This study aims to reveal the relationship between Islamic philosophy and Islamic economic philosophy, both in terms of foundation, operation, and objectives. This library research (Library Research) uses documentation data collection techniques with data analysis, namely content analysis. The results showed that the relationship between sharia philosophy and sharia economic philosophy is that there is a philosophical foundation based on al-qur'am, hadith, ijma 'and qiyas, as well as operational principles, observations are made, take generalization conclusions and serve as theory, while the goal is both want to get happiness in the world and the hereafter, but what distinguishes the two lies in the broader study of sharia philosophy and complexity, while Islamic economic philosophy specializes in sharia economic studies. But for sharia economic philosophy discusses tauhid, caliphate, tazkiyah, and masuliyya. Operational principles, observing, drawing conclusions and making theory. The goal of obtaining falah, namely survival, freedom of desire, and strength and honor.

This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the meaning and purpose of marriage and his contribution to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. How Ibrahim Hosen's thinking about marriage is limited to the definition and purpose of marriage, how various thoughts exist and how the contribution of Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts to reforming marriage law in Indonesia is the problem of this research. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. As a result, the definition of ownership in the marriage contract according to Ibrahim Hosen is not a contract to have a wife's body, making a wife an object by the husband. However, the right of ownership in the definition of marriage means the right to have the use of the husband against the wife, in addition to the haram husband who feels the pleasure of the wife. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no patriarchal element in the definition of marriage as explained by the fiqh scholars. Ibrahim Hosen explained that marriage in Islam aims to build a prosperous household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy. Therefore, linking the husband's obligation to provide for his wife with tamkin is clearly not right, because it seems as if the purpose of marriage is just a matter of sex. This thinking must be corrected by conducting a review, because the obligation to provide a living takes effect after the marriage contract occurs. Therefore, the provisions of Article 80 paragraph [5] KHI related to the relationship between husband and wife and tamkin, need to be revised.

This article aims to describe the economic situation in the covid 19 pandemic era and analyze the function of zakat in restoring the society economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research was a literature study. The data collection techniques were carried out in two ways comprised primary and secondary data. The data analysis was content analysis. The results showed that zakat served as a manifestation of human solidarity, which means that the rich are required to spend some of their wealth in the form of zakat, and distribute it to the needy, in this context how to see zakat function as a way to help economic recovery during the pandemic. So it can be concluded that with the distribution of zakat, such as Zakat Fitrah, Zakat Maal and professional Zakat, it can strengthen the solidarity and foster the relationship between human by helping the needs of people affected by Covid-19 and reduce the poverty during the pandemic that currently affects all people in the world, especially in Indonesia.

Islam offers the complete code of human life. It is applicable in every sphere of life, whether business, service or any other occupations. Islamic Economic philosophy simply expounds or refers to philosophical activity within the Islamic paradigm. The main direction of Islamic philosophy provides a complete way of life based on al-Adl and al-Ihsan. The discussion on Islamic economic philosophy issues had started earlier and flourished when Muslim scholars dominated the world scientific development tradition. However, the economic issues are mainly solved by different branches and schools of economics thoughts. Therefore, this paper has an attempt look into the philosophical issues in the area Islamic economics and its comprehensive application in the existing economyall over the world. It is a purely descriptive presentation on the issues of Islamic economic philosophy. The study findings revealed that Islamic economic has a strong philosophical foundation where socioeconomic development can be done based on al-Adl and al-Ihsan. The study also concluded that al-Adl and al-Ihsan would be establish while economic life is directed by not only material motives but also consent of Allah and craving for happy eternal life in the hereafter.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

PurposeThe aim of this article was to analyze how the presence of the elements that constitute organizational links are related to sensemaking in a cooperative system of medical work.Design/methodology/approachA content analysis was conducted following interviews with the managers of the cooperative, which is a member of the Brazilian cooperative system and one of the largest in the world. This analysis enabled the systematization of the categories that were identified through the coding of responses, aided by Atlas.ti 8.0 software.FindingsAfter the analysis, it was possible to resize the constitutive elements identified in the specialized literature into three categories: identification, cooperation and recognition. The proposed resizing does not preclude the presence of the constitutive elements identified in the analysis, but it evidences the presence of these elements in a contextualized manner, suggesting a model of an organic organizational link that is dependent on the relationship between subject–object (organization), in which the different perceptions of meanings affect identification, and this can strengthen or weaken the link in a constant process of resignification.Originality/valueWith regard to its theoretical relevance, the work helps to bring concepts related to organizational links and sensemaking closer together as a process in the realm of intersubjectivity. This provides evidence of the presence of constituent elements of ties in a contextualized manner, demonstrating that the interpretation of managers aids sensemaking in a process of circularity and resignification.

Abstract The aim of this study is to investigate how the city is influenced by the ritual of Muharram. The main research question is: what is the relationship between the city and the ritual of Muharram? To answer this question, we examined different intangible layers of this ritual heritage. This study is based on the three components of the sense of place. The research method is qualitative and a context-oriented approach is adopted. The context of the study is the historical texture of the city of Gorgan, Iran. The data were collected through library research and immediate observation. Next, content analysis and data coding were used to obtain a set of thematic categories. The results suggest that, as a kind of ritual-social behavior, the ritual of Muharram has had remarkable, enduring effects on the city over centuries. The non-urban-development dimension has thus allowed for the formation of sense of place in the relationship between people and the urban environment through a different process.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic affects mental health in communities all over the world. Thus, this paper aims to see the potential of gardening as a therapy for mental health during this COVID-19 pandemic. Through the content analysis method, library research was conducted to examine this intervention. Findings show that gardening can be an alternative approach to prevention and healing in regards to mental health issues. Nature-based intervention such as gardening helps bring the feeling of peace and closeness to Allah which also allows for mental health issues to be curbed and health be restored, which ensures the overall well-being of those affected by COVID-19.

Abstract The development of the IPTEK (Science and Technology) world has brought tremendous benefits for the advancement of human civilization. The types of work that previously demanded considerable physical capability, are now relatively can be replaced by automatic machine devices. The working system that has been over-enabling human energy with the science and sophistication of technology is amazing. The civilization of the nation and the world society in the future is understood and realized will be faced with the complex situation in various branches of science. Therefore, to power, the IPTEK is required lofty values to be accountable. The debate that IPTEK's contributions with the development of an area the Islamic economic system is still ongoing. This is due to the absence of a theory, research, or model that can explain the relationship between the two factors above. It takes a test using a valid method to generate an accurate conclusion on the development and contribution of IPTEK applications with the development of the Islamic economic system. Nevertheless, some communities still believe that IPTEK's contributions to the development of the Islamic economic system of a particular region.
