Purpose:. The objective of the research are; 1) identifying the aspect of cooperative in the Padang Panjang in order to developthe syariah cooperative 2) identifying the external factor (opportunity and treat) and internal factor (strength and weakness) in developing the Syariah Cooperative in Padang Panjang 3) arrange theprecisealternative strategy in developingSyariah cooperative in Padang Panjang.Design/Method/Approach : The method of primer and secondary data collection were library studies, field observation, questionnaire, and interview. Technique and the tabulation of the data used descriptive analysis, both normatively (according to Syariah rules and state rules), qualitative (describe the profile, explain the EFE, IFE, IE, TOWS, QSPM matrixes) and quantitative (doing the tabulation of calculation on the weighting calculation on EFE, IFE, and IE).Findings:  After grouping of strategy by using the I-E matrix, the result of Syariah cooperative developmenton Padang Panjang is gotten which is on the position of Growth strategy, the strategy which is arranged to reach thecondition of capital asset growing, assets, and distribution of cooperative financing. From the matrixes of TOWS and QSP are gotten strategy which are suggested; open the business unit, office to every cooperative, increasing the services quality, supervision and optimize theknowledge enrichment to all of members and management in the Syariah cooperative field.Originality/Values: Syariah cooperative has important roles in increasing the society welfare. However the number and existence of syariah cooperative is still limited.The strategy which will be used to develop the syariah cooperative is necessary.

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue and profit in potato cultivation in  Ngablak  subdistrict,  analyze  internal  and  external  factors,  formulate  strategic alternatives, prioritize strategies that can be applied in developing in potato cultivation in  the  Ngablak  subdistrict.  The  basic  method  of  research  is  descriptive  analysis.  The research location in Ngablak subdistrict  Magelang regency. The data used are primary and  secondary  data.  Analysis  of  the  data  were  used:  (1)  Cost,  Revenue,  Income  and Profit, (2) Analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation, (3) External Factor Evaluation, (4) SWOT  Analysis,  (5)  QSPM.  The  Results  showed,  the  cost  potato  cultivationis Rp.11,413,271.00,  revenue  is  Rp.18,631,117.00.  income  to  Rp.7,217,846.00  and  the profit received Rp.4,827,071.00. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that there are four strengths and six weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) shows that there are six opportunities and three threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that  can  be  applied  is  to  maintain  the  quality  and  increase  the  quantity  of  potato cultivation  with  agricultural  intensification,  maximizing  land  for  planting  potato through  monoculture  cropping  systems  and  crop  rotation  as  well  as  utilizing  existing technology and marketing cooperation relationship with more than a middleman. QSPM analysis showed that the priority of strategy can be applied is to maintain the quality and increasing the quantity of potato cultivation with agricultural intensification.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and literacy sharia banking to banking shariah service usage . This research uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data using questionnaires, documentation, library studies and direct observation, the number of samples is 98 people through incidental sampling techniques using multiple linear regression as an analytical tool. Finding this research are intellectual capital has no influence on the use of sharia banking services while sharia banking literacy has an influence on the use of sharia banking services. The study involved 98 respondents banking shariah customer were selected at random. Instruments used for capital intellectual and shariah banking literacy developed by researchers from some of the instruments that have been used in some study previous. Instruments validated by a post hoc analysis of factors involving 98 respondents.

This research was conducted at Marjoly Beach and Resort, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. This study aims to describe the accommodation and entertainment as well as the socio-economic characteristics of visitors to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the amount of economic value obtained by Marjoly Beach and Resort by accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. . The data needed in this research include primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression and from consumer surplus using the travel cost method. Respondents are determined using the travel cost method approach by estimating the economic value seen from the consumer surplus. The results showed that the total travel costs incurred by all visitors as respondents were around Rp. 38,035,000. Factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort are travel costs, income and age. The consumer surplus value obtained from the travel cost method is Rp. 50,276,669.60/ person per year or Rp. 17,955,953.4/ person per visit, then the total economic value obtained from assuming a surplus of tourism consumers in Marjoly Beach and Resort is Rp. 2,295,129,967.25.

