Purpose: This research aims to provide knowledge about qawa'id al-fiqhiyyah Hambali sect thought and its application in sharia economic law seen of the four popular rules of jurisprudenceDesign/Method/Approach: This research is library research, using documentation data collection techniques, and data analysis using content analysisFindings: Results showed that qawaid fiqiyyah dissect Hambali's for bidden right speed before the time, over the main push of the lift, badal (substitute) is positioned mubdal (replaced), and the latter considered common practice, while rare, and there is no law to him. The fourth method is able to address the problem Kulli (general), and in particular the problems of legal jurisprudence of Islam among the modern economy, which in this case study can not be separated from AL Quran and Hadits.Originality/Values: The main contribution of this research is to fill the gap in how the implementation of qawa'id al-fiqhiyyah mazhab hambali in Islamic economic law.

This study aims to reveal the factors and reasons behind the large number of Islamic Economic Law students using conventional banks which are then analysed with an Islamic law approach.The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative and qualitative study. Data collection by survey and interview methods. The data analysis used descriptive and deductive analysis approach.The results of this study found that most students use conventional banks, although half of them are aware of the concern of usury on interest. Nevertheless, in practice, only a small percentage of them separate bank interest from their savings. The majority of the reasons they use conventional banks are based on facilities, family and work. Under Islamic law, the use of conventional banks is haram, although there are cases where it is permissible under Islamic law.

Women are considered the nucleus of a family, country, and civilization. This is due to the fact that they act as a cornerstone in producing good, beneficial and useful generations of the future. The value, personality, and self-respect of women are increasingly becoming more marginalized due to the current borderline digitalized globalized, modernized transformed the modern world. This study aims at evaluating Ibu Zain’s concept of personality and politeness of the Malay woman. The concept of personality and politeness are the essence of the study since the two elements denote the ontological existence of a woman in examining the value of personality as a symbolic gesture of Malay woman, and in analyzing the value of politeness possessed by the Malay lady. This is a qualitative study and it uses the interpretation method approach. Data collection was entirely done through library research by referencing to relevant documents written by this scholar and other related articles of other scholars. Data analysis was in the form of descriptive textual analysis of the concept of personality and politeness. The findings show that the Malay woman symbolizes the strength of the nation with its own uniqueness based on polite behavior, high morale, and sincere struggle in developing the race of the nation, besides freeing themselves from the injustices of colonization and men of cowardice. The impact of this study is fundamentally on the development and empowerment of Malay women holistically. This is due to the significance of Ibu Zain’s idea during that time, crystallized during this period and for the future, inspired to continue defending the identity of a dignified Malay woman.

This research discusses the Decision of the Mataram Religious Court Number 0508/Pdt.G/2016/PA. Mtr on how the judges resolved the issue of the dispute over the murabahah financing contract in the Mataram Religious Court. In analyzing the problem the author uses the theories of Islamic Economic Law as the basis of the analysis. the main issues that will be answered through this research include: (1) What is the judge's decision in case number 0508/Pdt.G/2016/PA. Mtr concerning the settlement of disputes in murabahah financing contracts according to the theory of Islamic Economics Law? (2) How is the judge's decision in case number 0508/Pdt.G/2016/PA. Mtr concerning the settlement of disputes in murabahah financing contracts according to the principle of justice in Sharia Economic Law? When viewed from the method of data collection, this type of research includes the type of library research because the data collection techniques that the authors chose in this study is techniques of collecting data through the documentation method. In analyzing the data the author uses a comparative approach to compare the practice of banking contracts - which in this study are the problems of murabahah and musyarakah financing contracts - as stated in the decisions of the Mataram Religious Court judges in accordance with the contract theory regulated in sharia economic law.The results of this study are: (1) Procedure for settling a dispute case in murabahah and musyarakah contracts carried out by the of judges through their decision Number 0508/Pdt.G/2016/PA. Mtr along with the contents of the decision according to the author in accordance with the rules stipulated in Sharia Economic Law. That is because the dispute resolution carried out by the judges is carried out based on legal rules in Sharia Economic Law, namely the rules for resolving sharia economic disputes contained in Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking Article 55, Law Number 48 Year 2009 concerning Judicial Power Article 16 paragraph 2, Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2008 concerning Compilation of Sharia Economic Law Article 133, and DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 4 concerning Murabahah, Number 8 of 2000 concerning Musyarakah Financing, and Number 47 concerning Settlement of Murabahah Receivables for Customer Can't Pay. (2) Decision of the judges in Case Number 0508/Pdt.G/2016/PA. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Criminal action is an act that violates the rules and punishable by crime, while the immigration administrative action is an administrative sanction given to foreigners outside the judicial process. One of the cases that have been in the public spotlight is the criminal case of Cessie Bank Balicorruption and bribery related to the deletion of the wanted list (DPO) by Djoko Tjandra. This study uses a qualitative empirical normative legal approach with data collection in the form of library materials which include statutory regulations, books, papers, and other sources. The formulation of the problem discussed in this study is how the application of criminal acts and Immigration Administrative Measures (TAK) in Law Number 6 Of 2011 concerning Immigration which is charged against Djoko Tjandra. The purpose of this research is to find out the criminal acts and administrative immigration actions given to Djoko Tjandra who was an Indonesian fugitive for many years. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that criminal and administrative actions ensnared Djoko Tjandra and the elements who helped him in accordance with the applicable rules, namely as the provisions written in the Criminal Code, Law Number 20 Of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crime, and Law Number 6 Of 2011 concerning Immigration.

This study aims to reveal the relationship between Islamic philosophy and Islamic economic philosophy, both in terms of foundation, operation, and objectives. This library research (Library Research) uses documentation data collection techniques with data analysis, namely content analysis. The results showed that the relationship between sharia philosophy and sharia economic philosophy is that there is a philosophical foundation based on al-qur'am, hadith, ijma 'and qiyas, as well as operational principles, observations are made, take generalization conclusions and serve as theory, while the goal is both want to get happiness in the world and the hereafter, but what distinguishes the two lies in the broader study of sharia philosophy and complexity, while Islamic economic philosophy specializes in sharia economic studies. But for sharia economic philosophy discusses tauhid, caliphate, tazkiyah, and masuliyya. Operational principles, observing, drawing conclusions and making theory. The goal of obtaining falah, namely survival, freedom of desire, and strength and honor.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the application of blended learning on the learning outcomes of class X MIA students at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. This study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a One-Shot Case Study by taking research subjects by Purposive Sampling. The sample of this research was the students of class X MIA. This study used descriptive questions as a final test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research was a t-test. Based on the data collection techniques and data analysis carried out, it was obtained that tcount = 1.81 and ttable = 1.68, because tcount > ttable, then reject H0 at a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying blended learning on studensts’ learning outcomes of class X MIA at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Outcomes

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

This study aims to figure how is the dynamic or economic condition change caused by the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga Tomb to stall sellers who most of them are the locals lives around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb. The research method used is descriptive case study method. Where the data collection done by interview and observation. In this research, the informant is the parties involved in the tourism activity, which is the seller, the visitor, and the worker around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb, Demak District. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and make a conclusion.The research result suggests that the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb Demak District brings economical change towards the seller works around.
