Recently, first time in entire cultural history, man has faced one of the most horrible ecological crisis - the problem of pollution of his environment which some time past was pure, virgin, undisturbed, uncontaminated and basically quit hospitable for man. The presence in or introduction into the environment of a substance having harmful or poisonous was felt by man now. Pollution is an undesirable change in physical, chemical or biological properties of air, water and soil, which directly or indirectly affect human beings. (Odum 1971). This may harmfully affect human life or that of desirable species, our industrial processes living conditions and cultural assets. In other words pollution is used to refer harmful materials introduced by man into the environment. Thus in a way, pollution is used to release in excess of permit table limit of foreign substances within the environment (Michal 1984).

Community is based on a certain region of the community of human life. In the face of increasingly serious ecological crisis, a benign living environment has became the urgent need for human beings. Under the guidance of sustainable development and ecological civilization concepts, as well as relying on the paths of applied-information technology,Low-carbon industry,low-carbon transport and low-carbon consumption, we can establish an evaluation index system from low-carbon buildings, low-carbon production, low-carbon transport, low-carbon consumption etc.by the Delphi method and analysis hierarchy process (AHP), so as to promote the development of Hengyang low-carbon community.

Contemporary political philosopher John Gray has recently asserted: “modern politics is a chapter in the history of religion.” Gray demonstrates how the roots of modern political violence can be traced back to Christianity. Furthermore, he sees Utopianism, “the Enlightenment project”, anthropocentrism and any notion of human meaning as all originating in the Christian notion of “salvation”. Gray argues that all of these ideas are disproven by values pluralism – the idea that human life consists of an incommensurable range of values. Gray is also critical of human beings technological appropriation of the world and the ecological crisis that this consciousness has precipitated. Gray claims that all forms of universalism are mistaken because they privilege a particular set of values at the expense of others. Gray offers a modus vivendi as a political construct that can appropriate the insights of values pluralism, without privileging any particular set of values. Despite considering Christianity (and its offspring) illusory, Gray asserts that the “myth of human meaning” is a “necessary illusion”; it is one that human beings cannot live without. Gray’s argument, however, is beset with inconsistencies, including an implicit teleology, despite his explicit rejection of all teleology, and the tendency of his thought toward nihilism, undermining his proposal of a modus vivendi. In his own constructive proposal Gray inadvertently privileges values of peaceful coexistence and human flourishing. His own political vision has some similarities with the Christian vision of the ideal human life. Christian eschatology is examined through the work of Jürgen Moltmann, and the values of hope and love are highlighted as the ethical consequence of Christian eschatology, as opposed to the violence that Gray claims has been generated from it. Moltmann’s thought also reveals the resources present in a theological perspective that are able to resolve some of the contradictions between individuality and sociality and between human beings and nature. This has significant implications for the ecological crisis, which is also one of Gray’s central concerns. Finally, Martin Heidegger’s concept of Gelassenheit is examined as a point of common ground between Gray’s thought and a theological approach to the world of politics and nature.

Solutions to such an important problem as an ecological crisis should be sought to start with indicating reasons for such a situation. Contamination of the environment, using up the natural resources, changes in biodiversity of flora and fauna, and many other similar urgent problems are the effects of actions that lead to family, social, political, or economical structures, or also lack of specified aim or sense in life, the basis for all these structures is nevertheless the family and it can be easily said the family crisis is the beginning of the crisis in other areas of human life also an ecological crisis. It is important in bringing up and environmental education to prepare for coexistence with nature and to respect humans’ habitat. Creative companionship with young people in the road which they should take from the moment of conception to the moment of achieving an integrated personality, such that in the practice of everyday life he would realize through his motivated posture “mature ecological outlook on life“ starts with the family and cooperation with others. Personal growing up of human beings takes place not in isolation but in cooperation with others.

‘Deep waters’ explains the role of François A. Forel in the birth and development of limnology, a new integrative science he defined as ‘the oceanography of lakes’. In his comprehensive monograph on Lake Geneva (1892), Forel subdivided the science of lakes into different disciplines and subjects. There were two aspects of Forel’s new science that set his thinking apart from many of his contemporaries. Studying the physical, chemical, and biological properties of lakes produced an integrated picture of the ecosystem. The second aspect recognized that human beings were also part of the ecosystem. The creation of lakes, their underwater shape, and the importance of lake sediments analysis is also discussed.

Aim. Study N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (chitobiase) (EC 3.2.1.30) in strains of Vibrio cholerae of O1/non-O1 serogroups of various origin, that is a component of chitinolytic complex taking into account object of isolation and epidemiologic significance of strains. Materials and methods. Cultures of V.cholerae O1/non-O1 serogroup strains were obtained from the museum of live culture of Rostov RIPC. Enzymatic activity analysis was carried out in Hitachi F-2500 fluorescent spectrophotometer using FL Solutions licensed software. NCBI databases were used during enzyme characteristics. Results. N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in V.cholerae O1/non-O1 serogroup strains was detected, purified by column chromatography, studied and characterized by a number of physical-chemical and biological properties. Comparative computer analysis of amino acid sequence of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidases of V.cholerae (VC2217 gene), Serratia marcescens etc. has allowed to attribute the enzyme from V.cholerae to glycosyl-hydrolases (chi-tobiases) of family 20 and classify it according to enzyme nomenclature as EC 3.2.1.30. Conclusion. N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in V.cholerae of O1/non-O1 serogroups of various origin and epidemiologic significance, participating in chitin utilization was studied and characterized for the first time, and its possible role in biology of cholera causative agent was shown.

In our condition as human beings, we have experienced a love-and-hate relationship with technology since the very beginning: from primitive humans (probably scared the very first time they saw fire) to 19th century Luddites to the recent conspiracy theories that link 5G to COVID-19, human beings have dreaded technology. But, for bad or for good, machines—which could be loosely defined from an etymological point of view as “structures of any kind created by humans”—have been, are, and probably will be an essential part in the history of mankind, thus playing a fundamental in the social evolution of human. This chapter attempts to shed some light and provide some insights into plausible conjectures by exploring future developments, either in the short and medium or in the long term, which might result from a synergistic context where exponentially-increasing technological innovation may lead to a radical change, an evolutionary paradigm shift in human life and civilization, by reaching toward a post-technological era characterized by consciousness of the noosphere.

Philosophy is a search for a general understanding of values and reality by chiefly speculative rather than observational means. It signifies a natural and necessary urge in human beings to know themselves and the world in which they live and move and have their being. Hindu philosophy is intensely spiritual and has always emphasized the need for practical realization of Truth. Philosophy is a comprehensive system of ideas about human nature and the nature of the reality we live in. It is a guide for living, because the issues it addresses are basic and pervasive, determining the course we take in life and how we treat other people. Hence we can say that all the aspects of human life are influenced and governed by the philosophical consideration. As a field of study philosophy is one of the oldest disciplines. It is considered as a mother of all the sciences. In fact it is at the root of all knowledge. Education has also drawn its material from different philosophical bases. Education, like philosophy is also closely related to human life. Therefore, being an important life activity education is also greatly influenced by philosophy. Various fields of philosophy like the political philosophy, social philosophy and economic philosophy have great influence on the various aspects of education like educational procedures, processes, policies, planning and its implementation, from both the theoretical and practical aspects. In order to understand the concept of Philosophy of education it is necessary to first understand the meaning of the two terms; Philosophy and Education.

Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession.
