to give a sense of justice and welfare expectations to employees so that employees can be more motivated to develop careers and get job satisfaction . Methodology: This research is a quantitative study with a simple random sampling method of data collection at a Semarang Engineering Consultant company, for the analysis method the data is processed using PLS with the help of the SMARTPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila Leadership on Intention to Stay with mediated Job satisfaction has an insignificant effect.

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. This research aims to determine the effect of significant compensation, leadership, and motivation to job satisfaction. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested with primary data with the total sample 35 respondents collected through structured questionnaire using non probability sampling method. Writer use questionnaire as method of collecting data,  The Questionnaire use Likert Scale such as 1 (Strongly Disagree), 2 (Disagree), 3 (Rather Disagree), 4 (Rather Agree), 5 (Agree), 6 (Strongly Agree). Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, the influence of workload on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang and the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The population in this study were all Tenaga Penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) in 11 subdistricts in Padang City, amounting to 216 people. Sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that the sample obtained as many as 140 people. In testing the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research found that there is a significant influence between work motivation variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, there is no significant influence between work load variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padangand there is significant influence between variance of job satisfaction on performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The findings of this study provide advice where in order to improve the performance of extension workers in the future, it is necessary to improve work motivation, workload and job satisfaction

This study is categorized as a census study. The type of data in this study is quantitative ornumerical data. The instrument of this study using questionnaire. Population and sample in thisresearch is all employees of PT. Putra Kediangan Propertindo of 32 employees. Sampling technique inthis study using simple random sampling. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory FactorAnalysis while the reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable forresearch instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study.The results of research at the level of significance of 5% found that: (1) Job satisfaction has apositive and significant impact on employee performance PT. Putra Kediangan Propertindo, it is shownby the acquisition of t test 2.070 with significance of 0.47. (2) Load work does not significantly affect theperformance of employees of PT. Putra Kediangan Propertindo. This is shown by the acquisition of ttest 0.421 with significance of 0.677. (3) Job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have nosignificant effect on employee performance of Putra Kediangan Propertindo, it is marked from theacquisition of F test obtained F arithmetic 2,152 with significant level (p) 0,134a. The equation ofemployee performance variation determined by job satisfaction and workload is 12,9 percent (R sequare= 0,129). R square number is 0,129 this means equal to 12,9% employee performance influenced byjob satisfaction variable and work load. While the remaining 87.1% influenced by other factors outsidethis research variable.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of professional commitment on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at tax consultant office (KKP) in Denpasar area. Samples taken as many as 81 respondents by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the analysis results found that professional commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at the Tax Consultant Office in Denpasar. These findings indicate that the higher the professional commitment the job satisfaction will increase, in addition the results of this study indicate that the role of motivation in professional commitment is strengthening, which means the implementation of professional commitment is better accompanied by the application of motivation together will be able to improve job satisfaction at the Tax Consultant Office in Denpasar. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between managers’ professionalism and (technical, human, and perceptual) skills in managers of Iran Poly Akril Company. The research is an applied one in terms of objectives, and a descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The population includes all experts working in the company in 2012 as 240 individuals among who 144 participants were selected using the stratified random sampling method proportionate to the population size as the sample size. The data collection instruments were two researcher-made questionnaires of Managers’ skills containing 22 items and with the reliability coefficient as 0.96, and Professionalism containing 28 items and the reliability coefficient as 0.95. Their validity was investigated and confirmed by professors and experts of management. Analyzing data was conducted at the two level of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, SD, and presentation of tables and charts) and inferential statistics (one sample t-test, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, ANOVA, and F-test).

Proper employee compensation will keep them motivated to improve their performance in a vigorous manner so that the results achieved from the job can give their employees satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production in PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, and to know the influence of financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously to job satisfaction of production employee at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia. The research design conducted by researchers is explanatory research. With a population of 253 respondents taken a sample of 171 respondents. The instrument of data collection used is observation and spreading of questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results stated that financial compensation and non financial compensation after tested partially or together significantly influence the employee job satisfaction in the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia.
