The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the career development of lecturers. Refraksi Optisi YLPTK Padang lecturer research subjects. This type of correlational quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques with the F test and t test. this research is important to examine factors influencing the career development of lecturers. The results of data analysis showed that work commitment, leadership, colleague support and competence together or partially influenced lecturer career development.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions on consumers who buy and use Pepsodent toothpaste. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample size of 105 respondents with non-probability methods in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with as many as 15 indicators measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study are path analysis techniques with classical assumption test and sobel test. The results of the study stated that the variables of customer satisfaction, product quality variables and price perception variables had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. This study aims to measure and foster pleasure in counting with the Jarimatika method. This research was conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers in learning activities in class. The research subjects of Class A Bahrul Ulum TK in Karangduren Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency were 20 students. Data collection techniques: tests, observations, interviews and documentation, descriptive data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to help students grow their joy in learning mathematics with the Jarimatika method and help teachers to be more creative in making interesting and innovative methods in the classroom.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kebijakan pangan pada masa kepemimpinan presiden Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Unit analisa data yang diambil berupa kepemimpinan Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono serta kebijakan pangan, dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian sejarah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik analisa datanya terdiri dari: Heuristik, Kritik dan Analisis Saran, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi kebijakan pangan pada masa kepemimpinan Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono baru berada bada posisi ketahanan pangan, tidak bisa mencapai kemandirian atau bahkan kedaulatan pangan. Soeharto memiliki kebijakan Swasembada beras dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono memiliki kebijakan Revitalisasi Pertanian. Keduanya menggunakan strategi masing-masing dalam menjalankan kebijakan tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dan juga negatif dari kepemimpinan keduanya terhadap berjalannya kebijakan pangan. Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Pangan, Kepemimpinan, Soeharto, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonesia   ABSTRACT This study aims to identify comparative food policies during the presidency of President Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The data analysis unit obtained is the management of Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the nutritional guidelines taken. The type of research is historical research. Data collection techniques are the study documents. Then the data analysis techniques consist of heuristics, critique and analysis of suggestions, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study show that the position of food policy during the leadership of Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is unable to achieve independence or even the sovereignty of food. Suharto has a policy of self-sufficiency in rice and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has a policy of reviving agriculture. Both have their own strategies in implementing the policy.   Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.

This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.

The research objective is to explain the people's motivation in choosing gold pawn financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch Office. Everyone will love products that comply with Islamic regulations. One of the products or services provided by Bank Syariah Mandiri is pawning. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects as staff and bank employees as well as bank customers. Data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the customer research have the motivation to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch because it is labeled syari'ah. Gold pawning product consumers have become a fast alternative to making ends meet. Conventional bank financing is different from syari'ah banks. They can feel this with light installments every month. Based on the principles of syari'ah, choosing a gold pawn at Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup is because it has syari'ah principles.Keywords: Motivation, Financing, Gold Pawn
