This study aimed to determine the analysis of fairness and incentive contracting on performance-based budget testing experiments. The data used in this research were primary data. The population in this study consisted of 59 postgraduate students who were on Lancang Garam St, postgraduate campus of Malikussaleh University with an observation period starting from 2017-2018. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The number of samples that meet the research criteria based on existing considerations was that all postgraduate students management in science during 2017-2018 as many as 59 respondents. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable was Multiple linear regression analysis and Classical assumption test. The test results showed that the planning variable was accepted because the value was significantly higher, namely the difference between fairness and budget-based performance, while the other side is accepted also because it was seen from a significantly higher value that was with the difference between fairness towards the budget process, which has been studied from 59 students on the postgraduate campus of Malikussaleh University.

This study aims to analyze capital and profit-taking percentage influance on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. This study uses primary data and the method used to collect primary data is field research methods. The sample selection used Slovin sampling technique. By using Slovin formula, a population of 5 grocery stores and an error limit of 5 percent, obtained a sample of 5 grocery stores. The data analysis technique used to solve problem in the study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on calculation of Eviews 11, the simultaneous test results show that capital and percentage of profit-taking percentage have a significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. Capital and percentage of profit taking partially have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa

This study aims to determine the effect of negative framing and adverse selection on commitment escalation decision making. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study are 178 active students majoring in Accounting of economics and business faculty, Malikussaleh University in 2014. The number of samples that met the research criteria were 64 students taken using a random sampling. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is the technique of analyzing two ways ANNOVA using factorial 2 x 2 designs with instruments in the form of cases.The test results show that negative framing effect on commitment escalation, adverse selction effect on commitment escalation, and negative framing and adverse selection have no effect on commitment escalation.

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out, "The Effect of Public Service Efficiency and Effectiveness Against Work Discipline Employee Work Sunter Jaya Village, Tanjung Priok subdistrict in North Jakarta" .Variabel dependent in this study is the Employee Work Effectiveness, while the independent variable in this study is the Efficiency Services Public and Work Discipline. The approach used in this study is a quantitative analysis, using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents who are employees Sunter Jaya Village, Tanjung Priok subdistrict in North Jakarta. Tests conducted with test instrument validity, reliability and classical assumptions. Further analysis of the data performed by multiple linear regression analysis test, which consists of the F test, the coefficient of determination (R2) and test t.Analisis quantitative data is done using SPSS for windows 16.00. The study concluded from the test results F Efficiency of Public Services and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the effectiveness of Employee Work. T test results in partial Efficiency and Discipline of Public Service Employment positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of Employee Work, Efficiency Variable Public Service has a regression coefficient of 0.972 to 0.05 Variable working discipline has a regression coefficient of 0.035 to 0.05. Results of this testing has resulted in the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.778. That is 77.8% Employees Work Effectiveness variables can be explained or influenced by variables Efficiency of Public Services and Work Discipline. While the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner. Kuisioner yang disebarkan  kepada 30 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kelurahan Sunter Jaya, Kecamatan Tanjung Priok di Jakarta Utara. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan uji analisis regresi liner berganda yang terdiri dari uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t.Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan alat bantu SPSS for windows 16,00. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dari hasil uji F Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik dan  Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap  Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji t secara parsial variabel Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik  dan   Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai, Variabel Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,972  dengan signifikansi 0,05 Variabel disiplin kerja  memiliki  koefisien regresi sebesar 0,035 dengan signifikansi  0,05. Hasil pengujian ini menghasikan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,778.  Artinya 77,8% variabel  Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik  dan   Disiplin Kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 22,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel  lain di luar penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik, Disiplin Kerja dan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Pratama Tax Office in Bantul. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents using accidental sampling. By using a questionnaire to collect primary data, and respondents were 45. The technique used regression analysis to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and the Work Environment on employee performance. The results show multiple linear regression analysis, namely the T test shows that competency has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results show knowledge sharing, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge sharing, competence, work environment, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kayawan kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.  Dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan responden adalah 45. Teknik yang digunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu pada uji T menunjukkan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dimana nilai ini dibawah 0,05. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,895 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Kata kunci : knowledge Sharing, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Selling and Word Of Mouth on Student’s Decisions to Study In STIE Eka Prasetya. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, which is obtained in the form numbers. Source of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires, secondary data obtained from companies, journals and books relating to Personal Selling and Word Of Mouth and Study Decisions. The population and sample in this study amounted to 268 customers Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis give an equation of the Purchase Decision = 11,034+ 0,544 Personal Selling +0,377 Word Of Mouth + e. The results of the analysis show that the Personal Selling has a positive and significant effect on the decision to study in STIE Eka Prasetya based on the partial test results, namely the tcount 7,303 > ttable 1,650 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that Word Of Mouth had a positive and significant effect on the decision to study in STIE Eka Prasetya based on the results of partial tests, namely tcount 7,592 > ttable 1,650 and significant values ​​of 0,000 <0,05. The results showed that Personal Selling and Word Of Mouth  had a positive and significant effect on the decision to study in STIE Eka Prasetya based on simultaneous test results, namely Fcount 129,474 > Ftable 3.17 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study are supported by the value of R Square  of 1,886 meaning Personal Selling and Wod Of Mouth can explain Study Decision of 49,4% and the remaining 50,6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as price, sales promotion and service quality.

