The objective of the research were to analyze the influence of power, work design, and innovation on the teacher quality of service in the Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta. The research was conducted by teachers at SMAN (Public High School) in Kecamatan Makasar , Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta. The research problems were (1) there was a direct effect of power on quality of service, (2) there was a direct effect of work design on quality of service , (3) there was a direct effect of innovation on quality of service , (4) there was a direct effect of power on innovation, (5) there was a direct effect of work design on innovation. The research implemented descriptive-correlation method and path analysis. The number of samples was 163 teachers. The result of research describe that: (1) there was a direct effect of power on quality of service, (2) there was a direct effect of work design to quality of service , (3) there was a direct effect of innovation to quality of service , (4) there was a direct effect of power on innovation, (5) there was a direct effect of work design on innovation. Moreover, finding reommended that: to increase the quality of service (1) increasing power of headmaster, (2) increasing work design of school in in Kecamatan Makasar , Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta

Thus study aimed to determine the effect of brand awareness and quality of services to repeat purchase simultaneously, determine the effect of brand awareness to purchase again partially determine the effect of service quality on repeat purchase partially determine the effect of the perception of consumer trust in the repurchase partially, determine the effect of brand awareness to purchase again through the perception of consumer trust and determine the effect of service quality on repeat purchases through the perception of consumer trust. The study was conducted at the customer PT. Kreasi Langit. Sampling using accidental sampling involving 94 consumers. Analysis of data using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of brand awareness and service quality affect the simultaneous re-purchase. Variable brand awareness, quality of service and the perception of trust affect the partial repurchase. Kaulitas influence brand awareness and service to re-purchase confidence through the perception is greater than the direct effect so that it can be said that the perceptions of trust variables have an impact on the increase in repeat purchases.

Abstract. Development of Higher Education especially in Region Kopertis IV Jabar and Banten very rapidly so competition between universities is very tight. The more intense competition between universities, the higher education services should be more optimal so that the college won the competition. The aim of this research is to know the influence of the quality of the servants and the loyalty of students of West Java High School of Technology (STT Jabar in Bandung, West Java). Respondents in this research were students of High School Technology West Java (in Bandung, of West Java Highschool of Technology academic years 2014 / 2015). The sample of this study did not distinguish all the majors, gender, area and religion the number of respondents in this study determined 46 respondents from the total number of students 84 by using sampling technique Sampling used in the form of simple random sampling method (simple random sampling). This research uses Path analysis and using help SPSS software program (Statistical Package For The Social). The results of this research there are indicate that: 1) the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, 0.017 Signification is smaller than the 0.05 significance of t count 2,470 which states that ho rejected which means there is influence kualiats service to satisfaction. 2) satisfaction significantly influence loyalty student, 0.583 Significantly bigger than the 0.05 significance for t arithmetic 0,554 which states that ho received means that there is no influence between satisfaction with royalitas. 3) the quality of service has a positive and significant influence to student loyalty. It is suggested to the next researcher to extend the scope of the research to not only one type. STT Jabar should evaluate and improve service quality. Perkembangan Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Di Wilayah Kopertis IV Jabar dan Banten sangat pesat sehingga persaingan antar perguruan tinggi sangat ketat Semakin ketat persaingan  antar  perguruan tinggi,  maka  pelayanan  yang perguruan tinggi berikan  harus lebih optimal sehingga perguruan tinggi mampu memenangkan persaingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa  Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Jawa Barat (STT Jabar di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasisiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Jawa Barat (STT Jabar di Bandung, Jawa Barat pada angkatan 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian ini tidak membedakan semua jurusan, jenis kelamin, daerah dan agama jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 46 responden dari total jumlah mahasiswa 84 dengan   menggunakan   teknik   pengambilan   sampel   Penarikan sampel yang digunakan berupa metode sampling acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Penelitian  ini menggunakan analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dan menggunakan bantuan software/program SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, Signifikasi 0,017 lebih kecil dari signifikasi 0,05 sebesar t hitung 2,470 yang menyatakan bahwa ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kualiats layanan terhadap kepuasan. 2) kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  loyalitas mahasiswa,   Signifikasi 0,583  lebih lebih besar dari signifikasi 0,05 sebesar t hitung 0,554 yang menyatakan bahwa ho di terima yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh antara  kepuasan terhadap royalitas3)  kualitas  pelayanan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa.  Disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk memperluas ruang lingkup penelitian tidak hanya pada satu jenis. STT Jabar sebaiknya melakukan evaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata kunci :  Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Nasabah

<p>The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of school based management in proving the quality of teachers In State Senior High School No.4 OKU. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The informants as sources in this study were the principal. Deputy principal, teachers, administrative staff and guardian of students. In collecting the data the researcher used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research result it can be concluded that First, the principal in State Senior High School No.4 OKU is capable of implementing school based management well. Second, there is an increase in teacher quality as seen from teacher completence. Third, school principals is able to improve teacher quality through planned and gradual programs. Fourth, the principal is able to improve the quality of the school.</p>

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on motivation, (2) the influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (3) the effect of motivation on teacher commitment. Influence The study population was all public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 252 people taken by proportional random sampling, and the data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The research findings show that the commitment of public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City is directly influenced by the principal's leadership and teacher work motivation. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is a direct influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (2) there is a direct influence of principal's leadership on teacher commitment, (3) there is a direct influence of work motivation on teacher commitment. Suggestions that can be concluded in this study are: (1) the provincial government of Aceh is authorized to produce policies in accordance with the findings in this study (2) for the head of the Aceh education office to improve the quality of policy professionalism directed at the quality of school principals and teacher commitment (3) for school principals to be able to take into account in forming teacher organizational commitment to their schools (4) for teachers to be able to make reference in carrying out their duties as teachers.

Abstract. This article aims to determine the achievement of the standard education process at Cisaat 1 Public Middle School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the attainment of process standards at Cisaat 1 Public High School is 96.2% when compared to all the maximum scores that should be achieved in the standard process forms. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have not been optimally achieved, especially indicators of a maximum of 32 people. Although it feels good, empowerment, utilization and maintenance of the learning process in schools must be improved. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction of community expectations.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian standar proses pendidikan di SMPN 1 Cisaat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitaian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian standar proses di SMPN 1 Cisaat sebesar 96,2% jika dibanding dengan seluruh skor maksimum yang seharusnya dicapai pada borang standar proses. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk mendalami indikator-indikator yang belum tercapai dengan optimal khususnya indikator  rombongan belajar maksimum 32 orang. Meski dirasa telah baik, namun pemberdayaan, pemanfaatan dan pemeliharaan proses pembelajaran disekolah harus ditingkatkan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pemuasan harapan masyarakat.

Transformational leadership is considered to play an important role in improving the quality of service because a transformational leader can foster a strong commitment between staff and the organization, as well as staff and teammates where they are willing to work beyond their own abilities for the organization and become potential partners for the organization. This study aims to look at the condition of principals' transformational leadership in state high schools in Central Kalimantan Province with indicators to be seen including Idealized Influenced, Inspiration Motivation, and Intellectual Stimulation. The method used is descriptive quantitative with the teacher as the respondent. Based on the results of the study it is known that the transformational leadership condition of the headmaster of state high schools in the province of Central Kalimantan is in the sufficient category. Suggestions and recommendations are given to school principals to increase intellectual stimulation to subordinates, especially teachers at the school.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.
