Solutions to such an important problem as an ecological crisis should be sought to start with indicating reasons for such a situation. Contamination of the environment, using up the natural resources, changes in biodiversity of flora and fauna, and many other similar urgent problems are the effects of actions that lead to family, social, political, or economical structures, or also lack of specified aim or sense in life, the basis for all these structures is nevertheless the family and it can be easily said the family crisis is the beginning of the crisis in other areas of human life also an ecological crisis. It is important in bringing up and environmental education to prepare for coexistence with nature and to respect humans’ habitat. Creative companionship with young people in the road which they should take from the moment of conception to the moment of achieving an integrated personality, such that in the practice of everyday life he would realize through his motivated posture “mature ecological outlook on life“ starts with the family and cooperation with others. Personal growing up of human beings takes place not in isolation but in cooperation with others.

A Muslim views that nature belongs to God and human beings must show that they are grateful by learning how to use and manage it well so that it can provide benefits to the mankind. Exploiting nature taught by Islam is based on the utilization of responsibility that provides benefits not only for its content but also its intact and sustainable opportunities to cultivate and for rehabilitation or to help speed up its recovery. Humans are required to have certain characters towards nature, which means dealing with nature by maintaining sustainability. Therefore, God gives cues to enable people to control themselves in exploitation of the natural resources which causes defection that can harm and even destroy human life. For that reason, Islam forbids destructing or harming the environment ranging from very small actions and trivial such as prohibiting throwing human faces under a fruit tree, in the river, on the road, or in the shelter areas. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is also very concerned about the preservation of wildlife, as described in the Hadith narrated by Abu Dawood. Even Prophet never reprimanded one of his companions during the Hijrah period to take the chicks out of the nest. Since its evolution environment has remained both a matter of awe and concern to man. The frontier attitude of the industrialized society towards nature has not only endangered the survival of all other life forms but also threatened the very existence of human life. The realization of such potential danger has necessitated the dissemination of knowledge and skill vis-a-vis environment protection at all stages of learning. Therefore, learners of all stages of learning need to be sensitized with a missionary zeal. This may ensure transformation of students into committed citizens for averting global environment crisis. The advancement of science and technology made the life more and more relaxed and man also became more and more ambitious. With such development, human dependence on environment increased. He consumed more resources and the effect of his activities on the environment became more and more detectable. Environment covers all the things present around the living beings and above the land, on the surface of the earth and under the earth. Environment indicates, in total, all of peripheral forces, pressures and circumstances, which affect the life, nature, behaviour, growth, development and maturation of living beings. Irrational exploitation (not utilization) of natural resources for our greed (not need) has endangered our survival, and incurred incalculable harm. Environmental Education is a science, a well-thought, permanent, lasting and integrated process of equipping learning experiences for getting awareness, knowledge, understanding, skills, values, technical expertise and involvement of learners with desirable attitudinal changes about their relationship with their natural and biophysical environment. Environmental Education is an organized effort to educate the masses about environment, its functions, need, importance, and especially how human beings can manage their behaviour in order to live in a sustainable manner.  The term 'environmental awareness' refers to creating general awareness of environmental issues, their causes by bringing about changes in perception, attitude, values and necessary skills to solve environment related problems. Moreover, it is the first step leading to the formation of responsible environmental behaviour (Stern, 2000). With the ever increasing development by modern man, large scale degradation of natural resources have been occurred, the public has to be educated about the fact that if we are degrading our environment we are actually harming ourselves. To encourage meaningful public participation and environment, it is necessary to create awareness about environment pollution and related adverse effects. This is the crucial time that environmental awareness and environmental sensitivity should be cultivated among the masses particularly among youths. For the awareness of society it is essential to work at a gross root level. So the whole society can work to save the environment.

