Qualitative and quantitative are main research approaches in research disciplines, in quantitative research methods, the data analysis process is mostly systematic, therefor numerical quantitative data analysis is easy rather than qualitative data analysing in qualitative research studies. Under such a situation qualitative researcher have to use different types of data analysing methods in their data analysing process and this data analysing process also complicated. Grounded Theory and Activity theory are common and easy theories which could be used in qualitative data analysing process. This research paper describes Activity theory (AT) and its advantages in qualitative data analysing procedure and content analysis method was used to collect information (data) for this study. Deferent types of documents were used to analyse the content of Activity Theory (AT), findings and discussing were based on collected information of AT content.

This study aimed to gain a better understanding of the concept of data analysis. In this study, we highlight the importance and method of data analysis in research, the concept of data analysis, the role of previous studies in the analysis process, knowledge of the stages of data analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis of research, Facing graduate students in data analysis. In this study, the researcher followed the qualitative approach to data collection using qualitative data collection tools. It has become clear to us through the results that it is one of the problems faced by qualitative researcher to prove the credibility of his analysis and to show that the results of his analysis are not mere impressions. This is overlooked by many junior researchers. The problems of statistical analysis in quantitative research: the problems of comprehensive inventory In this type of statistics, the researcher study the community without exception any individual members, and use most of the researchers the method of induction, and this is the first error in which the researchers, as well as the problems of studying the sample when the researcher Determine the size of the sample and then begin to study using the method of induction, and here faces an important question, which is the basis on which to determine the proportion of the sample to be studied? And with problems of resolution, honesty and consistency in the absence of the researcher to have sufficient experience in dealing with them. Also, one of the biggest problems facing the researcher is not to choose the appropriate statistical scale.</p>

The research aims to examine the adaptation ability of the Transmigrant community in terms of the natural/physical environment and the ability of the transmigrant community in terms of social culture. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the Transmigrant Society of Java strives to adapt to the new environment and try to find other businesses such as building work, truck drivers, officers, and others with side business expectations. It can help to increase family economic income, in the process of community peatland tends to garden palm, rubber, and oranges and some are farmed. Adaptation in terms of the cultural environment, the Javanese transmigration Society has no difficulty proved by the cooperation of community in marriage, religious and other cultures.

Background. In this research, we aimed to investigate the effects of outdoor camps on orienteering athletes. Methods. The study group consisted of 74 athletes (44 males and 30 females, aged 11.94 ± 1.32 years) who participated in Bolu outdoor camp on the 3 rd –13 th of August, 2015. Interview technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used as data collection tool and content analysis method was used for data analysis. Results. Demographic factors were interpreted after the analysis of the obtained data and three main research questions were discussed under the topics of the views of athletes about the concept of Orienteering which is an outdoor sport, themes and codes regarding the purpose of Orienteering by the students who participated in the outdoor camp, and themes and codes about the outcomes of Orienteering for the students who participated in outdoor camps. Conclusion. It is suggested that a policy must be developed within the Ministry of Youth and Sport and Sport Federations in order to disseminate more deliberate and more comprehensive outdoor education among young people and measures should be taken to provide extensive participation.

This research is entitled “The Effectiveness of Using Cooperative Script Method to Improve Students’ Reading Comprehension on Recount Text of 8th Grade Students of SMP N Kewapante, Maumere in Academic Year 2017/ 2018”. The objective of this research is to investigate and to find out whether the use of cooperative script method effective to improve students’ reading comprehension on recount text. The method of this research is experimental research especially quasi experimental research. In analyzing the data, the researcher combined both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In qualitative data analysis, the researcher used interview technique in order to get information about students’ perceptions in reading, while in quantitative data analysis, the researcher used SPSS version 16. The result of the research showed that the implementation of Cooperative Script Method in experimental class was more effective to help the students in reading comprehension on recount text compared to the use of the conventional method in control class of the eighth grade students of SMP N Kewapante, Maumere. It is also found that cooperative script method positively contributed to improve students’ reading comprehension. Therefore ,the researcher  suggests the teachers to use cooperative script method in order to improve students reading comprehension Additionally, cooperative script method can also motivate students to be more active, relax and enthusiastic to comprehend reading texts.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

This study is carried out in Delanggu, Klaten, that has high productivity of rice but undergoing a decrease in the role of the sector of agriculture. The goal of this study is to observe young people departicipation in the sector od agriculture and fators that influence it. The method used is survey method. The population is all of the young people in Delanggu, 1.419 peoples. The sampling uses stratified proporsional quota sampling where respondents are divided into three groups of age, 15-19 years old, 20-24 years old, and 25-29 years old. Every sampling in eah group is taken 5% proportionally, with its homogenates consideration, while the characteristic, which has determined in order to fulfil the number of determined quota in each age group. Collected data is presented in the form of frequency and cross table. Qualitative data analysis uses logical thought, deducyive-inductive, analogy ang comparison, whereas analyzing frequency and cross table uses quantitative data analysis. The use of both analysis is adjusted to the data and goal of the study.

Title: Natural Light Intensity Analysis in Classroom; Case Study: Classroom at Bosowa University Lighting is an important part of buildings in supporting the productivity of human labor. Insufficient lighting can interfere with human activities and could cause health problems, like eye disorders. Building design must consider the functions and needs so that residents can feel comfortable. Good lighting levels can be achieved by utilizing natural and artificial lighting. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of illumination in a room that is directly related to the openings of the building envelope and to analyze the different levels of illumination in classrooms with different orientations. Quantitative research methods by distributing measurement data in the form of tables, diagrams and graphs. Data analysis was performed using statistics and data analysis techniques, the results of the measurement were statistically descriptive. This study analyzed the differences in the level of illumination in the northern orientation and southern orientation classrooms. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the orientation of the building affects the level of illumination in the room. During the day the level of illumination is higher in the direction of orientation north than the direction of orientation south, especially the measurement point in the area close to the openings of the building envelope, but in this study the direction of classroom orientation towards the south is higher the level of illumination compared to the north orientation classrooms. This is understood by the treatment of building glass sheaths in the north orientation direction in the form of the use of frosted glass wallpaper, so it can be concluded that changes to the building facade affect the level of room illumination. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in building facade concepts and designing energy-efficient buildings.
