The rapid development of network and information technology makes the network become the indispensable part in people's life. Network design uses email as a starting point, instead of actual letters. Then Happy Nets, BBS etc. are evolved from it, with virtual as their major feature. In the process of social networks evolution, the personal image transformed from the actual into the virtual one. All this has contributed to the birth of the social network, which then makes the contacts among people presenting the feature of network expansion and cost reduction. The popular social network nowadays is considered to be social plus network, namely, through the network, as a carrier, people are connected to form a virtual community with certain characteristics. Based on the genetic algorithm and genetic coding technology, the article is designed to make the optimal data analysis and create a optimistic cyber environment in the process of the social networks explosive development.

This study explores the social structures illiterate adults create, and their relationship to notions of dependence and independence. In-depth unstructured interviews and participant-observation were used with 43 adults in a medium-sized northeastern urban setting. Analysis shows that illiterate adults create social networks that include readers and are characterized by mutuality. Illiterate adults contribute a range of skills to their networks and see themselves as interdependent. Networks are related to the extent to which illiterate adults are involved in the larger society; this ranges from extensive, for cosmopolitans, to minimal for local adults. Dependent adults have networks that are characterized by asymmetrical relationships. Literacy programs must learn to respond to adults-in-networks.

Qualitative methods are being used increasingly by health economists, but most health economists are not trained in these methods and may need to develop expertise in this area. This article discusses important issues of ontology, epistemology, and research design, before addressing the key issues of sampling, data collection, and data analysis in qualitative research. Understanding differences in the purpose of sampling between qualitative and quantitative methods is important for health economists, and the key notion of purposeful sampling is described. The section on data collection covers in-depth and semistructured interviews, focus-group discussions, and observation. Methods for data analysis are then discussed, with a particular focus on the use of inductive methods that are appropriate for economic purposes. Presentation and publication are briefly considered, before three areas that have seen substantial use of qualitative methods are explored: attribute development for discrete choice experiment, priority-setting research, and health financing initiatives.

This paper contains data from statistical studies of foreign agencies on the use of social networks in promoting companies of the B2B segment (Business to business) and their effectiveness. The emphasis was placed on the social network Instagram, as it is one of the fastest-growing platforms for marketing and it has fundamental differences from other social networks. As the main methods for conducting the study, non-participant observation, monitoring of articles and results of marketing research, a comparative analysis of Instagram accounts of B2B companies and quantitative content analysis were used. It is assumed that the chosen methodology most adequately reflects the real specifics of the promotion process in the segment selected for the study. In the process of studying articles of promotion specialists on social networks, the goals of promoting B2B companies, their target audience, the main types of content and other features of maintaining an account for using the Instagram platform as an effective marketing tool were identified and described. As a result of the analysis of statistical data obtained within the framework of various large studies and successful cases on the natural promotion of Instagram accounts of world B2B companies, conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of using the social network Instagram for the B2B segment

This paper examines the social relations of the founders of the first institutions of modern public accountancy in Scotland. The study uses archival data to construct social networks prior to 1854. Individual founders in the networks are identified as potentially significant sources of influence in the foundation events. The paper reports the social network analysis in several parts. First, relations between the founders of The Institute of Accountants in Edinburgh (IAE), renamed The Society of Accountants in Edinburgh (SAE), are networked. Second, a similar analysis is made of the foundation of The Institute of Accountants and Actuaries in Glasgow (IAAG). Third, social links between individual founders of the IAE/SAE and IAAG are identified. The research results are generally consistent with prior studies but reveal significant matters not identified by other researchers. The social network analysis of the IAE/SAE founders confirms the existence of a cohesive and elite community and the presence of an elite within an elite. There is evidence of strong links to lawyers and landowners, as well as significant links to the insurance industry.

This study aims to reconstruct the possessive pattern of the Indonesian language in Ambon dialect with Indonesian standards. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data of this study were derived from the speech of the people of Ambon and surrounding cities who communicate using Ambonese dialect in Indonesian. Indonesian data was obtained from the translation of Ambonese dialects of Indonesian. This research was located in all areas of Ambon City and its surroundings. The time needed by researchers to collect data is for two weeks. The data collection method used is non-participant observation. There are two techniques used to support non-participant observation methods, namely recording and recording techniques. This study uses two ways in the process of data analysis, namely the equivalent method and the method of religion. The results of the study show that there are differences in possessive construction patterns (ownership) between Indonesian Ambon dialect and Indonesian standard. The difference is the location of the possessor and the different possessed. In the Indonesian language, Ambonese dialect, whatever the possessor category, both pronima persona, self-name, and not human, always precedes possessum. That is different from standard Indonesian, which is in the possessum construction pattern that precedes the possessor. Another difference is that the possessive construction pattern in the Ambonese dialect Indonesian language had the addition of the word pung between the possessor and possessed, whereas in standard Indonesian there is no addition.

Popularity of the social media and the amount of importance given by an individual to social media has significantly increased in last few years. As more and more people become part of the social networks like Twitter, Facebook, information which flows through the social network, can potentially give us good understanding about what is happening around in our locality, state, nation or even in the world. The conceptual motive behind the project is to develop a system which analyses about a topic searched on Twitter. It is designed to assist Information Analysts in understanding and exploring complex events as they unfold in the world. The system tracks changes in emotions over events, signalling possible flashpoints or abatement. For each trending topic, the system also shows a sentiment graph showing how positive and negative sentiments are trending as the topic is getting trended.