This research examine to analyze and find out whether the auditor's ethics strengthen the influence of auditor's integrity, independence, and professionalism on the quality of the auditor's work. The population in this research is the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The sample in this research is the auditor who has registered and worked at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, have a minimum educational background in Bachelor Accounting. The sampling method uses nonprobability with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires was thirty one questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version twenty five. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. For moderating analysis were using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). T test results show that integrity, independence, and professionalism have a positive effect on the quality of the work of auditors. Auditor ethics have a positive effect and moderate the relationship between the influence of integrity, independence, and professionalism of auditors.

Background and objectives: To investigate the serum procalcitonin (PCT) levels among patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) without active infection compared with healthy controls and to understand the relationship of PCT with RA disease activity, and treatment received by patients. Materials and Methods: Patients aged 20 years and above with clinician-confirmed diagnosis of RA and healthy volunteers were included during regular outpatient visits, and those with active infection symptoms and signs were excluded. RA disease activity was measured using the Disease Activity Score-28 for Rheumatoid Arthritis with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (DAS28-ESR). Medications received by the patients were also recorded. Results: A total of 623 patients with RA and 87 healthy subjects were recruited in this study. The mean PCT were significantly higher in patients with RA (6.90 ± 11.81 × 10−3 ng/mL) compared with healthy controls (1.70 ± 6.12 × 10−3 ng/mL) (p < 0.001) and the difference remained statistically significant after adjusting for age and sex. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis showed that a lower rank-transformed PCT serum level was significantly correlated with the use of biologics (p = 0.017) and a high DAS28-ESR score (p = 0.028) in patients with RA. Conclusion: Patients with RA have a significantly higher serum PCT levels compared with healthy controls. The use of biologics and an active RA disease activity were associated with a lower level of PCT in patients with RA. Further investigation is required to determine the optimal cutoff value of PCT among patients with RA and its association with disease activity and biologic usage.

This study aims to test the relationship of intergovernmental revenue and clarity of budget targets on the regional government financial performance. This study uses quantitative approach with primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and then measured by using a five-point Likert scale. The population of this study is the Regional Apparatus Organization which is official in the city of Tidore Islands, with the number of samples that have been determined as many as 45 samples. The sampling technique of this study is purposive sampling and conducts the multiple linear regression analysis as hypothesis testing. This study finds that the intergovernmental revenue and clarity of budget targets in partial have positive and significant effect on the regional government financial performance. The findings of this study imply that agency theory can explain the performance of local government of the City of Tidore Islands.

This study aimed to investigate the moderator effect of university conditions in the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial competence. In this cross-sectional study, the questionnaire method used in quantitative studies was preferred to obtain primary data. The population of the research is the students of Selçuk University in Konya and consists of 3rd and 4th year students studying in 2018-2019 academic year. Personal information form, Entrepreneurial-Innovative University Conditions Scale, Scale of Entrepreneurial Competencies and The Five-Factor Personality Inventory were used as data collection tools. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results show that personality traits have a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence. It was found that university conditions did not have a moderator effect in the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial competence. Some suggestions were offered considering the results obtained.

This study aims to determine the relationship between location variables, facilities and school image of the decision to choose office administration competency competencies. To determine the relationship between location variables, facilities and school image, this study used a saturated sample technique of 81 respondents consisting of class X, XI, and XII Bonavita Vocational School. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis tools with SPSS version 23. From the analysis of test results obtained, simultaneously (F-Test ) the location, facilities and school image significantly influence the decision to choose the competency of office administration expertise at Bonavita Vocational School . Partial analysis testing (T-test) location, facilities and school image significantly influence the decision to choose office administration competency competency at Bonavita Vocational School. While the results of correlation analysis and determination obtained Adjusted R Square 0.732 results mean the location, facilities and school image determine the decision to choose a school by 73.2% while the remaining 26.8% are determined by other variables not examined in this study. And the correlation between variables is included in the strong relationship category.