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of upselling as a strategy in increasing room sales at Alila Seminyak hotels and to find out alternative upselling strategies that should be implemented by Guest Relations Hosts in increasing room sales at Alila Seminyak hotels. The analysis technique used is the Sequential Exploratory mixed method design; Internal Factor Summary (IFAS) Matrix, External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) Matrix, Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SWOT analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The analysis result of the IFAS matrix with the main strength is that the Alila Seminyak hotel has ten types of rooms that can support upselling activities to guests and can increase room sales, while the main weakness is the lack of providing special prices for guests who upselling. The analysis result of the EFAS matrix is that the main opportunity is the friendliness of the community, environment, and culture around the Alila Seminyak hotel, while the main threat is the tax policy that applies to tourists who are taken into consideration when wanting to upselling. Based on the results of the IE matrix analysis, the Alila Seminyak hotel is in the position of Growth Strategy (Cell II). The results of the SWOT analysis resulted in nine alternative upselling strategies, where three alternative upselling strategies were prioritized which were calculated by the QSPM matrix with a total TAS 232.64, 225.55, and 216.54.

ENGLISHOnion is one of the featured vegetable commodities that have long been cultivated by farmers intensively. This study aims to analyze the factors internal and external environment (IE) in the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency. Research used descriptive method with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Analysis of data using the strategy formulation consisting of (1) Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matrix Internal External (IE). The results showed the total value of the average score of 2.67 on a matrix IFE located on the cell II (on average), while the total score of the matrix EFE gained an average of 2.80 lies in cell IV (moderate). These results position the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency in cell II and IV, called a strategy to grow and build. INDONESIABawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IE) dalam pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati. penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan formulasi strategi terdiri dari (1) Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matriks Internal External (IE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai total skor rata-rata pada matriks IFE sebesar 2,67 terletak pada sel II (rata-rata), sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 2,80 terletak pada sel IV (sedang). Hasil tersebut menempatkan posisi pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati pada sel II dan IV, disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun.

Abstract: This study aims to find out business planning on Catering Babies and Children Maestro in Semarang City in terms of marketing, operational, human and financial resources. The location of this research is in Semarang. While the object of research that will be lifted in this research is about analysis of business planning of Catering Maestro: Baby and Child Catering in Semarang City. This business plan covers aspects of marketing, human resources, operations, and finances of a business. The type of data in this study are primary and secondary data. In this study, the data collection tool uses: Library Studies and Interviews. Problem solving to be done by the researcher use two approach that is descriptive analysis qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion can be drawn conclusion as follows: "MAESTRO" business planning in terms of marketing, operational, human and financial resources is feasible because has a clear STP, 7P mix appropriate marketing, projected demand and supply, as well as a clear market share, as well as projections for marketing costs, has clear business location, and a good business layout, has details about the organizational structure, job description and the number of existing labor, the investment, as well as business feasibility ie NPV positive, PI> 1, PP interest rate Keywords: planning, marketing, operational, SDM, finance. Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan bisnis pada Katering Bayi Dan Anak Maestro Di Kota Semarang ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia dan keuangan. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Semarang. Perencanaan bisnis ini meliputi aspek pemasaran, SDM, operasi, dan keuangan dari suatu bisnis. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pada penelitian ini, alat pengumpulan datanya menggunakan: Studi Kepustakaan dan Wawancara. Pemecahan masalah yang akan dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Perencanaan bisnis “MAESTRO” ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia dan keuangan adalah layak karena ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran memiliki STP yang jelas, 7P bauran pemasaran yang tepat, proyeksi permintaan dan penawaran, serta market share yang jelas, serta proyeksi untuk biaya pemasaran. adanya lokasi usaha yang jelas, dan layout usaha yang baik, memiliki perincian tentang struktur organisasi, job description serta jumlah tenaga kerja yang ada, ditinjau dari aspek keuangan dikatakan layak karena memiliki perincian tentang investasi, serta kelayakan usaha yaitu NPV positif, PI > 1, PP < 5 tahun, dan IRR > suku bunga. Bogor District is one of the priority districts for stunting interventions. The stunting rate in Bogor District was 28.29%. The district government should implement stunting reduction policies that referring to the national movement of nutrition improvement acceleration and the stunting programs convergence. Regional autonomy gives authority to the regions to regulate and implement policies. This study aimed to analyze the internal and external factors of the Bogor District Government that aff ecting the implementation of stunting reduction programs It was a qualitative study in Bogor District. Primary data were collected using interview guidelines to nine offi cials of the Bogor District Government agency related to the stunting program in Bogor District. Secondary data were collected using desk review. Data were analyzed using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) analysis. The results showed that total score of IFE is 2.96 and EFE scores is 2.94. Bogor District Government can optimally use its strengths and cut its weaknesses in the internal program. Likewise, Bogor District Government have taken advantage of external opportunities and avoided threats.

