This research used qualitative methods that obtain descriptive data of written or spoken words from people and behaviors observed. This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

This study aims to measure and foster pleasure in counting with the Jarimatika method. This research was conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers in learning activities in class. The research subjects of Class A Bahrul Ulum TK in Karangduren Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency were 20 students. Data collection techniques: tests, observations, interviews and documentation, descriptive data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to help students grow their joy in learning mathematics with the Jarimatika method and help teachers to be more creative in making interesting and innovative methods in the classroom.

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 389 restaurant visitors. Data analysis techniques using Conjoint Analysis. This study uses qualitative methods, which have natural characteristics as a direct, descriptive data source, the process is more important than the results, analysis in qualitative research tends to be done in inductive analysis and meaning is essential. Data collection in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis are in the form of exposure relating to the situation being studied and presented in the form of narrative descriptions. The results of the research in the field show that BUMDesa in Gudangkahuripan Village, Kec. Lembang Kab. West Bandung shows quite encouraging developments, especially in the PAM, Trade, Tourism, Parking, Animal Husbandry and Copy Photo sectors (although management is not fully managed by BUMDesa). But in the agricultural sector it can be said that it has not been touched at all. With the establishment of BUMDesa, the level of economic growth in the community feels better, but unfortunately the economic growth has not been evenly felt by most farmers, especially in terms of minimal capital and insights into traditional gardening techniques.

This study aims to examine the concept of human ability (Qufratul Insan) in the process of Islamic education. The approach used is qualitative, namely research on the condition of natural objects, where researchers as a key instrument. The data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study emphasize the meaning rather than generalization. The results of the discussion showed that the human potential given by Allah SWT in the form of vision, hearing, and heart that all three have a relationship where hearing functions to maintain knowledge that has been found from the results of learning and learning, vision functions to develop knowledge and add research results by conducting further studies. The heart is in charge of cleansing knowledge of all bad qualities.)

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

<em>The policy of applying the 2013 curriculum has an impact on the implementation of thematic learning. This study aims to describe the application of thematic learning in SDN 7 Kebumen. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teacher of class I and teacher of class IV, 5 studens of class I and 5 students of class  IV. The students were taken from students with high, medium and low abilities. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are source triangulation and technical triangulation The results of this study prove that the application of thematic learning has been running in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, teachers and students respond well to the application of thematic learning. But there are still a few obstacles. Among them are apperception and motivation are less memorable for students. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of thematic learning class I and IV in SDN 7 Kebumen is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, but there needs to be an increase in apperception and motivation.</em>

Applying religion value is one of the more dominating learning in RA (Raudhatul Athfal) Darul Ulum. The applying of religion values include learning of Qur'an and Al Hadith also Islamic Education. Based on the parent’s observations, the applying religion values can be the interest point to form parent’sperception. This study aimmed to investigate the implementation, activities, results, and the parent’s perception of applying religious values in groups A1 and A2 RA Darul Ulum to form the parent’s perception. The research sample of this study are 33 parents. The writer uses quantitative approach. The techniques of data collection are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentations. This study uses data analysis techniques of statistics descriptive and hypothesis test by using t test of right side. The results of the data analysis of applying religion value can be known that the percentage of applying religion values is 96%, the activity percentage of applying religion values is 75%, the result percentage of applying religion values is 68%, and the perception percentage of applying religion values is 82%. Based on the percentage results can be inferred that applying religion value in RA Darul Ulum is very effective to form parent’s perception.
