Fundraising of Waqf relatively difficult then fundraising of Zakah. It’s because waqf is not ‎a religious obligation like Zakah. However, it is realized that waqf has great potential to ‎become a tool for improving the economy of the ummah. The aim of this study is to ‎describe the experience of UINSU Medan as an educational institution in ‎collecting the ‎Waqf. This study applies a ‎qualitative approach, ‎with three qualitative methods in data ‎collection: library research, ‎interviews, and data ‎documentation. Open interviews were ‎conducted with ten participants (students, lecturers, and employees). The findings of this ‎study show that the success of Waqf ‎fundraising is based on a mandatory basis, not on a ‎voluntary basis. ‎‎

<p>This study aims to explain the basic values of madrasa management in Kudus, the values of developing madrasa in Kudus, and the excellent values of madrasa in Kudus. This research is a field study that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation, and document study methods. Data analysis used the Spradley model, namely domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural themes analysis. The result of this study explains that the strategic values in the madrasa lie in the basic values of the madrasa i.e. an educational institution whose main mission is to teach the islamic sciences. The next strategic values are the values of development which focus on a better quality learning model, namely curriculum, learning and output. Furthermore, the excellent values of the madrasa are focused on three values, namely the values of excellence in tafaqquh fiddin or mastery in the knowledge of Islam, the values of excellence in memorizing the Qur'an, and the values of excellence in the field of research. It is recommended that the madrasah aliyah  in Kudus also develop other strategic values to become excellent, such as international schools or ICT based schools.</p>

This study aims to explain the role of the Indonesian Public Prosecutor's Office and the Malaysian Prosecutor's Office in corruption crimes as well as the similarities and differences between the authorities of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutors and the Malaysian Prosecutors in handling corruption cases. This research uses qualitative research research. In this research, the data collection method is carried out by using the library research technique, namely by studying the literature, legislation, books, official documents, and the writings of scholars related to this thesis. and analyzed using descriptive-qualitative methods. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that what becomes the similarity between the authority of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office with the Malaysian Attorney is the role of the permanent prosecutor as public prosecutor, while what distinguishes the authority of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office with the Malaysian Attorney is the authority in the field of prosecution.Keywords: Comparison, Authority, Attorney, Corruption Crime

This study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra' method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur'an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur'an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur'an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra' method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra' method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur'an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur'anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur'an 's well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah.

Character is a basic value that builds one's person's person, formed both because of the influence of heredity and environmental influence, that distinguishes it from others, and is manifested by his attitudes and behaviors in daily life. In this case madrassas, especially the study of moral aqidah realized in islamic religious values to students. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection is done with observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by analyzing all the data from the results of the study, so that it can be used as a unit and then verified. The results showed that: (1) the learning planning of teacher Aqidah Akhlak as an effort to cultivate character is to design learning planning by involving media, (2) the application of teacher learning Aqidah Akhlak in an effort to plant the character of students that has been carried out in reference to the discipline and rules that have been planned and established in every learning activity or process in the basic educational institution.

Abstract: This article is the result of research on the novel of Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy which aims to describe the values of aqeedah in the novel. This research is library research using a qualitative approach that is interpreted descriptive analysis. The data collection method used by the writer is the documentation method. Then the data analyzed by the researcher uses content analysis techniques. The results showed that the aqeedah aspect found the values of aqeedah in the pillars of faith such as believing in Allah, believing in the angels of Allah, believing in the books of Allah, believing in the messengers of Allah, believing in the last day, and believing in destiny (qadha and qadar).   Keywords: Nilai-nilai, aqidah, dan novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2.

The research aims to reveal Ma’had Al-Zaytun as an Islamic educational institution in the aspects of ideology, direction and goals of education. The importance of this research is because a growing issue in society says that Ma’had Al-Zaytun carries a hidden agenda of "building the Islamic State of Indonesia in the long term". This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods: observation, participation and interviews. The results of this study are as follows: there has been a change in the social basis during the years 1970-1990. The change in the social basis is a change in the generation of the senior Indonesian Islamic State bearers with the pressure of the struggle for structural Islamic ideology to the new generation which emphasizes on the inclusive substantive Islamic struggle. The choice of the new generation's model of struggle is Ma’had Al-Zaytun. This is an articulation of Islam and Indonesiannes that makes Islam a spreader of peace, not a spreader of threats.

Marriage is a fitrah for every human being, marriage is a door for the meeting of two hearts in the shade of social life that lasts for a long time, in which there are various rights and obligations that must be carried out by each party to get a decent, happy life. harmonious, and get offspring. In Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala explains how to build an ideal household life. This study focuses on (1) the interpretation of Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34, (2) the ideal household concept according to experts, and (3) the correlation between Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34 and the ideal family concept. The approach in this study is to use a qualitative approach. While the type of this research is library research, the techniques in data collection are first, tracing the interpretation of Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34 in several commentaries. Second, explore the ideal family concept according to experts. Third, analyze and find a correlation between Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34 and the ideal family concept. The result is that Surat Al-Nisa' verse 34 with the ideal family concept is interrelated. The importance of maintaining the rights and responsibilities of each family member is the most important thing in forming an ideal family, as stated in the verse.

Abstract Sansana Bandar is one of the oral traditions of the Dayak Ngaju people of Central Kalimantan in the form of a story about Bandar. This study aims to examine the narrative of the Bandar by contextualizing all aspects of the story to the socio-cultural history of the Dayak ethnic group. This study used an ethno- graphic approach. Data collection techniques used were library research, interviews, staging, recording, and transcription. The data obtained were then analyzed semiotics. The results show that Sansana Bandar is still maintained by the Dayak Ngaju community in the Kapuas Regency. The purpose of staging Sansana Bandar is so that one’s ideals can be achieved. Sansana Bandar staging requires requirements and is carried out from afternoon to morning. Sansana Bandar’s text analysis shows the in uence of cultures outside the island of Kalimantan in the life of the Ngaju Dayak community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis narasicerita Bandar melalui seluruh aspek cerita yang dikaitkan dengan konteks social historis dan social budaya suku Dayak Ngaju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnogra . Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan adalah penelusuran pustaka, wawancara, pementasan, perekaman, dan transkripsi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara semiotik. Hasil penelitian menunjuk- kan bahwa Sansana Bandar masih dipertahankan oleh masyarakat Dayak Ngaju di wilayah Kabupaten Kapuas. Tujuan pementasan Sansana Bandar bagi tuan rumah adalah supaya cita-cita berhajat dapat tercapai. Sansana Bandar dipentaskan memerlukan persyaratan dan dilakukan pada waktu sore sampai pagi hari. Analisis teks cerita Sansana Bandar menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kebudayaan luar pulau Kalimantan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Dayak Ngaju. This study aims to reveal the adaptation strategies that must be carried out by overseas students. This research uses several theories gathered from the results of previous studies and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of library research. This studi result that students must maintain mutual relations with their family, students must be able to understand the language in their area, and student mus be open and accept different cultures.

Pajidor is a musical art performance that uses flutes, jidor, and ropolo (drums or tambourines). As one of the traditional types of Makassar ethnic music, pajidor has quite an important function in community activities as evidenced by its frequent use in pa’buntingang. Based on this phenomenon, the focus of the research is to describe the function of pajidor in the pa’buntingang.This study uses qualitative methods sourced from library research, interviews, observations, documentation, which is equipped with data analysis.This research shows that pajidor is a musical performance art at pa'buntingang event with a function as a means of entertainment and aesthetic pleasure.