Abstract— Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are business sectors that play an important role as a backbone of a nation or region"s economics. Most problems faced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are capital, management and production process. This study aims to give strategic proposals in expanding small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang for conserving traditional food. The methods used in this research are internal factor evaluation (IFE), external factor evaluation (EFE), and strengths- weaknesses - opportunities - threats (SWOT), so internal factors and external factors that faced by the small and medium enterprises can be identified. Based on SWOT analysis, some analysis strategy can be used to expand the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang. Result showed the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang were in first quadrant at SWOT cartesian diagram, meant the right strategies were strengths opportunities (SO) or Growth strategy. The strategies that will be used are local government holds traditional food festival, upgrade the quality of the product and use on-line marketing technology. In conclusion, the sales of gethuk pisang products from small and medium enterprises can increase and correlate with income increase, so small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of gethuk pisang can have competitiveness and grow.Keywords— Strategy, Gethuk pisang, IFE, EFE, SWOT.  Abstrak— Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan suatu sektor usaha yang memiliki peran penting sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian suatu negara atau daerah. Sebagian besar permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM adalah permodalan, manajemen, dan proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan strategi dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang dalam melestarikan makanan tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), dan Strengths–Weaknesses - Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), sehingga dapat diidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang dimiliki dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang dihadapi oleh UKM. Berdasarkan analisa SWOT, maka akan diperoleh beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM gethuk pisang berada di kuadran I pada diagram kartesius SWOT, yang berarti strategi yang tepat digunakan adalah strategi Strengths Opportunities (SO) atau strategi Growth. Strategi-strategi yang akan digunakan adalah: Pemerintah Daerah mengadakan festival makanan tradisional,  mutu produk lebih ditingkatkan, dan memanfaatkan teknologi media pemasaran on-line. Dengan demikian, produk UKM gethuk pisang dapat terjadi peningkatan penjualan dan berkorelasi dengan peningkatan pendapatan, sehingga UKM gethuk pisang memiliki daya saing dan dapat berkembang.Kata kunci — Strategi, Gethuk Pisang, IFE, EFE, SWOT

This study aims to determine the Internal (IM) and External (EM) Matrix Analysis of this business. The informasi collection method in this research is to use a questionnaire by giving written statements to the respondents. The number of respondents in this study were 107 respondents. The analytical method used was an external internal matrix. From the results of the calculation of internal and external strategic factors, the total score of internal strategy factors was 3.49 and a total score of external strategic factors was 3.05. by using a concentration growth strategy through vertical integration. The strategy of concentration growth through vertical integration is doing business related vertically, such as selling food added to the business of making new menus ( taking over the function of suppliers).

The existence of IPR, especially Geographical Indications and Brands, is the basis of policy making in the world of Trade. Indonesia is a country that is rich in potential Geographical Indication products and then Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Geographical Indications and brands for National Regulations and in TRIPS as International Arrangements. but there are still violations of cases regarding Geographical Indications and Trademarks and occur in Toraja coffee and Gayo coffee. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the trademark legal law for Geographical Indications in the case of Toraja coffee and Gayo coffee registered by other countries? How is the legal settlement of the Violation of Brand Geographical Indications carried out by other Countries against Toraja coffee and Gayo coffee?The specification of this study is Descriptive Analysis. The approach is a normative juridical approach using secondary data obtained through library studies. The data is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Based on the results of research and analysis, answers can be obtained: 1) Legal protection against Toraja coffee and Gayo coffee registered by other countries, namely by registering the trademark to the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights and after obtaining a Geographical Indication certificate from the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights, the geographical indication of a product's brand it gets strong protection. 2) Legal settlement of brand violations and geographical indications of the brand of Toraja coffee and Gayo coffee are litigation methods carried out through the Commercial Court institution, for Toraja Coffee to be carried out at the Ujung Pandang Commercial Court and Gayo Coffee at the Medan Commercial Court.
