ABSTRACT This study aims to find out, "The Effect of Public Service Efficiency and Effectiveness Against Work Discipline Employee Work Sunter Jaya Village, Tanjung Priok subdistrict in North Jakarta" .Variabel dependent in this study is the Employee Work Effectiveness, while the independent variable in this study is the Efficiency Services Public and Work Discipline. The approach used in this study is a quantitative analysis, using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents who are employees Sunter Jaya Village, Tanjung Priok subdistrict in North Jakarta. Tests conducted with test instrument validity, reliability and classical assumptions. Further analysis of the data performed by multiple linear regression analysis test, which consists of the F test, the coefficient of determination (R2) and test t.Analisis quantitative data is done using SPSS for windows 16.00. The study concluded from the test results F Efficiency of Public Services and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the effectiveness of Employee Work. T test results in partial Efficiency and Discipline of Public Service Employment positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of Employee Work, Efficiency Variable Public Service has a regression coefficient of 0.972 to 0.05 Variable working discipline has a regression coefficient of 0.035 to 0.05. Results of this testing has resulted in the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.778. That is 77.8% Employees Work Effectiveness variables can be explained or influenced by variables Efficiency of Public Services and Work Discipline. While the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Efficiency of Public Service, Labour and Effectiveness Work Discipline Employees ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, “ Pengaruh  Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik dan  Disiplin Kerja Terhadap  Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Kelurahan Sunter Jaya, Kecamatan Tanjung Priok di Jakarta Utara“.Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai, sedangkan untuk variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah   Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik dan  Disiplin Kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner. Kuisioner yang disebarkan  kepada 30 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kelurahan Sunter Jaya, Kecamatan Tanjung Priok di Jakarta Utara. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan uji analisis regresi liner berganda yang terdiri dari uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t.Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan alat bantu SPSS for windows 16,00. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dari hasil uji F Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik dan  Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap  Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji t secara parsial variabel Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik  dan   Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai, Variabel Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,972  dengan signifikansi 0,05 Variabel disiplin kerja  memiliki  koefisien regresi sebesar 0,035 dengan signifikansi  0,05. Hasil pengujian ini menghasikan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,778.  Artinya 77,8% variabel  Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel Efesiensi Pelayanan Publik  dan   Disiplin Kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 22,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel  lain di luar penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Pelayanan Publik, Disiplin Kerja dan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of hedonic motivation on social media product browsing as well as its impact on purchase intention on student of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were customers who buy and use social media. Accidental sampling was used as the sampling technique. The researchers used questionnaire to collect the primary data with the total of 213 respondents. In this study, the researchers also used regression to determine the effect of hedonic motivation on social media product browsing as well as its impact on purchase intention. The results showed simple and multiple linear regression analysis on the T test which showed that the hedonic motivation has a significant effect on social media product browsing. The results of F test showed that hedonic motivation, social media product browsing can simultaneously predict the changes in purchase intention. The test results of the coefficient of determination or R² purchase intention are affected by hedonic motivation, social media product browsing. The analysis resulted in hedonic motivation has a positive effect on social media product browsing, social media product browsing has a positive effect on purchase intention, hedonic motivation has a positive effect on purchase intention.keywords : hedonic motivation, social media product browsing, purchase intention

This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, trust in leaders on employee engagement at PT.Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The number of samples in this study were 75 employees with a simple random sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that there are positive and partial positive effects of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and trust in leaders in increasing employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The results showed that the transformational leadership regression coefficient (X1) was 0.268 with a value that meant that each increase in transformational leadership variables could increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Job satisfaction regression coefficient (X2) is equal to 0.303, which means that every increase in job satisfaction variables can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Regression coefficient value to leader (X3) is equal to 0.256, which means that every increase in the trust variable in the leader can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. As  the results of the determination coefficient of 0.657, its means that 65.7% can explain the model or influence of each variable on work engagement, while the rest (100% -65.7% = 34,3%) is explained by other reasons outside research model.

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations, prices and sales promotions on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars in Surakarta both partially and partially. <p align="justify">Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) is the medical team that examined the laboratory, including the sputum specimen, where the sputum specimen is infected that MLT must treat with care, to avoid a work accident or nosocomial infection. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is a correlation between knowledge and attitude of MLT towards standard operating procedure (SOP) for handling Tuberculosis (TB) sputum samples. This research was conducted through an online questionnaire with a google form, where this questionnaire is filled in at the location of each MLT who works at health centers and hospitals in the Cibinong District area. Sampling techniques in the research of using purposive sampling. The research period was from June to August 2020. This research used primary data with a cross-sectional design involving 46 MLT respondents. A method of data analysis is a quantitative analysis and measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed positive influence work knowledge and attitudes towards the application of SOP for handling TB sputum samples because it has the significant value of 0,012&lt;0,05 and Fcount 4,90&gt;Ftable 3,41 with the results of the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,186 (18,6%), therefore, we conclude that there is a correlation between MLT knowledge and attitudes towards the SOP of the handling TB sputum samples with a percentage of 18%.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

The research aims to identify and explain the effect either simultaneously or partially quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital against BPJS card user satisfaction in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative research design. The population is the entire card users BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta whose number is infinite. Samples of 100 respondents by sampling using purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was used for data retrieval. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the F test the quality of service, handling complaints and hospital image simultaneously and significantly affect user satisfaction BPJS card at the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. T-test results showed that the quality of services and significant impact on user satisfaction BPJS card. Handling complaints had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. the image of the hospital had no effect, and to the satisfaction of BPJS card users. The coefficient of determination indicates the quality of service, complaint handling and image of the hospital has the effect of 59% of the card user satisfaction BPJS in the hospital Dr. Oen Surakarta. This research is at Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat with a quantitative approach. This research used primary data that the author obtained from respondents who are students of the Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat. This research used descriptive research, explaining that descriptive research is the largest form of research shown to describe the events that exist. The characteristics of the descriptive method are: 1) Focusing on the problems that exist in the present and the current period and 2) The data collected is first arranged, explained and analyzed. To anyzed the data, this research used multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing which will be assisted using SPSS version 21. The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in this study indicate that the value is significant. For the variable entrepreneurship interest has a significant influence on the subject of entrepreneurship management. Furthermore, family environment variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurship management courses. Partial test results (T-test) obtained the value of entrepreneurial interest variable with a large tcount from ttable, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that entrepreneurship partially influences the entrepreneurship management course and the value of the family environment variable with a large tcount from the table, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that the family environment partially influences the entrepreneurship management course. The results of the R test test, the value of r or correlation has a very strong and unidirectional relationship between the variables of entrepreneurial interest and variables family environment increases, the entrepreneurship management course will also increase and the value of r square or coefficient of determination has the meaning that the variable entrepreneurship management can be explained by variables of entrepreneurial interest and family environment variables, as while the rest is explained by other independent variables not examined in this research.