Dopo vivacissisimi dibattiti e diverse decisioni giudiziarie, il Parlamento irlandese ha approvato nel luglio 2013 la legge sull’aborto Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act (2013) che però non ha fatto cessare le discussioni né sopito le inquietudini. Il contributo, supportato da un’ampia documentazione, si muove contemporaneamente su tre piani: vengono esaminati i profili giuridici (costituzionali, referendari, legislativi e giurisprudenziali) della storia dell’aborto in Irlanda, evidenziando gli aspetti che rendono peculiare la vicenda irlandese rispetto a quella degli altri Paesi europei; affronta la questione dello statuto giuridico dell’embrione umano nell’ordinamento irlandese sia nell’ambito dell’aborto, sia in quello della fecondazione artificiale (diffusa nella prassi e legittimata dalla giurisprudenza); offre interpretazioni e prospettive concrete per tutelare la vita umana sin dal momento della fecondazione in un contesto che, invece, tende a sottrarre la protezione nei primi 14 giorni di vita dell’embrione umano. One of us, l’iniziativa dei cittadini europei, promossa sulla base del Trattato di Lisbona, si presenta come una straordinaria occasione per svolgere un ruolo di contenimento delle possibili derive negative della legge recentemente approvata e per mantenere nella società la consapevolezza che la dignità umana è uguale per tutti gli esseri umani, così tutti, sin dal concepimento, sono titolari del diritto alla vita. I cittadini irlandesi potrebbero confermare con la vastità delle adesioni a “Uno di noi” la stessa volontà manifestata nei referendum del 1983, del 1997 e del 2002: “lo Stato riconosce il diritto alla vita del bambino che deve nascere”. ---------- After several lively debates and judicial decisions, the Irish parliament passed a law on abortion in July 2013 Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act (2013) which, however, has not put an end to the discussion or calmed anxieties. The contribution, supported by extensive documentation, moves simultaneously on three levels: 1. examining the legal aspects (constitutional, referendums, legislation and judicial decisions) of abortion’s history in Ireland highlighting those that make that history unique compared to other European countries; 2. dealing with the question of the legal status of the human embryo into the Irish legal system regarding both abortion, and artificial insemination (widely practiced and legitimized by law); 3. offers interpretations and concrete prospects for protecting human life from the moment of fertilization in a context which, however, tends to deprive human life of protection in the first 14 days of life. One of us, the European citizens’ initiative, promoted on the basis of the Treaty of Lisbon, is presented as an extraordinary opportunity to play a role in limiting the possible negative tendencies of the law recently passed and to maintain awareness in society that human dignity is the same for all human beings. So everyone, from conception, is entitled to the right to life. In particular, One of us gives Irish citizens the great chance to confirm the same desire expressed in the referenda of 1983, 1992 and 2002 – “The State acknowledges the right to life of the unborn child” – by signing in great numbers the “One of Us” citizen’s initiative.

  The main objective of this study is to identify the role of community institutions in enhancing the intellectual security of Saudi youth. This study is one of the descriptive analytical studies, which focused on describing and analyzing the contribution of societal institutions to the achievement of intellectual security among Saudi youth in an attempt to identify the main threats to intellectual security and to clarify the role of community institutions in addressing them; and formulating specific proposals that can enhance intellectual security in Based on activating the role of community institutions in order to fulfill their mandated tasks in this regard. The results of the study on the threats of intellectual security among the Saudi youth, that intellectual deviation is the most dangerous threat to intellectual security at the moment. The study pointed out that there are specific roles for the family, educational institutions, mosques and the media, and various media as community institutions in achieving intellectual security among young people in Saudi society. The study concluded by identifying some means of activating the role of community institutions in Saudi society in enhancing intellectual security among young people.

