Healthy lifesyle with the slogan “Back to Nature” has become a new trend of the society. Directorate of Processing and Marketing, Ministry of Agriculture in Indonesia has initiated the program "Go Organic 2010" to improve the quality of life and the natural environment of Indonesia and to encourage the development of organic farming and sustainable competitiveness. Supply Chain Management (SCM) has represented overall management of agricultural activities which involved of processing, distribution, marketing, until the desired product to consumer. The Objectives of study included: (1) Identify the characteristics of the vegetables, the supply chain actors, and descriptive analysis of the environmental conditions in Pangalengan; (2) Identify internal and external factors; (3) The formulation of the strategy with the matrix SWOT; (4) Selection of priority strategy. The data was collected through purposive sampling technique which involving 10 respondents and 3 experts. The data used was primary and secondary data by direct interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Selection of strategic alternatives conducted using AHP. The result showed that the supply chain actors of vegetables in Pangalengan were seed suppliers, farmers, traders/collectors, the company, the seller/exporter, foreign markets, traditional market and retail/supermarket. The study showed that the safety of vegetables to consumer (score 0.336) was the main strength and the main weakness organic farming in Pangalengan was limited of financial (score 0.127). Futhermore, supporting of government was the major opportunity (score 0.127) and the major threat was uncertain of climate and weather which affected in production (score 0.144). Based on the formulation of strategic, the study obtained 7 strategy. The first and the second priority strategic related of the marketing, were expanding market/distribution to bussines partnerships (score 0.205) and researching of development in the organic vegetable’s market (score 0.180). The third alternative strategic was supporting of government (score 0.157) which retaled to supervision strategy. Moreover, the fourth and the fifth alternatives related to strategy of financial, were monitoring and overseeing prices (0.156) then strengthening of financial aspects (score 0.114). The sixth and the seventh alternatives related to production management strategy, were planning a better farming (0.107) and improving the quality, quantity and continuity of production (score 0.081).

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of publishing services business license in Licensing Service Agency and Investment Baubau city as well as to determine the factors that hinder the effectiveness of publishing services business license in Licensing Service Agency and Investment Baubau City. Study is a qualitative descriptive study, the research done by examining primary and secondary data. The population in this research that all employees at the Agency for Investment and Licensing Services Baubau city as many as 33 people. The sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Processing and presentation of data by using data reduction, data presentation and verification of data. Data sources are: Primary and Secondary, Technical Analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. Results of the study are: publishing services business license in Licensing Service Agency and Investment Baubau city is said to be effective, the factors that hinder the effectiveness of publishing services business license Licensing Service Agency and Investment Kota Baubau namely: the factor of time, cost factor and requirements in the licensing service , In an effort to streamline the process of licensing services to the public the government is expected to further the transparency of financial reasons that one way to do expose the online and offline media. In the matter raising public awareness as users of government services shall direct socialization in employers-local businessmen in an effort to take advantage of local entrepreneurs. Penginkatan performance and resource officers, the government in this case the service provider must also accept criticism and suggestions from users are a good and wise.

The purpose of this study is to explain how the municipal government of Pekanbaru provides guidelines that should be carried out by the community in carrying out activities in Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research methods. The selection of research informants used perposive sampling technique. Primary data collection from interviews, while secondary data from documentation and literature study. Data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the application of new life behavior guidelines based on the Mayor of Pekanbaru regulation number 104 of 2020 concerning guidelines for new productive and safe lives in the prevention and control of Coronavirus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) in Pekanbaru has paid attention to the lives of its people, it can be seen from its existence. Guidelines for carrying out activities and activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there is still an increase in positive cases of Covid-19 due to people who do not comply with applicable policies. For this reason, the municipal government of Pekanbaru needs to reaffirm people who commit violations so that they can comply with health protocols, especially in crowded places.

This  research  was  conducted  in  the  area  Dharmasraya  Regency,  West  Sumatra  Province.  The  purpose  of  this  study determined : a) Method of extention   in innovation adoption of artificial insemination (AI) in the cattle farm in the District Dharamasraya, and b) Social and economic factors that influence adoption of innovation Artificial Insemination (AI) in the cattle farm  in the District Dharmasraya. This research used survey method and approach to the analysis of secondary data. The number of samples in this study were determined by quota sampling technique by reason of homogeneous samples, the farmers were already adopting  innovations  and cattle ranchers IB program participants snapping Birahi Artificial Insemination (GBIB) thus took a sample of 40 people. The data collected were primary data with the help of question naires and secondary data with the literature study and related agencies. Descriptive analysis of quantitative data which was calculated using a Likert scale. The results showed that the extension method in the adoption of IB in cattle breeding business in the Regency Dharmasraya been implemented, namely the extension methods home and farm visits with category, extension methods demonstrations by both categories, and the campaign extension methods with the medium category. Social and economic aspects such as business scale farmers, revenue, risk, active participation in the innovation adoption had no effect on aspects of the IB whereas age despite being influential in the adoption of innovation, but still in the category of less influential.

The Sacred area of ??Masceti Temple is located in Medahan Village, Blahbatuh District. The Number of tourists began increasing is an indication of the tourism potential that can be developed. This is the background of choosing the topic "Tourist Perception of Masceti Temple Sacred Area in Medahan Village" to be studied. This research used qualitative and quantitative study methods those are qualitative descriptive analysis, validity test analysis, reliability test and frequency analysis to know the perception of tourists to the destination. Data sources from primary data and secondary data. Data completion technique using observation method, interview, literature study, documentation, and questionnaire. The technique of determining tourist samples used in this study is a quota sampling technique. The finding of Tourism Potentials are panoramic nature, socio-cultural, artificial or economical and the perception of tourists to destination consist into four aspects those are tourist perception of tourism attraction, tourist perception of access to location, tourists perception of tourism facility and tourist perception of tourism service. From this research can be concluded that The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple already has tourism potentials which is needed for a way for the development that must follow the rules of The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple. So, it can be realized without reducing the sanctity of Masceti Temple as Kahyangan Jagat Temple in Gianyar regency, Bali. Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

<p class="Default"><em><span lang="IN">Assessment is part of a teacher's pedagogic competence and curriculum-13 must carry out cognitive, psychomotor and affective assessments. Online learning causes the implementation of psychomotor and affective assessments to be hampered. This study aims to determine the readiness and understanding of Biology teachers on psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. The subject of the study, namely the Biology teacher of the SMA in Comal District, opened 5 teachers through filling out questionnaires distributed online on google forms and RPP documentation as well as evidence of the implementation of the assessment, while the student questionnaires were used as secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis consists of reduction, data display, and verification. This study resulted in the finding that the teacher's assessment readiness profile during online learning can be declared ready to carry out psychomotor and affective assessments. Meanwhile, the profile of teachers' understanding of psychomotor and affective assessments can generally be obtained at a low level. An understanding profile that has an impact on misconceptions in the realm of assessment and the development of an assessment rubric that is not yet good so that human application cannot run optimally. In addition, the application of psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning is influenced by the factors of the teacher's IT ability and the facilities owned by the students.</span></em></p>

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational learning on company performance which is mediated by organizational competence. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 5.176; 2) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 4.786; 3) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 5.387; 4) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 3.175; and 5) Organizational Competency does not directly affect the Company's Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.571.

<p>PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.<br />The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.</p>