Since Walter Benjamin in “The Theses on the Philosophy of History” showcased Paul Klee’s angels, they remain mysterious figures that represent time, history or soul. The article focuses on the series of drawings that were created in the artist’s later period (1939−1940). The series can be regarded as the artist’s final will and testament as it expresses Klee’s condensed philosophy and mature views on man’s place in the universe. It also reflects the master’s cherished artistic methods and techniques, consistently honed in on during the course of his life. The author studies the relations within the series and the series relation to other artworks by Klee. It is demonstrated that it is humankind that is the main theme of the series. By contrasting human and angelic forms in his drawings Klee reinvigorates the European tradition of defining humanity through its relation to angelic orders and through its position on the hierarchy of creation. However, Klee strives to re-imagine the universe as a whole, for him it is not the ladder of perfections, which rises to angels and God. Therefore, the relations between human and angelic creatures are intimately familial rather than hierarchical. The author highlights that the artistic style and techniques emphasize visual dynamic and form creation (“formation”). In depicting angels, the artist brings forth his concern with temporal dimension of human nature and its significance in human life. Thus, in this dynamic interrelation, human beings become “angelic grotesque” with their own ontic temporality. This temporality specific to human creatures is defined as the “moment that transcends itself ” — since the latter is essentially “ecstatic” and “self-propelling”.

The paper aims to lay out a critical analysis of eco-aesthetical wisdom of pan-Indian society through the lens of ancient seers whose insights for environment and ecology were shaped in the form of the teachings of Vedas and Upani?ads. With the passage of time, the bond between humans and non-humans has largely weakened, and humans have increased exploiting the natural resources without caring for their regeneration. Consequent nature bred hostility is emerging as a bigger crisis in front of the 21st Century world that may sooner turn to be, if not taken seriously, an existential crisis for the whole human race. The Upani?ads enlighten us not only with the knowledge of maintaining the relationship between human beings and physical environment but also among various inhabitants of ecology. Therefore, as Deep Ecology proposes, there should be a shift from human at the centre (anthropocentricism) to ecology at the centre (ecocentrism) which very much was existing in Indian society. So, this paper attempts to deal with the global ecological crisis co-opting with the ecological/environmental ideas and attitude of the classical Indian treatises.

The present age is the time for increasing environmental awareness and paying attention to the role of human connection with nature which can improve the quality of human life as well as preserving nature. Many factors contribute to the success of environmental projects, programs and the conservation of natural resources. Manpower is one of the most important ones and given the effect of human beings on their environment, in general, one of the most important measures to solve environmental problems is the development of natural resources and the promotion of public culture in this field, which, in turn, requires education about man's connection to nature and the environment. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify the components affecting design in order to develop awareness and gain experience from nature. The present project is an educational-cultural complex with the approach of developing awareness and gaining experience from nature, which is formed with the aim of fulfilling two main missions: 1. Sensitizing people to nature and finding a view seeking the meaning of nature and natural phenomena 2. Raising the level of environmental literacy of people through education and preventing the indiscriminate destruction of the environment. This descriptive-analytical study addresses issues such as identifying design components in order to develop knowledge and gain experience from nature, investigating the relationship between humans and nature using the observation technique, field and library studies, methods of promoting and teaching environmental issues, sustainable architecture and green architecture, design bed studies, how the project is formed and the presentation of the physical plan. As a result, after identifying design components in order to develop knowledge and gain experience from nature, we achieve the necessity to build a cultural-educational complex in line with the research objective, and also the results show that environmental awareness and education have a direct and indirect effect on urban livability components of sustainability.

Recently, first time in entire cultural history, man has faced one of the most horrible ecological crisis - the problem of pollution of his environment which some time past was pure, virgin, undisturbed, uncontaminated and basically quit hospitable for man. The presence in or introduction into the environment of a substance having harmful or poisonous was felt by man now. Pollution is an undesirable change in physical, chemical or biological properties of air, water and soil, which directly or indirectly affect human beings. (Odum 1971). This may harmfully affect human life or that of desirable species, our industrial processes living conditions and cultural assets. In other words pollution is used to refer harmful materials introduced by man into the environment. Thus in a way, pollution is used to release in excess of permit table limit of foreign substances within the environment (Michal 1984).
